The service and the crew members are TOP. They strive very hard to make you feel like an honored guest. Even the crew who can not speak english or little english were trying hard to communicate and help. The room are very spacious and well equipped. The views (Room, restaurant and bar) is amazing. The food is good but it is not to the standard expected from Raffle. Some quick examples: The croissant are bad (sorry I am french), the breakfast buffet choice too limited and the teppanyaki beef (top quality beed but the cut included fat parts). Did I mention the quality of the crew?

Wonderful stay. View from the room was just okay but already got upgraded. Apart from that, everything was amazing, incl room size, service, spa & pool facility. The view from MO Bar was fantastic; we love the vibe. The complimentary breakfast (on trip.com) was an highlight! Even if I was asked to pay I would still have it again. Spacious and lots of varieties (dim sum was just so-so though).

My family and I recently stayed at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel for one night, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we've had with our two young daughters. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service provided by the staff. The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and very well-maintained. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with stunning views of the city skyline. We were especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary snacks and drinks in the minibar and the personalized welcome note from the hotel manager. One of the highlights of our stay was the hotel's fantastic amenities. We spent several hours at the hot spa jacuzzi. In addition to the amenities, we also appreciated the hotel's convenient location. It's located in a vibrant neighborhood with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. We were able to easily explore the area, and the hotel staff provided us with excellent recommendations for family-friendly activities. Overall, our stay at Andaz Shenzhen Bay Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional, and the amenities are top-notch. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and family-friendly stay in Shenzhen.

We spent Cristmas Day at the Intercontinental Dameisha in Shenzhen. A 40 minute Didi drive from Futian and the hotel has a private beach.. The hotel is modern and lovely. Check in was quick and smooth with an English speaking front desk. We received two complimentary breakfasts from the hotel. The breakfast is a mix of Western style and Chinese and was delicious - definitely reccommended. The rooms were comfy with a complimentary fruit bowl and lots of drinking water in the room. To my surprise the TV channels featured many English channel options. The beds were soft and comfortable, had a lovely bathroom and a small but nice balcony overlooking the sea and pool. The hotel also sports a fitness room, saunas and an indoor swimming pool, a childrens' playroom and more. It is also conveniently close to the Outlet store village. We had a pleasant stay. Only down side was that there weren't many Western restaurant options to choose from in the village, but if you don't mind Burger King, Macdonalds and Pizza Hut, you'll be fine. You can also eat at the hotel and be sure of a lovely meal at their restaurant.

Perfect place to stay from the moment you walk in the customer service is excellent. One staff member Kyle at reception really made my stay very comfortable. He organised welcome cake and fruit and gave me information about the hotel and the area around it. He has excellent English and he gave me a personalised gift at the end.The hotel location is fantastic near Coco park all the shopping and restaurants. I also tried the resturant that’s in the hotel and that was good. Their breakfast is excellent will stay here again. Once again thank you Park Hyatt and Kyle is a real asset to the company .

The beach and sea are beautiful and the room is big enough. The service attitude is good and basically responds to all requests. The breakfast buffet is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh and taste good. There are many places for children to play and the children are very happy. A very pleasant vacation trip.

Just 5 star service. The front desk staff Leo and the manager Kay were very friendly, and they were happy to ask for a one-hour delay in check-out on the sixth day of the ***** New Year without any fuss. Then I ran to the swimming pool in the evening and wanted to visit. The staff there were also happy to take me in and introduce it to me. The atmosphere of the room is very good. There is a small bench and slippers at the door which is very considerate. The floor-to-ceiling glass is high and wide, and it feels very cool to look out at the scenery. The bathroom supplies are also high-end, and the bathtub size is larger than that of many hotels. The important thing is that there is no glass partition next to the bathtub, so you can actually watch TV while soaking. The room price is quite expensive for Shenzhen, but luckily it comes with a minibar, breakfast and a Chinese lunch/dinner set for two. The Chinese restaurant Yincheng is on the first floor. It is also a 5-star restaurant. The dishes are very exquisite. Although the set menu includes stewed snow swallow dessert, I still recommend the roasted squab and spinach sprouts~

Very friendly and hospitable staff, nice breakfasts, wonderful swimming pool area, an amazing beach. It would be nicer, though, if there were free umbrellas available on the beach. PS There’s a very professional and helpful English-speaking hotel manager
