Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were all amazing, all of them were happy to go the extra mile for you whatever the request, in perfect English no less. The facilities were great, although the pool area could get a little crowded on busier days. The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.

We paid a great price for the July holidays. The hotel's initial service, horrible. The person who attended us (which was without name and with normal clothes, probably a superior) seemed to do us a favor. The bad service. The room, ok. Nothing else. Old bathroom. Hotel probably has been very glamourous in the past, today is decadent. The view is wonderful. Great swimming pool good breakfast too. Common staff are spectacular. Gentle, gives tips for a walk from restaurants. The hotel restaurant: very good food. Great weather. great taste. good wine letter, but high prices. Girls who meet the table are great. Attentive, they played with my son. The master, a gentleman who says he's kind, another who seemed to be making us a favor. The final print. The hotel receives so many artists and famous people that when you have a common customer, the Service is in the backdrop. I thought it was a apart hotel, but it is a normal residential building where the owner of the apartment has 6 apartments in the building to rent. So, when you stay at Atlantic Ocean Residence, you will feel like a resident because you often cross with residents, which, for me, is not a problem. The room is quite clean, well located and the kitchen looked well equipped, but as we stayed only one night, it was not possible to check the day if something was missing. The vacation in the garage of the building is quite easy for those who are renting cars. I couldn't connect to the wifi but it exists. The service of the owner Marcio is quiet and sympathetic.

I stayed at the Diogo hotel for 1 week and was very well served, the top luxury room with balcony and partial view of the shoes and the sea and also breakfast deserve special attention. The location is also excellent, the only observation is the rate (which is not absurd) for the use of towels for the beach and pool.

We stayed at the Vila Galé in Fortaleza this summer. We were looking for a hotel close to the beaches and the city, and with a good affordable price. Already with food included and room service, and we couldn't miss the pool. And we couldn't be happier with our experience. It’s a four-star hotel,from the pictures we were expecting the building to be modern but in fact it has a very rustic style inside. One thing that surprised everyone was that the rooms were very large and comfortable and the bathrooms were also very large. Besides, the service is super good because there people are super friendly and funny. However one thing that should improve is parking because one of the parking is private and the other is shared with the hotel in front, and the convenience stores inside the hotel were not good because there were no things that should have (like slippers and swimsuits), not just souvenirs. This hotel is obviously not that cheap, but it is worth the price because it is a very quiet place, very well located, with a beautiful view to the sea, with some very good foods and activities for children.This hotel is ideal for going with children up to 7 years old because it has many activities, and to go with friends too as it is cheap and quality. My final grade is 4 stars. Very good hotel !!!

Pros: Excellent location; large rooms; except for a official who attended me on the night of the 28th day, all others were very educated and requested; good swimming pool and bar environment for the end of the afternoon; tired breakfast. Contras: small parking. I entered a waiting list, the vacancies around are through the blue zone system (rest limit) and the paid parkings are also loaded; central air conditioning system does not very well ice; Sometimes the breakfast environment is full and there is a waiting row.
