The hotel is very clean, new and convenient

Having stayed here before it became our first choice when staying in the area. The moment we walked in we were greeted like long lost friends. Karen at the front desk is always the best. Very welcoming and a pleasure to chat with. She is always on top of her game even when training new personnel or dealing with a stubborn front desk computer. A big thank you to her personally. As for the hotel, everything is awesome from the clean well set up rooms to the most comfortable beds. And peaceful quiet nights. To the sparkling pool area and the awesome hot breakfast included in the nightly rate. Everything is just top notch. You won't be disappointed should you choose to stay here. Again a big Thank you to Karen, we will definitely look forward to our next stay.

This hotel does just fine. It's not elegant, but it makes no pretensions. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast well stocked with fresh items. The hotel would have earned 5 stars, but the heater for the swimming pool was on the fritz, so the water was 68 degrees and I ended up in the gym. And the breakfast menu did not include decaf coffee, although the Keurig in our room did provide decaf.

Good hotel ~ reasonably priced & in close distance to all. I was a little leary as this hotel was on the cheaper side but it was perfect. Very clean ~ comfy bed & pillows, warm shower & nice continental breakfast. Close to my son's SUNY dorm & I will definitely stay here again. Only down thing was the walls are thin & we were next to the ”loud talking” family lol.

This Holiday Inn hotel is ideal for use as a business hotel. I used it while on a business trip and was able to have a perfect day during my business trip. Thank you for the excellent service during your stay. I used it well and then left.

The air conditioning, refrigerator, exhaust fan in the room are old and make noise all night. Breakfast is a standard American breakfast, quite rich, the hotel's pool looks good.

Friendly Helpful Staff. Clean Spacious Rooms. Clean Bedding well stocked with towels and supplies. Small refrigerator and Microwave in room was great. Staff working hard in parking area to clear snow and keep area clean. Hotel loaned me a snow shovel which was MUCH appreciated. Many Friendly Guest that helped me with the snow in my rental car. Nice simple breakfast options with a nice clean Breakfast Seating Area. Nicely Decorated Lovely Lobby. I liked being able to park directly outside of my room for clearing the snow and getting back in quickly. Perfect for my overnight stay. Great Value. Thank You ALL.
