The rooms are comfortable and the beds are very good. The cleaning of the room is quick and efficient. It has a swimming pool and is in a village with a lot of attraction to eat and visit places. I had no problems to park even if the hotel has a parking lot.

The hotel is fabulous (although it is winter), with active animations and other functions as if it was summer. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The restaurant was very good, but the dinners of 10. I missed to be a few more days to enjoy 100%.

A nice hotel, nice room and good beds. Large swimming pool with lots of space and plenty of beds around it. You are on the beach in no time, but that is a public beach and therefore no beds from the hotel. In fact, no beds at all. Environment also beautiful. However, there are also points for improvement. Long wait at check-in due to understaffing at the reception and then also two people who do unclear other things. I would say: get rid of those rows first. The same goes more or less for the bar. Towards the end of the dinner, everyone goes that way, but at the bar only one employee. Planning could be better. Another point is the languages spoken. That is actually only Spanish and sometimes with difficulty some German or English. This may be due to the fact that there are a lot of Spaniards here. There is also a lot to be paid in cash (bicycle rental, deposit for beach towels). Great food, kudos to Gustavo behind the wok.

Very nice resort, especially for families with young children. The lifeguards rolled out a big inflatable pool slide one afternoon and every day they rolled out a floating “carpet” that ran into the water so the kids could challenge each other with running on it. Lots of fun and a great attitude from the staff. Food was good and we had breakfast with our rental. We ate lunch and dinner once on property - it was a good buffet but somewhat pricey. For other dinners we headed into Sanlucar on one of the squares - highly recommend. We had two rooms and one had much better functioning air conditioning than the other. It gets chilly at night here so be sure to request a blanket for the bed if there isn’t one in your room. The one slight disappointment was Re the in room safe, which came with a daily fee. For a property this nice, I’d expect a safe to be provided as a gratis service.

Beautiful hotel, extremely clean everywhere, the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly, the buffet was amazing with a huge fresh variety every morning. Location is perfect, two steps and you’re on the beach! Would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and I have done already.

It is a beautiful hotel. With excellent indoor patios and the bathroom where the pool is. At reception they were very friendly to change our room because we were not convinced. I am very grateful to them. The bathroom tools were still filled with soap, even after warning them. The coffee in the Cafeteria is a regiment. I recommend this hotel very much. It makes you feel like to come back.
