I checked in at 3 o'clock, but I looked a little busy or there was a vacant room, and I was a little over 9 o'clock and I was allowed to check in without additional money (no Marriott tire) I went up to the room and upgraded to a junior suite with a terrace. I booked 2 rooms for one night in accommodation and breakfast with my family. It is located about 500 metres walking from the Temple Fort of Ponferrada and nearby is a public parking where you can leave the car (the whole parking area is blue). I liked the size of the room, the large window of one of the rooms with views of the city, the comfort of beds and coats and breakfast buffet type: with coffee and infusions, natural orange juice, cereals, cooking, toasts, fruit, included .... The minibar was completely empty, although you leave 2 bottles of courtesy water and in my room the video and the reception are next to the bathroom, which has a mamper to enter ...what complicates the thing when the 3 pieces are so fingerprints.

The hotel is simple. The triple room was very good size and was quiet and clean. The location is perfect, is two steps from the castle and the historic centre of Ponferrada. The hotel staff were very friendly, we reserved the parking place and allowed us to leave the car in the garage until 15:00 p.m., which is when the new guests entered. It was very comfortable, because we could see the city quietly without worrying about the car for nothing.
