"After our wonderful experience at Le Royal Monceau in November 2021, we decided to return only 3 months later and we were not disappointed. The welcome was warm and professional to the fullest - Thanks to Isabel and her colleagues, who spoiled us during the entire stay. A generous upgrade as well as gifts celebrating our anniversary and one of our birthdays had been arranged with lovely care, champagne, bakery and balloons included. The room's equipment (bed, laundry, interior design, furniture etc.) is of highest quality and not only the sparkling bathroom with its countless mirrors reveals the housekeeping's excellent skills. Highest service skills are a signature highlight at the Raffles premise - any request is smoothly executed within minutes and with hospitality that knows no boundaries. It is just a delight coming back to a hotel for the second time and bath robes, slippers and duvets are prepared according to the guests' needs without requesting a thing. Thank you for that, we took notice well! For the location, the impressive palace-like building is in the west of Paris (8th arrondissement), with endless shopping opportunities in the Champs-Élysées, numerous metro and RER lines and the green Parc Monceau very near-by. Nonetheless, it is not in the ultimate centre of Paris, which requires longer walking times to the central and eastern parts of the city. Still, standing on our French balcony and witnessing the celebrations on the occasion of the Senegalese Africa Cup win reminded us that we were staying right by a global hub, with Charles de Gaulle Étoile being only metres away. The breakfast atmosphere is a little uncomfortable due to the restaurant's hall-like vibe, but the service is very friendly and the quality of bakery (bread and sweet delights), cheese, fruit and egg dishes is simply of highest standard. Also, the bar does a great job with service, drinks and snacks. When checking out, the billing process was a little intransparent and chaotic, but the flexibility and cooperativeness of the front desk team had us forget that swiftly. Yes, accommodation at Le Royal Monceau has its price, but they fully deliver on their luxury and exclusivity promise and, for sure, we will return! Simply delightful! And a big THANK YOU for the constantly remarkable service!"
"This has to be one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we have ever stayed in . The mirrored bathroom is magnificent, the bedroom designed by Philip Starke modern and quirky yet sumptuous and welcoming . Love the pair of huge over sized mirrors at either end of the bedroom which come to life as TV's at the flick of a switch . Lunch at Matsuhisa in the courtyard is a must as is a visit to the all white spa and the pool . The breakfast buffet an amazing array of the most delicious foods a wonderful feast of flavours to begin the day . I cannot wait to return .. This is what memories are made of. Annabel Karmel"
"Hotel location is very good, within a five minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe. There is a small supermarket opposite the hotel, and it is convenient to buy snacks. Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. Washing supplies are a full set of Clarins. The delivery of the hotel rooms is very good, pasta, club sandwiches, lobster soup... is the best room service I have ever eaten. Very good hotel, except for your point, no problem~"

"Good location, surrounded by all kinds of luxury boutiques, good service with few people. Walk to the Louvre, Orsay, Orangery, and Lover's Bridge. A superb walk along the Seine at night. The hotel's own service was superb. There was a special person to lead the room and introduce the hotel's various facilities. There were welcome desserts, super delicious, and afternoon tea was delicious. The bedding was silky, the room was beautiful and the facilities were new and intimate. All the service staff were very good and learned that our plane at night took the initiative to delay the check-out time to 4 o'clock. Very perfect stay! Will go again next time."
"The hotel exudes luxury everywhere. The staff called you wherever you went. Their attitude is respectful and polite. In comparison, Shangri-La may be more kind. Leeds may be a bit arrogant. After all, there are too many celebrity stars. There is nothing to say about the hotel's software or hardware, except for the expensive ones."
"The legendary Ritz Hotel, the service is very considerate. Luxurious decoration without exaggeration. The location is just outside Vendome Square, on the luxury street. In addition to a disadvantage, it is too expensive. Everything is beautiful 👌"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in, no one! Warm and welcoming, kindly leading the stay, the luggage is active and enthusiastic! Room service professional and thoughtful, stayed for three days, every day to help tidy all the items, including the charging line are well-professional... The location is wonderful, easy to visit most of the city's attractions... The only regret is that there is no order to the roof The restaurant, I thought the hotel guests could book it two days in advance, it was too hot, and it must come again next time!"
"The environment is nice and clean. I do n’t know if I can add an extra bed. I did n’t drive, but there should be a parking space, the service is OK, the spa is not good, I have n’t had breakfast in the hotel, because I do n’t get breakfast every day, so Don't know how"
"Loved the amazing bed , wonderful atmosphere from when you first check in everything is so modern and sleek, and that esthetic continues in the room. "

"This hotel is exceptional in every way. The location is perfect but the staff and their attention to detail is where the differences are noted. They notice things before you have to ask, they greet you by name having only met you once before and housekeeping are timeous and swift. We left for a stroll around the immediate area and came back to a wonderfully clean room. If I could afford it I’d move in and never leave."
"Over the decades - and this was my third visit - this hotel has always offered excellence in every department whether you are staying in the luxurious rooms or taking afternoon tea. Our family visit in May was for afternoon tea. Yes it is expensive at 95 euros including a glass of bubbly or your choice of drink but service is amazing (as is the food) and the staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. Just the very best!"
"The Hotel is taking such amazing care of it’s guests. Their staff is amazing. Everything is on such upscale and outstanding level. Everything is nothing but a luxury, we couldn’t get more spoiled. We got restaurants booked by concierge that usually take months in advance to arrange. We are truly grateful and can’t wait to be back! "

"This location is very good, the subway station is downstairs, all the main attractions are direct, there are a lot of food around, and there are delicious Chinese food. The black brother at the front desk is also very nice and the room is large."
"Just had a good stay at this well located hotel. Had a room with a balcony which was really enjoyable as the weather was great too. Well located to several convenient metro lines, the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Did not take breakfast so cannot comment on this. Would definitely consider again."
"Great location (close to lots of shops, restaurants, and metro lines that go directly to popular sites), friendly staff, nice rooms. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay in future visits to Paris."

"Le Bristol Paris must be one of my favourite hotel as it has everything. Besides Paris of course you have all of the attractions within my walking distance to include the wonderful Island! Fine food along with excellent entertaining bar persons are all available. Within walking or quick taxi ride some of the best shopping experience can be had! I do miss Pharaoh but Socrates has quickly warmed his kitten ways to my heart and all other Le Bristol kitty loving clients. What I do like is that Le Bristol is pet friendly for the well behaved animals. My animals do not have a pet passport but I do enjoy being entertained by a fellow guest pet’s good behaviour. I have had the pleasure of enjoying many rooms over last 7 years of visiting Le Bristol with all of its charms. All rooms beyond expectations for a 10 star hotel. Bathrooms amazingly designed with eloquent fixtures and room. Beds are spacious and comfortable, almost too! We always enjoy breakfast in our room or in the restaurant the service and food always places a smile on my Lady, and of course this makes a very sweet and romantic stay! The front desk is always happy to arrange taxis or directions! Jean-Marie and staff are always happy to help. Cleanliness has never been less at Le Bristol but their respect for hygiene and Covid-19 preventive measures makes for a fine example how a hotel should be run during these trying times. Thank you to Le Bristol entire staff for all the lovely and future stays."
"Over the years, we have been privileged to stay up to 7 or 8 times a year at Le Bristol in Paris. it is difficult to imagine a better hotel experience anywhere in the world. First the hotel is incredibly well located in the capital for business or pleasure. the entire team operates at a level that I have only experienced in Asia and specifically in japan. the service is kind, personal and always vying for the extra special attention. the food is superb whether in restaurant or room service. the rooms are big, like any historical hotel; the atmosphere is warm and not "cliche" like in so many hotels these days. We would never go to another hotel in Paris and can only wish every hotel in that price range would boast the same attention to detail."
"Room, service, location, breakfast are all in general, look like it is better than the ordinary hotel, the price is here, but it is still worse than Paris Liz, the room is a strange irregular shape The service is a kind of fake face, the smile is not a smile, the restaurant produces only the second-rate, the gap between the form and the substance is too big, it is difficult to restore the reputation of Bristol, the location is not at all, just away from the Elysee Palace, compare Many politicians have lived, so the reputation is greater than the essence, very not recommended."

"I found the hotel online and booked it because the price was good and it was just a short walk from the Gare du Nord. Its location near the junction of Boulevard Rochechouart and Boulevard Barbès means it is handy for the Métro. Also nearby is the beautiful church of the Sacré Coeur and the Flea Market at Clignancourt. The neighbourhood was lively; we arrived on a Saturday evening and the streets were crowded with people. As obvious visitors (carrying backpacks etc) we attracted more attention than we wanted, but it did not diminish the whole experience of being in Paris. The staff were very helpful and polite at all times and the accommodation clean and comfortable. Breakfast was served buffet style in a small dining room and consisted of croissants, bread, jam, butter, orange juice and a wide selection of coffees and tea. We decided to book into the same hotel on our return journey and they gave us favourable rates for being returning customers."
"Really awful service by the man in reception on the night I arrived. Would not let me in even though I gave him id and email confirmation. Made me own my vague outside at midnight to get my credit hard out to give him before letting me enter. Even told me to f*** off when I came back down at 2 am to get our passports back as he had forgotten to give them back. When I tried was trying to tell a different member if staff the next morning on reception get interrupted me and got all defensive and made me out to be a liar raised his voice at me didn't want time help shouted at me to call booking.com if I have complaint. I was travelling with my 5 year old daughter. These men should be sacked or sent on training as clearly they have no people skills. I only hope nobody else has to deal with this kind of rudeness and upset on their visit. Room was clean and toilet was clean. Happy with room."
"The staff was really nice and helpful, they let us leave our bags there the last day free of charge. Breakfast was okay. It is located near the metro station (2min). Relatively close to the big sights of Paris. Great stay, worth it for the price. "

"We spent one night at this 5 star hotel and it was a very nice experience. The hotel is old school and quite ornate in a lavish way. The bar serves very good drinks in a clubby atmosphere and breakfast was delicious. Our superior room was not large with a king sized bed, 2 night stands, a desk with chair and two chairs and a small table. There was a little hall entry area and a very well equipped bathroom with shower (great fixture), separate bathtub, a separate toilet, and 2 sinks. It was so nice having a hand towel rack with special hand towels. All plugs are international plugs and the room is well lit. Each nightstand has controls at bedside of lights in the room, charger, telephone, reading light and night light. This room is very high tech…in fact we couldn’t figure out how to turn off the tv. The only improvement I would suggest is a lighter blanket insert or a top sheet as well as duvet because it can get quite warm when you sleep at night. I would highly recommend this hotel."
"My husband and I had the pleasure of visiting Paris for our 20th Wedding Anniversary, and we couldn't have asked for a more desirable hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated, comfortable and quiet and immaculately clean. The staff at the hotel is courteous and professional and very friendly. Everyone speaks English. The hotel itself is exceptionally elegant and historically rich. Breakfast was delicious, served daily from 7 to 11 am in one of the first floor rooms. And evenings at the hotel are extremely pleasant. The bar is gorgeous, and there was live music every night. The Louvre is a mere five minutes walk away from the hotel, and next door is one of the finest bookshops in Paris. In short, our four days stay at Le Meurice surpassed all of our expectations."
"In Paris, there are 6 classic "palace" hotels: The Ritz, Bristol, George V, Crillon, Plaza Athenee and Le Meurice. There are a few others also in the same realm: La Reserve, Cheval Blanc, Lutetia. Very simply, you can't go wrong with any of them. They are all extraordinary. The level of "spit and polish" is unmatched. Everything gleams and is perfect. Your choice is totally personal. The Meurice had a Philippe Starck lobby renovation a few years ago. It's striking, if not quite my taste. My suggestion: check rates and Amex Fine Resorts program. Many of these hotels offer specials. I would choose the one with the best deal. You won't go wrong with any of them."

"The hotel is rather small but has all the amenities we could hope for. The location is great, as a major railway station is right nearby and most sightseeing spots are within walking distance. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and modern. The rooms are pretty small, though, and there is no minibar. They did find room for a bathtub, which is a big plus, and the bar downstairs should satisfy the thirsty."
"The hotel is in a very good location, is new and the staff is really friendly and helpful a 10 for them. The room on the other hand... it was really small, it had the shower nearly on the bed, there was no extractor so the room was full of water vapor after showering... the control for the air conditioning was hidden and no accessible as there was a bookcase just in front on it with a 2cm separation in between... and the worst, only 3 plugs none next to the bed so to charge the phone at night and having it beside me was impossible... More over the table for the laptop was really small, and when I connected the laptop only 1/3 of it could be on the surface... quite uncomfortable to work. "
"Needed a hotel at short notice close the the station. Arrived late and left early. The concierge couldn’t have been more helpful or accommodating. The room was small, which was not a problem for me. It was stylish and supported all my needs including a lovely and some what scary Juliette balcony, very Parisian."

From March to May is spring in Paris, with its flowers in full bloom and abounding in romantic vibes. The weather turns warmer and is not humid during the summer which lasts from June to August. This is also the peak tourist season. Come July and August, the river banks would be overlaid with sand and resembling a beach. July also happens to be the shopping season whereby every shopping area would be giving huge discounts on their merchandise. The weather starts to turn colder during the autumn from September to November so do remember to bring some warmer clothing. Winter in Paris is really cold, and there is a big temperature difference between indoors and outdoors; you must bring winter garb. You could soak in the atmosphere at the many fairs and events prior to Christmas.
