This is a world class property in every respect. Beautiful rooms, delicious food and a team of staff members that were so kind, helpful and professional that it is hard to fully describe how exceptional they were. In many ways, my two-night stay at the Hyatt was one of the best hotel stays I have ever had, including many five-star, silly expensive properties in Western Europe.

A very nice and clean hotel with very friendly and courteous staff. Everything was better than expected. The food, the drinks, the cleanliness and overall esthetics of the place. Will definitely return on a more extended stay to enjoy it that much more. Thank you to all staff members for their friendly and professional assistance.

How much check in was done by Feruza with a little help of what seems to be her superior. Though it took a while before somebody came to collect our luggage checkin procedure was really welcoming. Cold towels, welcome drinks, while getting the administration soughted out. After we settled in the room, we went to the lounge, given access to due to the fact that we reserved a suite (room 1405). Sharif (or charif?) was there to welcome us and made sure our needs were met. Breakfast is a feast. Suite was spacious and comfortable. We had dinner in Ember located on the 17th floor of the hotel serving great Japanese food. See our separate review for our findings over there. The only thing that was a bit disappointing was that they do not have a souvenir shop so that you can buy a quick present for your loved ones. This venue just opened last March and is great to see how much effort staff is putting in to give you a wonderful state.

I don't have enough words to describe the hospitality of the people working in this hotel. From the moment you arrive in the hotel everyone is doing a great job to make your accomodation unforgetable. I want to thank everyone for the great experience to stay in this brand new and immaculate hotel. I will certainly stay to this hotel if I visit again Tashkent

This was our first visit to Uzbekistan with an open mind on what we would end up doing in Tashkent. We took the safer bet by starting our country tour with the Marriott brand we know well. We were not disappointed! This is a well-run, spacious, clean hotel and was an ideal choice to begin with. Predictably, the décor is totally “Marriott!”, so lacks a Central Asian feel to it, but that is as the brand dictates. In the kitchen they make up for that with an excellent range of menu items that spans great local Uzbeki dishes and high-quality international cuisine. There is clearly a lot of pride in the kitchen shown by the attention given to good presentation. The breakfast buffet is good too. It would be good if the hotel made more effort to promote Uzbek wines at the Lobby Bar, rather than focus on the more expensive international ones. In the restaurant, there is only a limited choice of local wine compared to other places and no wine at all in the 8th Floor bar. These are all minor quibbles though. It is the attitude of the staff that makes this hotel work best. Everyone is keen to give a good professional impression in each of their roles. The reception and restaurant staff were without exception universally polite, efficient and friendly. We were ever so thankful to Shuhrat at the front desk who got us well-organised from the start with a local SIM card, dealing with money and making helpful suggestions on how to tackle Tashkent and then organise the rest of our stay not only in Tashkent buy beyond. He is soft-spoken and gracious and a good listener. He could read our preferences quickly. On our return, it was Shuhrat who organised a very good driver/guide to visit the mountains and encouraged us to take a dip to go to the beach on Lake Charvak and enjoy a dip there. A big thank you to everyone at the Tashkent Courtyard for helping to make this one of the best exploratory vacations we ever had.

This hotel had the classic Marriott service. It was cozy, excellent room service, nice facilities (pool etc..). I was checked in and out by Zarina who was most pleasant, kind and helped me many times throughout my stay. Her English is excellent, her intricate knowledge of local restaurants and cafes was excellent. Each of her recommendations were perfect. Pierto was very helpful and carried all our baggage and was very efficient too. The lounge area was a nice place to assemble before seizing the day and it is extremely close to the airport which meant that we could leave extra late! The airport is very basic and there's not much available there so Do not leave extra early.

Facilities: New hotel, very complete facilities, the heating system in the room responds very quickly Hygiene: very clean and comfortable Environment: Very beautiful, there is a river behind the window of room 525, and you can see the mountains in the distance on a clear day⛰️; in addition, the restaurant across the bridge is very delicious, like it👍 Service: Alina at the front desk is very gentle and can help me solve the problem quickly; thank you very much 🙏

I am disappointed. One reception boy with glasses was completely incompetent. When I called to reception they even could not solve my problem. They said that they would call me back. But they didn’t. Therefore I had to go out of my room. When I was talking to the reception the boy was not able to answer my question and it was easier to him refer to hotel rules this looked lik I was talking to a robot and his manager’s face was furious and they didn’t like my complain. Perhaps they were not ready. What about the room: Room is out-dated. Bathroom really needs a new shower cause water is everywhere after. The floor was covered with unpleasant spot and the furniture as well. Despite these things, they were willing to take money for stay at hotel. Guys, you should solve these problems. Because The International Hotel Tashkent used to be my favorite one. Location is perfect. Housekeeping, swimming pool staff, bartenders and waiters are nice.

1 The Orion Hotel on the day was poorly responded and it was a Maxwell Hotel that was arranged from Bukhara in a hurry, but there was no problem with room facilities and customer service. It seems that there are many Muslims, and the life without alcohol continued 2 🤣 I wanted to check out late because of the return flight, but it was full and I was relaxing at the restaurant next to the lobby. There is also a spar and a pool.

1. The hotel management is very unprofessional, you are withdrawing money, entering the password, the hotel cleaner is standing next to you and chatting with you all the time, as if the hotel belongs to another family, there is no sense of boundaries (who knows if you are here to grab Money?) 2. I have already checked in. When I went out, they came into the room to deliver things at night... I was shocked when I came back, and it was scary. In fact, no one answered when I knocked on the door. Just leave the things at the door. If someone I'm sleeping, did you open the door and go in if you didn't respond? What if someone else is in ML? 3. The location of the hotel is very bad. There is a supermarket nearly one kilometer away. When you go out, you have to pass through a very dark and scary alley, which is quite dangerous 4. The hotel is divided into two blocks. If you go to have breakfast in Block 2, you have to take the elevator...there is a long way to go 5. There are also excellent places: the hotel gym is the best among all hotels of this level in Tashkent, with a full range of equipment! Holidays are great! ! ! Breakfast is better than Hilton Hampton, but not as good as Marriot courtyard.

Many hotels in Tashkent are relatively small, equivalent to domestic hotels. Because there are many people living in the United States in China, I also chose Mercure in Tashkent. Unlike domestic Mercure, which is operated by Huazhu, Mercure Tashkent is independently operated by AccorHotels, and many standards are different from those in China. But let’s talk. The internal environment of this hotel is very good, the price/performance ratio is very high, the breakfast is very rich (compared to other hotels, incomparable to domestic ones), and the waiters are also very enthusiastic. In short, it is worth choosing to go to Tashkent. Attached are a few photos taken in the breakfast room, originally for colleagues to compare and just for evaluation.
