The staff at this hotel brought sunshine on a cloudy day! I traveled to Wilmington for a funeral and each and every one of the staff brightened my day; from the valets to the front desk staff, to the bartender and the guy serving breakfast. Thank you for making an extremely emotional time for me, much brighter. The staff at the Marriott Residence Inn made me feel like I was a VIP and I can't thank them enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of your kindness. All the best from Rhode Island!

Right in the city center, just Sunday street meter parking is free. The front desk told us to listen to the door, very convenient, the room is new, and there are sofa beds and futons, which can be used by families, cooking is super convenient, it is suitable for side trips While satisfying the Chinese stomach, the breakfast is also very good and the price is very high

It’s very simple, but the milk and bread are still available and can be eaten. Parking is very convenient, with a large parking lot, 16 knives a day. The room is quite large, and laying three large boxes on the ground does not affect your normal indoor walking activities. No extra bed needed, we booked a twin room, a family of three, and they are all big, very loose. Especially the service staff of the hotel is very good and very warm. We arrived at the middle of the night, showed me the booking procedure, let us check in early.

We had an issue with our reservation-- not Hilton's fault but the fault of our travel company. India Jefferson at the front desk was amazing! She helped us and found us a room even though the hotel had no record of a reservation. The hotel was almost full and very busy-- and we had 2 young kids with us who had been traveling most of the day. India was our hero! I can't say enough about the service India gave us. Thank you!!!

The clean, friendly atmosphere complements the great location of this hotel. The entire staff was helpful & serviced any requests w/ cheer. The miles-long river walk allows for easy walking & bicycling. Minutes from the Amtrak Station makes it easy for friends coming from afar. Looking out on the Christina River makes one feel close to nature (Birders will enjoy seeing herons regularly eating fish.) while still being able to walk to multiple restaurants & other attractions. If you can, pay the extra for a view of the river!

The hotel is beautiful and quiet right on the river, the attractive boardwalk is directly passing. Diverse restaurants are in walking distance. The suites are modern and stylishly furnished and have everything you need for a long stay. The bathtub has a normal height, which is super for a shambad, but also makes it difficult to get in for a shower. However, the beds were very strange as if the household had no suitable lakes available. The included breakfast was very good, especially positive that the plates were not of paper or plastic. P.S. It is recommended to book a room with river view.

The Sheraton name used to mean luxury. Not so much anymore now that it is merely one of Marriott's many and frequently indistinguishable brands. Let me say my room -- a suite really -- was huge ad comfortable. But only one, wire-mesh-backed chair to sit in at the work table. Small towels. A bathroom nightlight that was way too bright and could not be turned off. Still. overall, comfortable and with a fridge and a microwave. One you step out of your room, however, things fall apart. One of the elevator's floor display was burned out so you couldn't tell where you were, which was o compounded when it refused to stop on any floor and I was trapped on it for 15 minutes. And when I used the emergency phone, it rang 15 times before someone picked it up and said they only did so ”because they were passing by.” The hotel is, it appears, seriously understaffed. The lobby is a faded reminder of more bustling times. The revolving door is so slow one could die of old age in it. The decor is in need of updating. IT just seems slightly faded and frayed around the edges...

The hotel has been remodeled as of late. The rooms are very nice, including the bathroom which has walking showers. The beds were comfortable and there were pleasantly of amenities. The rooms were clean. The front desk was courteous and accommodating. I would stay here again.

The hotel is very new and the view is good. Finally, it feels good. It is rare to experience it for a while.
The room facing the main street will be a bit dazzling at dawn, but the shading of the curtains is still OK. The location is very good.

It is what it is, a 2 star hotel. Looks like maybe mostly for business travel, but I have a feeling that if you are traveling for business and need a good nights rest this isn't the spot. I only say that because the first morning when we woke up, I was still in bed, but could hear the conversation couple and kids were having next door. Quite clearly. Also two days in a row, in different rooms there were parties up until well past midnight. Regardless of those things, the hotel itself is fairly nice. Its clean. The staff is very nice, and helpful when we needed anything. This is one of the few times where I got a good nights sleep at a hotel because the bed was comfortable. The two things that were noticed, not really complaints is that the rod in the closet is super low so clothes are basically touching the floor, and it would be nice to have an adjustable shower head. The water pressure was amazing, but sometimes too strong even. Oh and another added bonus for hotels in this day and age. FREE PARKING. In closing, I would stay here again if or when I go back to visit.

Everything was great. The room was very comfortable and air was very good. Honestly kinda amazing. The lobby was nice. Little bar downstairs which is a waste . Not necessary. The only real downside was the price for Springhill Suite. We paid $380 one night for this nameplate.
