I did not stay in this Ryokan, I canceled my book. Here is why: Most Ryokans make traditional dinner and I thought this one too (by seeing their Kaiseki meal photos in their website) But it seems I was wrong. Before booking a room in this Ryokan, I read the reviews and checked the meals menus in their website: the Kaiseki meal was one of the many reasons why I wanted to book this Ryokan. So I booked a room and almost two months before my arrival I sent them a message asking for the meals price and to make a dinner reservation for two people. Their reply was ”Dinner cannot be prepared. Please have a dinner in the dining room outside the hotel”. So I asked again why I could not make a dinner reservation (in almost two months in advance) Perhaps the kitchen is closed? their answer again was: ”I do not have a reason. It depends on the plan you choose”. Well... If this Ryokan doesn't serve dinner, they should let it clear to everyone in the information section. If they do serve but it depends on whatever plan they have, they should again let it clear to the customer. I was lucky to ask before my arrival and of course I cancelled the hotel of 210EUR one night... the communication was bad (they could explain the meals plan perhaps?). So I decided not pay 210 for one night in a Ryokan with a poor costumer service and where I cannot have a full Ryokan experience. In another review I saw they have had this same issue with other guest. Therefore, If you are wiling to stay in this Ryokan anyway, I highly suggest you to ask them anything first before booking a room (to avoid surprise). So sad... I truly think they don't care about costumer service...

Overall, the staff were very friendly and satisfied.
Onsen was good too
The cleanliness is so good that you can feel that the staff are hard at work.
It's clean, but you have to take into account that it's an old building.
The meal was also delicious.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I felt that the decoration is simple, stylish and generous, giving a very warm feeling. There is a communal kitchen and well-equipped facilities, which is very helpful to us. Like it! But in the end I wanted to store a box but said that I would charge 500 yen. Any other service that can be accommodated is free. This surprised us and has an unpleasant feeling.

This youth travel hotel is perfect. I live in a room with four people. I have booked a mixed room with my friends. I changed the front desk and changed it. It is very close, very close to the beach. The hotel has bicycle rental, which is very suitable for seaside bicycle riding. OK, really good

Chose this place because of the price and the offer of Mount Fuji view. Certainly the view did not disappoint us, love the sea view and Mount Fuji. Room was spacious and the layout was nice though dated to some extent. The grounds looks like it need some sprucing and maintenance work. Checkin was efficient though parking came with a price. Maybe hotel should consider free parking for guests as most would be driving to get to this area. We ate at the Japanese restaurant though you had to walk in the rain on the day we were there as the restaurant was located on a annex building. Food was good and service was fine but on the higher end of prices. I like the neighbourhood vibe, there is a supermarket, hardware/pharmacy and bakery within walking distance from the hotel. There are a few restaurants by the beach and we tried the Pacific place. Prices of food along the beach are much more reasonable. Would stay here again except that traffic along this stretch of road is very bad as it is only a one lane road and traffic lights at almost every junction. Be prepare for a long and slow drive between hotel to town.

The hotel’s location and views are the best part. The room was mostly very nice with fairly updated bathroom, although some of the furniture needed touch ups. The floor to ceiling glass windows are perfect. The bedding and sheets were extremely fine and everything was very clean. The breakfast restaurant has high ceilings, beautiful views and the food was quite good. The lobby also has a nice seating area as shown in the photo. The service staff were great… very professional. If walking, best to take the “elevator” up to the lobby from the wedding building at street level. I always rate hotels based upon the price and the price is very low for this hotel so I think it is very much for the price.

Reviews From Real Travelers
We stayed 2 nights in November 2020. The room we booked is standard twin [non-smoking] 34㎡. I had resistance to leisure to the far side using public transportation in the corona pass, so I booked this place which seems to be able to stay calmly in a relatively nearby place. As I saw in various reviews before my stay, the room is large and satisfied as expected. I think there are many people who don't like the inn that has been built years, but I like it because there are many cases of spacious rooms compared to the inn now. I entered the room and was relieved to see the view from the window. The sea just across the street. Fortunately, during my stay, the weather was good and I was able to enjoy the view from the window. Also, if you look at the balcony on the floor you are staying, this was also good 々. The location of the room is far from the sea, but I think it is color 々 depending on the location of the room, so the view from the room is not enough. I thought it would be good to see it from the balcony if I thought it was. Also, the making of the inn is interesting. I thought that I stayed in a western room, but the opposite side across the passage seemed to be a Japanese room type. In that case, breakfast was also available for western and Japanese food choices. 2 nights, so I asked 1 times each. It may be a more lively atmosphere in summer, but it was November, and it was quiet and perfect for spending time. I also want to stay at the off-season. I thought.

8 I stayed for 1 in the month. The summer of Kamakura, which is usually crowded with many people, was also quiet due to the corona wreck. Kamakura Park Hotel is located in a location where you can see the sea along National Highway 134. The building seen from the road is not flashy, so you may not notice it is a resort hotel. At the entrance, the staff picked me up and took me to the front desk with my luggage. The sea view room is spacious 々 and comfortable. I can see the sea from the room, but unfortunately I can't go to the ocean front because there is an angle, but the sunrise was nice. The infection control was solid and it was a comfortable stay. At the restaurant ”Bergora” in the building, I was able to enjoy delicious dishes such as Hayama beef fair and ”Waminamoto” crab tendon.

The slam dunk love tour, compared to the scene of taking pictures at Kamakura High School Station Uyang Uyang, the station at the entrance of this homestay has a more beautiful atmosphere, and the surroundings are peaceful and quiet, especially the years are quiet. The landlord is very nice and fluent in English. If you arrive early to store your luggage, you need to call the landlord to open the door. The facilities in the room are even more complete than in the hotel apartment. I have everything I want, except there is no TV. The washing machine does not have a drying machine, but the overall shower room has a drying function. If you don't have too many clothes, you can basically dry it overnight. But what else to watch when you come to the beautiful Enoshima. The entrance is the Enoden Railway, and there are cars from 5 in the morning to 12 in the evening. Although the soundproofing is good, people who are particularly sensitive should choose carefully. There are other residents in the building, so the landlord urges guests with children to keep quiet.
