"The Hotel suites is just outside Seville center about 20 mins by taxi from airport. The cost of the taxi was 25 Euros. Situated in a pleasant area. There is a small convenience store attached to the Hotel. They sell limited groceries they do have fresh bread. If you cross the road there is a entrance that takes you to a good size supermarket called Mass. There is also a parade of restaurants and a pharmacy. The walk ( pleasant street lined with Spanish Houses) is 10 mins a further couple of mins takes you to the metro, about 9 short stops to the center of Seville. This is a very safe area to walk and the traffic is light round and about. Got the feeling the hotel did not want us to walk maybe because they have a limousine service which has to be paid for. The Hotel Is very very clean and the staff friendly. We had a junior suite. This is a good sized room with a small kitchen area. It has a breakfast bar with 2 stools. There is a sofa table and 4 chairs. The bed is in the same room it has a slated piece of furniture to section it off. The bathroom is separated by a frosted glass door which works well. Good size with a big shower. There are sliding door to a small balcony there is not furniture out there. The television is small on the wall. There are only 3 English Channels RT News . France News Channel and TN News . This is a very nice Hotel but things that I was not happy with no face flannels. The kitchen has a few cupboards work top, sink, a kettle, two ring hob top and a small microwave oven. There are two plates two knifes and forks a large plastic Spoon Two mugs and Two drinking glasses. What they do not tell you at reception (unless you mention the kitchen is not fully equipped ) You have to pay 20 Euros as a deposit they give you a box inside is 2 small saucepans a very small frying pan a plastic pan slice and a bag of washing up sponge and cleaner also two desert/soup bowls. There is not enough Kitchen Equipment no large bowls for salad etc. There is no Electric Toaster No Oven. The reason we wanted a kitchen is because we are Vegetarian so we have to cook. Seville is not great on Vegetarian Food. The receptionist asked if are stay was good I said the only thing that let it down was the kitchen she replied that not every one wants to cook.If you state you have a kitchen then it should be equipped. I have stayed in many hotels with kitchens all around The World the kitchen is always fully equipped. I found having to pay a deposit insulting."
"Green suites Location... Set back from a near by motorway this hotel is flanked by fields on one side and a small housing complex on the other. It has 5 parking spaces at the front but free parking elsewhere on the road. There is paid parking if you prefer but it's not needed. At night it was quiet and peaceful. Thankfully quite small, it felt very personal. Staff... The receptionists were the same on most days. The man who checked is in was efficient but not that friendly. The lady who worked the evenings was very pleasant helping us book tickets online and print them out. The cleaning staff were very friendly. Food... We didn't eat in the restaurant although it looked good and was always busy. 11 euros for breakfast. The appartment... It's huge, separate areas for sleeping, relaxing and cooking. Sadly the kitchen wasn't that well equipped. You can request pans and bowls, otherwise the utensils are very limited. Microwave and small hob, kettle and small fridge. Basic cooking is possible but don't count on a full kitchen. The bed was so comfortable, one of the best hotel beds we have ever stayed in. Simply didn't want to get out of it. Bathroom very modern, clean and perfectly laid out. Supermarket is 5 min drive away called MAS. Getting into town. We were a good 20 min drive to the centre. Through quite tough city traffic you have multiple car park options. We used Roma near to plaza de Espana. For 4 hours is was 6 euros. Alternatively there is a tram 15 min walk from the hotel directly linking into town. Only suggestions would be to improve kitchen equipment and make breakfast a more attractive price like 8 euros. Wardrobe doors didn't open fully and our balcony door seemed to not close fully. An iron for each room would be useful."
"We stayed for two nights in April during Holy Week. It proved a good week to stay slightly out of town and travel in by train as there were many road closures. The hotel is stylish and has a luxurious feel to it. The man who greeted us on reception was very helpful and friendly - we arrived early and our room was not quite ready so we went for a drink at the café over the road - he came to find us to tell us that our room was ready. The room was nice and big with separate areas for the kitchen, lounge/dining and bedroom space, as well as the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The main problem was the bathroom door - it was made of glass and did not close properly, so there was no privacy at all. Despite having been with my husband for over 20 years, I have no desire to witness every splash and plop every time he goes to the loo. This is a new 4 star hotel and I would expect a proper and closing bathroom door. It is not an unreasonable demand. The kitchen section was very poorly equipped, with just two plates and two each of knife, fork and spoon. No bowls, no corkscrew, no pan so the hob was unusable. What is the point in putting in a hob and providing no equipment to use it? The door to the terrace also had a broken handle and stuck, so it needs brute force to manoeuvre it. Finally on the negative side, this place is called green suites and is near the golf course but does not overlook the course, rather the view is over wasteland. Despite these gripes, it was still a pleasant place to stay in a quiet, safe upmarket neighbourhood and travelling into the city was easy and cheap. It's a 15-20 minute walk or five minute drive to the tube station with lots of free parking and then about 15 minutes on the train into the heart of the city."
