The room is a bit old, but it is clean and tidy, and the room is spacious. Western breakfast is great, all kinds of hot and cold drinks are complete. The hotel was ok, but the bathroom was a mess. The shower door leaks water, it is impossible to shut it completely. So every time you take a shower, there is an ocean of water on the floor. Not something i would expect in a four star hotel! Also, the one of the sinks is broken. There is some noise of a boiler or some machinery starting from 5 am in thr morning, it is not very loud, but if you are sensitive to noises - this hotel is not for you. Also, when we arrived the elevator was not working, so we had to take stairs to the 3rd floor. Yuks. It was fixed in a few hours. The good part - friendly reception and nice pillows and matresses. Thats why i am giving it 2 stars instead of 1.

It takes 10 minutes to walk to the subway station and the vicinity of McDonald's and Burger King. There are food and cafes, such as tgi Friday. Some shops sell furniture and electronics. Las dos primeras noches estuvimos bien, pero la tercera, nada más llegar al hotel después de cenar, se abren las puertas del ascensor y apestaba el pasillo a tabaco, entramos en la habitación y lo mismo, nos acostamos y se oye a dos personas en la habitación de al lado hablando altísimo y un pestazo a tabaco en nuestra habitación asqueroso. Llamamos a recepción y comunicamos a la chica que estaba trabajando en ese momento lo que ocurría y que subiera a oler para que se diera cuenta de la peste que había. Solamente llamó desde su lugar de trabajo a la otra habitación, no hizo nada más. Siguió el tufo y más tarde hacia las 4:00 de la madrugaro siguieron las voces y golpes! A la mañana siguiente, se lo comentamos a la persona que estaba en recepción, al hacer el check out, mira en su ordenador y nos dice que no apuntó nada su compañera, y que conocen al hombre que estaba en la habitación y le extrañaba, nos hizo sentir fatal, parecía que nos lo habíamos inventado y no nos pidió disculpas, lamentable. Una pena.

Very good location, in front of Renfe and above a great shopping centre. Easy access, reserved parking and free within the shopping centre. Large rooms, bed and cottages very comfortable. Full and spacious bathroom. Very friendly staff. We will return!!!

We picked up the top room and it's phenomenal and more for the price it is!! The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. It is one of the most popular hotels in Mostoles.

It is a nice place with comfortable rooms and very nice treatment to guests. The breakfast; considering the price could be better but still good enough. Location is reasonable close (about a 10 minutes walk) to some shopping mall and restaurantes. Sadly there are not bars or restaurants nearby
