"We were there for business, it feels right from the beginning, parking right in front of the main entrance, the lady at the reception helpful and kind. The room was extremely clean and very very comfortable (n. 602). The dinner was exceptional and we even had the chef coming on our table, he explained the dish and the ingredients utilized, my favorite was the dessert. The staff is friendly, discrete and helpful, having a drink in the garden it’s just great. The distance from the city center it’s accettabile even during a hot day. Highly recommend!"
"A well appointed hotel. In a corner of Avellino. The staff was very helpful. Overall parking was easy. Hotel has spacious and modern rooms. Restaurant Il Cavallino Helium serves very good food. Recommend highly."

"We stayed a week and loved every minute of it. The hotel is immaculate, the air-conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable and cleaned everyday to a very high standard. The pool and gardens are gorgeous and well maintained with the addition of a pool bar which came in really handy. Good choice at the buffet breakfast and fresh coffee served by the staff. All the staff were lovely, helpful and catered for all our needs. The icing on the cake was the beauty and spa facilities at the hotel with a fabulous heated pool, well worth a visit, we would definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again."
"I liked the hotel - the gardens were beautiful. Our room was immaculately clean, functional and had great air conditioning. Breakfast was good and we had an evening meal which was really good (though limited choice). This was all the good! The but was that on both days that we stayed the pool closed early for private functions and all the guests from the hotel were told to leave!!! I really didn't think this was appropriate. It was hot and some guests had been out sightseeing most of the day or travelling and just wanted to chill out by the pool and cool down but were chased away by the pool attendant. This would put me off going back which was a shame because otherwise the hotel was good. The location isn't the greatest but this suited us as we had a hire car so used it as a base to potter about the Amalfi coast and then onwards to Naples for our flight home."
"Great service in the SPA specially from Arianna Pia y Enza, very good massages and specially all the attentions. Strongly recommend for a relaxing day and close to many interesting and beautiful places and ceramic."

Via Maggiore Vincenzo Citro 22, Montoro, Campania, Italy
"I'll start with all the positives, it was clean. I had my doubts walking through a downstairs area that looked under construction, but the rooms were clean. The outside yard area is heavenly. Hanging vines, lush and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Now for the down side, it's listed as a B&B but there is no breakfast. In fact, the woman running this place said she would be there at our agreed arrival time, but we had to wait 45 minutes. When she came in, it was just all a big rush, "Here's your keys, goodbye." Of course, we were speaking in Italian. She was nice, but my wife and I felt like we were just in her way.The rooms we were in were sterile. Then the shower, omg if you can figure out this shower you are better than anyone in our family! It's some high tech digital thing we could never get to work right. 288 euro, 2 rooms, one night."
"we rent a mansarda, nice, but not easy to arrive there whith heavy luggage. in the first night, I hit my head on the beam (the ceiling is quite low on the side). about the breakfast included (whitout suppliment), was at one bar located at around one KM, good, but since when a arrived there ........ we was lonly in the structure, nobody there only on arrival and departure. for what we got the price it seemed exaggerated"

"Thankfully we only had one night here., it was an interesting experience. Compliments to the lady at reception she was so helpful and accommodating as we needed to put something in their fridge. Why was that? Because the mini fridges in the room had been taken out of the cabinet they should be in. We had a dinner reservation at the restaurant at 7:30, we went down 10 minutes early to have a drink and were told to go away. The staff seemed to be having a massive argument in the kitchen but maybe it was the typical Italian conversation. The glasses with our bottle of wine were chunky horrible glasses yet at the next table a single glass of wine was in a proper glass. Now we get to the meals, we both had the Veal, a side of potatoes (which turned out to be fries) and grilled vegetables. The Veal was 3 small pieces in a non-descript sauce. There were 6 smallish slices of grilled vegetables for 5€. I would have to say it was our worst meal in Italy in 2 weeks in terms of price and quality. The tour group seemed to get a better serve of Veal from our observation. Maybe this is all that keeps them going. We won’t talk about the imitation timber vinyl which had been laid throughout the 1st floor everywhere, totally in keeping with a 1 Star hotel. Breakfast was actually reasonable. Two positives from this visit gave a rating of 2."
"This was our 2nd time staying in the area and again, our hotel turned out to be an event site more than a hotel. To be fair, we were not looking for a resort as we were in the area for family reasons but I'm beginning to think most hotels in the region are a bit odd. We had a suite which was vacuous and cold. The Bath was coming apart. The staff were just okay - not particularly helpful. The wifi was non-existent in the rooms so you had to sit in the lobby to do any work. There was an event going on so the lobby was full and loud so it was difficult to work. We arrived late so chose to eat dinner at the in house restaurant. Worse food ever. Unfortunately, as it was snowing we had lunch here the following day and it was the same. And all hot meals were placed in freezing cold dishes so the food was cold when it arrived. Breakfast was okay. Price way too high for what you get. Will not stay here again."
"Stayed here for one night as part of an Inntravel holiday prior to doing Walk of the Gods. Room was ok but lovely heated swimming pool with very cheap (compared to Ravello and Positano) bar. Had dinner here. Started with amazing antipasta with enough to feed 6 although only 2 of us. Then had pasta followed by fish finishing with best panna cotta have ever had"

Via Salvatore Allende 88, Baronissi, Campania, Italy
"We visited the hotel with a group of tourists from Greece, in August 2019. Unfortunately it is not what you expect for a 4 stars hotel. - Breakfast : not very rich, lack of variety - Dinner: bad cooked, not tasteful, no choices (the first course rice with seafood, the second course fish... If you were allergic - something not rare with these food -they didn't serve anything else... After many reactions they brought "hamburger" to a lady, which was extra charged), awful wines. -Outdoor spaces: a space with tables and chairs without staff to order something, dirty, with hills of cigarettes in the ashtrays -Rooms: enough space, clean, with decent minibar, many towels. But: extremely bad view (you can observe the photo), dirty and dangerous to fall "floor" in the "jacuzzi". Not satisfying number of power plugs in the room and the power supply was not sufficient to use a television and a hair dryer at the same time...!!! The window had no window screen, so you couldn't open it, even for a while. The television had only BBC for the tourists and all the rest were dubbing Italian channels... -Staff: not very polite, (ok not rude though), with lack of speaking other languages besides Italian.. Attention: the hotel is located far away from Salerno center and it is totaly isolated, if you need something... "
"I stayed one night on this hotel during a business trip. The rooms are not so bad but the staff is not so friendly. The breakfirst is not good at all. The restaurant is not good. But the price is quite cheap, then if you want to stay one night, it s ok but not more."

"One more stop in southern Italy and spend few nights at this hotel. The location is great and not far from Salerno. What made our stay more pleasant is the great staff that works in this hotel. I’ve been traveling for many years and stayed in very well known hotels but this one here in far the friendliest. Thank you ladies, Luciana,Monica, Lucia for making our stay more pleasant and comfortable! You are the best "
"The hotel is certainly new and clean. The site photos don’t show that the neighbourhood is industrial and shabby - however the hotel is well kept. The breakfast room/restaurant is a makeshift tent and the breakfast is rather poor. The parking facilities are ace and rooms are clean and new. We used this as a resting stop on our long drive to Amalfi. Comfortable but Far from 4 star however."

"We stayed for one night in a superior room. Really nicely decorated, with good quality linen and towels. The room was very clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. The reception staff were extremely friendly and polite and the restaurant staff were equally as good. It was very helpful having secure parking included in the cost. The town of Avellino is very nice and it was a shame we didn’t have more time to explore the town and the surrounding area. We plan to stay again next year on our way back to Naples airport."
"I can say that this is one of the nicest and cheapest hotels in Avellino. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the cafeteria right beside the hotel is amazing. Rooms were very clean and they also have a private garage for customers. We are more than happy with this place!"
"This is not a tourist town but this hotel is modern and clean. It has an excellent lobby very comfortable. I think this is a location hosting meetings. The great thing is the staff they are all outgoing friendly and helpful. They are very patient with language difficulties. The rooms are Europe small but modern baths and good beds. Good WiFi A nice stop to relax after going non stop in Naples. "
