Calle Plazoleta Nazarenas 223, Cusco, Peru
"The heart of the ancient Inca Empire, mythical and vibrant Cusco is a city beyond imagination for even the most seasoned travellers. It stands to reason that Belmond Palacio Nazarenas should be equally individual and rich in history. Your ‘Once upon a time…’ journey starts here.Would the nuns in this converted 17th-century convent have approved of the pisco sour cocktail-making stations? Anything is possible, given the diverse incarnations of this contemporary urban retreat. Our acclaimed hotel was built on Inca foundations and became a palatial private home in the 1500s. It was owned by the conquistador Mancio Serra de Leguizamón—a warrior who is said to have gambled and lost the gold Inca image of the sun from the Coricancha temple. The Jesuits converted the building into a school in 1644, which itself became a convent in 1715.We’ve preserved all that’s most precious here: you’ll find original Inca stonework, colonial frescos and gold-framed paintings collected by the nuns. At the same time you’ll discover the best of the new world within our walls. From our cutting-edge contemporary Art Lima collection to our suites’ oxygen-enriched air-conditioning, underfloor heating and Bose sound systems. We’ll look after you in the most elegant way possible, whether your idea of relaxing is taking a morning yoga class or an evening salsa lesson. We believe that the small touches matter. Our guests can enjoy the services of our soap butler, who offers herbal baths, special pillows and soaps made with flowers from our garden. They’ll help you acclimatise to the altitude. Under the careful eye of chef Rodrigo, our restaurant Senzo uses vegetables grown at an organic farm in the Sacred Valley. Many of our dishes feature indigenous herbs and are decorated with edible flowers grown from our own gardens. With Hypnôze Spa really does offer an experience like no other. Treatment rooms feature glass floors looking down to the beautifully preserved Inca foundations underneath."

Plaza Constitucion N° 333,Esquina con calle Pardo, Pisac, Cusco, Peru
"We recently stayed at the Pisac Inn while exploring the Sacred Valley for three nights. Customer Service: The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially for our 14-month old son. A special shoutout to Roxana for offering to set-up various activities for us. And a huge thank you to the front desk staff, who played with our baby while we enjoyed our breakfast. Accommodation: While the rooms are very cozy, the are accurately described as so on the hotel website. Location: The hotel is centrally located, right in the main square of Pisac, making it convenient to explore the town. Restaurant: I'm a bit of a food snob, and I would say the dinner we had was absolutely delicious. I recommend trying the high altitude trout with yellow chili sauce. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience at the Pisac Inn and will recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area."
"A cute, small inn right on the main plaza where the market is. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food & cocktails in the restaurant were excellent. The inn has a small balcony on the the second floor with a great view of the plaza. Our room was very small (standard triple room), with no view, but clean. And yes, hot water! You can hear noise from the plaza, but it gets quiet at night and is worth the convenience of location in my opinion. Nonetheless, if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. I messaged the front desk staff a few weeks prior with a request for a taxi pickup from the airport, and there the driver was at Cusco’s airport, on time with a sign for Pisac Inn, bearing my name. "
"Situated on a corner of the plaza, Pisac Inn is perfectly located for exploring this charming town. When you feel like relaxing, you can sit in a comfortable chair in front and watch life around the plaza. Kelly will make you feel at home and the restaurant food is delicious. Seems like many people take a day trip to Pisac from Cusco, but we were so glad we were staying at Pisac Inn. We highly recommend it!"

"This was a fantastic hotel. WE stayed here twice (a total of 3 nights). The location is quite central, the hotel decor is quite nice. The service is excellent - they take good care of the guests. The rooms were nice, really comfy beds and quality bedding. But the most amazing thing was the shower One of the best showers I have been in in my whole life - hot and powerful Great after coming in from a day of hiking to refresh before going out on the town. They also have a relally nice restaurant and bar. A great choice in Cusco!"
"This is what you call a good boutique hotel. Firstly the staff are excellent, nothing is too much trouble, and always with a smile. Set only about a ten minute walk from the main town square, the rooms are spacious and clean, the sitting area in the courtyard is lovey, with live music during what is effectively a happy two hours. The breakfast is excellent as too is the food in the lovely restaurant, and very reasonably priced. Thoroughly recommended in every way."
"We had five rooms. Everyone loved their rooms. Very nicely decorated in Peru’s style. The lobby was very nice with a side meeting area and a beautiful courtyard. They had a great breakfast and a separate bar and restaurant. We enjoyed watching the Super bowl in the bar and they even stayed a little overtime so we could all see the End of the game. Loved everyone. Would stay there again."

Esquina de la Calle Ruinas 432 y San Agustin, Cusco, Peru
"This hotel said that it is oxygen in the room, there is an oxygen-enhanced gas outlet in the room, it feels better, but by plane to the altitude of 3,500 meters high, the high is still inevitable, the hotel service is in place, the breakfast is good, the location is On the edge of the weapons square, the location is excellent."
"Very very good experience Absolute value for the fare! Breakfast was very varied and delicious Rooms are clean and tidy with local features and high-end hygiene Location very central There are very beautiful alpacas every day to play with you and take pictures Hotel staff and their friendliness Cusco's absolute choice"
"The environment can be. The service was not superior to other JW Marriott, and we upgraded the room according to their recommendations after we arrived. There is no guke leaf tea that does not make up every day to ease the altitude sickness. It refuses to be delivered to the room the next day and needs to go to the front desk."

"My wife and I spent 4 nights here. We were glad we decided on this place as the hotel was beautiful and the rooms and toilets were clean. Our room came with a kitchenette and we were allowed to have free mineral water and snacks everyday. I was down with altitude sickness for the first 2 days and having a clean and comfortable room was an absolute godsend. The day tours we did from Cusco were long and tiring so it felt great coming back to a warm and comfortable bed. Breakfast could be brought to our room (by informing the staff the day before) but if we wanted a spread, the hotel arranged a taxi to bring us to their sister hotel 5 minutes away. Breakfast was a range of cereal, cold cuts, cheese, juice, coffee and the likes. The hotel staff Iskra was kind and very helpful. She pretty much did everything from explaining how to get around the historical centre to helping us with our airport transfers. The security guards were all also very helpful! All in all a great stay."
"We had exceptionally great experience at this hotel. We really wanted to experience traditional Cusco hotel & were lucky enough to find this place. We felt like we were very special guests in a beautiful old house in Cusco. Hotel manager Iskara was amazing. We stayed there twice-before & after our trip to Machu Picchu- & she was there every single day to greet us, even on her day off. She always asked us night before what we wanted for breakfast next morning & she was there every morning to serve breakfast on our own special trays. We enjoyed eating in the covered inner courtyard with beautiful Christmas lights. Iskara went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable & made all the arrangements for taxis, activities, shopping, meals & anything else we asked for. We truly felt at home & extremely well taken care of. I would definitely call it a great “Cusco Experience”. Thank you Iskara for being a truly amazing host. "
"We had the best stay here! Amazing location. Full kitchenette (although we didn't even use it due to the AMAZING food of Cusco). Gus, the hotel manager was amazing and made us feel right at home. The other staff, including Jimmy the housekeeper, were so helpful and kind. You could tell they went out of their way to offer high quality, respectful, and professional service. Gus gave us great advice and helped us feel safe. We were sent to different nearby hotels each morning for breakfast, which we really enjoyed because it gave us more to explore and the sister hotels were beautiful. X.O. is in the perfect location, under 10 minute walk to the main square, and just a block away from the San Blas neighborhood. We have nothing but good things to stay and would recommend this hotel to everyone."

"This hotel is a gem - i would give it 10 stars if the rating scale went there! The atmosphere, service, room quality, restaurant, and location all make this the perfect place to stay on your visit to Cusco which is a must on your way to Machu Picchu. When i first entered the hotel, i was warmly greeted, efficienty registered and then provided a cup of tea that helps with elevation acclimation - very peaceful in the seating area next to reception. It is a 16th century building with modern ammentities. There are so many secluded seating areas throughout this hotel - lots of places to meet up or relax. My room was large, had unique furniture that was consistent with the rest of the historical decor, was exceptionally clean and had a grand bathroom with a separate shower and tub with heated marble floors. The hotel was also very quiet. The hotel is a musem and National Heritage historic site with art and furniture pieces throughout - you can get a headset from the front desk and do a self guided tour - i found this to be a wonderful and relaxing late afternoon/early evening activity. I had the breakfast buffet both mornings and the fruit and other selections were wonderful and they made omelletes to order. I also had dinner at the restaurant one evening and it was exceptional. There is a beautiful courtyard inside the hotel for relaxing as well. I was traveling on my own this trip and felt secure and was treated very well. I would say this is a gret hotel for couples as well and would like to return with my husband! Last - this was an amazing value and would cost easily $400 per night or more in the USA."
"Staff are so helpful - rooms clean with separate large bathroom with whirlpool bath and separate shower. Bathroom has under floor heating which was a nice plus. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The hotel is located in a quiet street but is only a five minute stroll (max) to the main square and to many restaurants and shops. Rooms have oxygen piped into them, free coco tea is available all day to give you energy and Mundo (or something similar) to help you relax before bedtime. Breakfast selection was good."
"Beautiful hotel with fascinating artworks. Rooms were wonderful, clean, spacious, great bathroom amenities, oxygenated. Food was plentiful, fresh, always something new to try, captured local flavors. Perfect location near the two main square - not far away and safe to walk to and from restaurants at night. Staff were super kind and helped in any way, always smiling and greeted us warmly. An absolute must stay in a fabulous city!"

Tocuyeros 560,San Blas, Cusco, Peru
"My how we loved this hotel. It helped that we had one of the best rooms with a fabulous view of the city, a coffee machine and a palatial bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. The long stone 'secret' corridor from the main street was almost medieval in style but it enhanced the privacy and gave the open terrace on the other side a special intimacy. The location is central and waling distance from the main sites, although access by car is tight, the drivers seem to know what they are doing. The hotel staff were customer focused and could not do enough. The taxi was greeted and our bags were whisked up and down the steps without us asking, our laundry was perfectly washed and folded within hours and room service was spot on. The bar seemed to be staffed constantly and had beautiful views to admire, while sipping their speciality- a smokey pisco sour. We did not eat dinner in the hotel but breakfast was a bit variable- some days pastries some days not. Sweetened cereal and poor bread in abundance but they did cook eggs to order and service was impeccable. There are plenty of eating places steps away from the hotel and the concierge was most helpful- calling to book tables and check availability. We were very happy to return to this hotel after our trip to the Sacred Valley."
"This hotel was wonderful. The staff really understand what service means. When I arrived, it started raining, and Saul was quick to provide an umbrella. I was ushered to the living room area to complete my check in on a comfortable couch overlooking Cusco - a beautiful way to arrive. Saul also made sure my extremely heavy luggage was already in my room by the time I went upstairs after check in. It continued to rain that day, so I was able to use the umbrella throughout my stay, which was really a nice extra touch. Upon check out, a chef from the kitchen saw I was struggling with my luggage down the stairs and came out from the kitchen to assist me. Such service! Diego from breakfast service was also wonderful to speak with and I enjoyed my breakfast and latte with nut milk very much. I enjoyed a wonderful stay and loved how close it was to the Plaza del Armas and other sites I needed to visit during my stay."
"Our family of five stayed at Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel for one week over Thanksgiving break. From the time we arrived at the airport until the day we departed, we received incredible service. The hotel staff was extremely friendly, and their service was above and beyond what we have received at most 5 star resorts. They assisted us with car service for every excursion and always made sure we had a boxed lunch no matter how early we left in the morning. The hotel as outstanding food and drinks, however, they also assisted us in making nightly dinner reservations if we felt like dining out on the town. They were always there to help if anyone was feeling a little under the weather due to the altitude. The hotel is walking distance to the town center, but also very safe. Rooms were very clean. Overall an outstanding experience that we would highly recommend!"

"The staff were great and very helpful, they even arranged a boxed breakfast for the morning of our departure. The food in their restaurant was exceptional! The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable and the staff very friendly and accomading. Would highly recommend this hotel."
"This was a comfortable stay inside a hotel with a modern look. Had a restaurant inside with free breakfast which was great. They also helped me carry and hold my bags as well as order the most inexpensive taxi services when needed."
"Was only there to sleep at night. Comfortable beds and clean room with a mini balcony. Helpful front desk staff that helped me get taxis and carry my luggage. They had free breakfast in the morning too. I was also able to hold my bags with front desk on my last check out day while I used the day to explore."
