Where to start.... I really wonder where these four starts come from. The service is absolutely untrained and not qualified. The white was warm, they brought the wrong bottles, the service was slow and kept brining the wrong orders. We thought it was a joke. Usually, I am not the one to complain, but being in hospitality myself, I have good knowledge of what excellent, good, satisfactory, poor and very poor service is. It is a shame that a pretty place like this with such potential has such terrible staff. A little anecdote : amongst other orders, we ordered a gin tonic. The waitress then brought two. When we pointed out that we had only ordered one, she answered « no you didn’t » . I wasn’t sure whether I wanted to cry or laugh. When we ordered white wine, for the second time, because they found out the bottle we first ordered was not available after half an hour, they brought red wine. There are many more examples I could write, all of which happened in one evening, but I think this gives a good enough impression. I spoke to the owner of the place who simply apologized but didn’t seem to care much. There are so many nice hotels who need guests to stay at, especially after the pandemic. Please choose hotels that actually try and are receptive of feedback.

We was delighted with our stay at this hotel. We was greeted by a delightful man named Eric (Erik?). I believe he was the bar manager as well. He spoke excellent English and is an absolute assest to the Hotel. Nothing was too much trouble. All other staff at the hotel were extremely pleasant also. The hotel has excellent Covid measures in place, that made us feel extremely safe!. The Hotel and rooms were spotlessly clean. There is a bar and dining area. We ate dinner on the evening of our stay, and it was more than adequate. There is a secure free parking area, that your vehicle is safe in. We had a complimentary bottle of water, and sweets in the room which was a welcome touch after a long journey. We will definitely stay here again

Location in the middle of a well-secured holiday camp by electric portal. A good experience of holiday colony;) a lot of young and young ambience. All in all, with night services and meals on the ground possible only on the edge of the pool. Not like a hotel but not unpleasant at all The least ... Many ships for long rentals. We will return to it with the bikes because there are many tracks to visit the beautiful region.

A net hotel with clean rooms. I had asked for a quiet room and received. Hotel is close to historical center. But that is close on Sunday and you must look carefully at the “safe” route (tips reception). Parking place is crack. There is little to do in the hotel. For example, you can not buy a drink (no license). Breakfast is simple. In short, good hotel for a quick interruption.

I have sleep for few night each week during few month. Very good welcome, bed comfortable and good services that i have apprecied like the water bottle in the room. varied and very good breakfast. Recent infrastructure and good taste of decoration

Excellent accueil très professionnel et agréable. Chambre très propre et confortable. Dîner tout à fait correct pour le prix et un excellent buffet de desserts régulièrement réapprovisionné. Merci à Bernadette d’avoir pris le temps, malgré une salle bien remplie, de venir gentiment discuter avec nous. Petit déjeuner tout à fait correct. Comme il ne restait plus de thé non parfumé, Bernadette est allée se procurer du thé vert nature et du thé bio afin que je puisse avoir un thé à mon goût et ceci rapidement. Vraiment, comme dit la chanson : Bernadette, elle est très chouette! Ce Campanile est doté d’une belle équipe de gens sympathiques. Signé : Madame Blanc
