After hard week will have a break with wife and daughter…Simple, good staff, good options, swimming pool near sea side, beach bar and good restaurant with local products as wine, fruits, fishes, olive oil amazing with all 5 stars hôtel but time to get one for PP restaurant. Wine was real from Pic St Loup at back viewers from hotel. Unfortunately Syrah and Mourvèdre must be cool served to give all sources fragrances and smells of garrigue and pink fruits, but on tong freshness killed the melting pot of such wine, fine cooking and staff made pizza for kid and mother without problem, squid’s salad was fine with Espelette pepper, grill molds were so simple taste of salted butter and parsley fresh garlic sauce, desert was at beach with windy and sand crunchy with local coconut local ice maker, nice red fruits with vanilla chantilly and hot chocolate so tasty with acid of strawberries and fine raspberry only 60 boxes to lay each personnes front ones matresses bit expensive out of season time, but towels and Evian bottle included…anyway nice multi langages staff with frenchy southern hit seems serious but nonchalance amazing behaviors. Don’t change but in high summer time ppl could be stress with all locals on beach from all dangerous area’s from Montpellier occupated places with non real frenchies but ppl swim just on the other side of Mediterranean places with drugged dealers and many thieves from friends experience from last year.

It’s a heartwarming thing to choose a hôtel purely on the basis of location only to find that it’s really a bit of a gem. We had an eight night stay at the beautiful Domain de Verchant, set amongst its own vineyards and parkland, only a few kilometres outside historic Montpellier. The rooms were both charming and well appointed , the food in the two different restaurants was really very good and the spa/ pool areas are quite wonderful with first rate facilities. However, it is the professional and friendly service that sets this hotel apart . Under the General manager, Jean-Pascal Picolette, thé team show their dedication and pleasure in looking after their residents, whether it be serving a poolside sandwich or a 5 course fine dining meal at their superb restaurant Marcelle. The friends we went to from the airport were very convenient. It would be great if we took a taxi directly. Then the front desk service was very friendly. We stayed in so many hotels and felt that the price performance of the hotel was very high. Recommended

Located at the mayor house, very good view from the room, with spa center and swimming pool.

We parked at the hotel on Friday afternoon and didn't move the car again until leaving on Sunday afternoon. Staff were friendly and helpful, but we noted the rooms had variations in facilities; we had a bath, the room beside had a shower cabinet. Hotel du Parc is well situated; an up hill walk takes you past the oldest ”botanical gardens” in France, up to the the place de Louis 14th (I think) and into the old city. Montpellier is a Southern Paris, beautiful architecture, plentiful bars and high quality restaurants, but without the chaos of high-speed traffic. The tram system stretches into the suburbs, affording cheap and easy travel throughout the city.

Hotel situated in good location, about 7 minute walk to nearest shopping center. Only thing would be that it is on a main roundabout so can be a bit louder than any others however this did not bother us. Room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Beds comfortable as well. We did stay in one of the superior rooms on the top floor which have been recently refurbished. Would recommend staying here

The hotel in very clean and the location is very good, there are lots of walks around and the beach is around 10 minutes walk. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. You need to reserve parking as it is not easy to find parking near the hotel. The tram station to Montpellier is less than 2km away, there are parking areas near the tram staion.
