It's a new hotel, so there's construction going on all around it. I was very disappointed because I had to pay extra instead of getting a free upgrade to a larger room. It will be better next summer again.

It used to called Grand Inna Parapat. I don’t know since when it change to Khas Parapat because I haven’t been there such a long time ago. It’s by Danau Toba Lake. We just go out from our room and that’s it. We can see and play by Danau Toba lake. We stayed at Family Room and it can be 5 people in it with one extra bed. And still it’s quite more space for us. And the price including breakfast and lunch. The restaurant is nice with delicious food. We ordered Nasi Goreng seafood and the kids ordered burger. The scenery is so beautiful from our room especially when we can see a rainbow after the rain. The kids enjoy playing at the lake. But unfortunately, the people is so dirty at the restaurant for lunch. They just throw anything under the table. But for all, we satisfied stay there.

The location nearby town Hotel is new and freedom Perfect view Quiet Staff is helpful and friendly,just feel like staying home. I had a great stay here. The pool is clean too.Dining service until 9pm.

Amazing hotel with my family. You must stay here with you family. Full service, there is a swimming pool for my children. I recomended this hotel. Good Wifi, good taste for breakfast, has many channel for Television. Hot water 24 hours, behind the beach

Good hotel with breathtaking view and nice to have an event in this Hotel. The hotel is in the perfect location Perhaps to consider having lift to access the high level room. Overall the event running smoothly and thank you for the hospitality.

The service of this hotel is good as the concierge will help you with your luggage from the main land - Parapat onto the boat. The boat will then berthed right in front of the hotel and the concierge will carry your luggage right to you rooms. This hotel has also just completed some renovations therefore the rooms are quite new, clean and tidy. The shower room is spacious enough for 1 person to shower whilst another can utilize the sink area. Nice view from the hotel. Food is ok. No room service though and cafe/restaurant close at 10pm. You can also book the karaoke room up to 11pm if your love to sing. The amenities are so so but for the kids, there is a nice swimming pool with a pool bar that its not yet functioning when I was there. There's a water slide by the lake for the kids as well as foot pedal powered rides for the family to enjoy. Check out time is noon as that is also when the boat arrives to pick guests back to the main land and you have to be punctual.

Although we have seen some negative reviews we were very happy. Beds and bathroom were fine and the grounds are lovely. We only had breakfast but it was an excellent range. There is no AC but it was ok without it and the shower was warm. The only problem was that the rear window is open and screened so outside noise was intrusive for the light sleepers.

The hotel is very friendly and efficient, and is very nice and efficient. The room was dirty and they made their cleaning when I asked for it, but the noise has been terrific since 6:00am, because local tourism speaks with a high volume in common areas (swimming pool, restaurant, etc.). Airlines with the French EXPLORATOR agency, based in Paris, because they change accommodation and route one week before the trip starts.
