Reviews From Real Travelers
This was a last minute trip to Tuscany arranged to get me out of Florence for five days. The reviews were a bit mixed so I was slightly hesitant, but I really enjoyed the stay. The staff was great. The rooms were charming. The views were Tuscany inspired and the facilities were very calming. Yes, as I had read, the spa areas can be confusing. I conquered that critique by taking a self guided tour on the afternoon I arrived. I found the spa host to give me a quick overview at her desk and from there I explored with a map. No issues getting around after I invested a little time getting to know the landscape. The fitness center was mine alone most days and it was very clean with excellent machines. The walking path/fitness route around the property's edge was enjoyable. It starts over by the tennis court and you can follow up the hill, over the stream, by the stream, and up about a third of the way up on the hillside behind the property. You can return on the other side of the property through an olive grove that offered up some of my best pictures of nature in Italy. One afternoon, three deer crossed my path just meters in front of me. Before you head down through the olive grove, you have a choice point to continue on the fitness trail or travel a public trail system that is well marked to other end points. Really nice options. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and I always found the staff there to be responsive.

We recently enjoyed a nice long weekend stay at Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort Tuscany, Autograph Collection. Bonvoy Ambassador level, paid stay for four nights, booked Classic (basic) room, received one level comp upgrade to a recently renovated Park View room. Greeted with warm welcome by staff at check in. The breakfast had a good selection, we also ate a dinner in the hotel restaurant, very good service, and meals. Superb staff in all departments, this team is constantly cleaning, even wiping down table bases. Visiting the on-property thermal grotto is an must do experience, we also had excellent massages from Laura and Valeria. Bartender Fredirico was amazing, very professional and providing next level service. His own creation is a cocktail called Sixth Sense and is not to be missed. On several occasions during our stay, the GM went out of her way engaging with us at length seeking feedback about the hotel and staff. Location worked well, an easy one-hour car drive to Florence. We’ll definitely return.

Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ Attention ⚠️ New hotel that has only been open for a few months on the outskirts of Prato, among popular buildings mostly inhabited by foreigners perhaps with regular residence permits; so much so that arriving on Dominica 25, with our car loaded with samples with which we work, despite having booked on the evening of Saturday 24, we didn't feel like staying there for safety reasons. Unfortunately, the info reported on Booking regarding the possibility of parking did not specify that it was unattended public parking and the girl with whom we booked in turn did not clarify the lack of safe parking on the phone, becoming aware of the risk to whom we would be exposed once to the desk we asked the girl if they could park in front of the entrance door of the small structure and she told us that the next day at 5:00 in the morning the urban garbage would pass, so it was impossible to leave the car there. While we were making the decision with my partner whether to stay or not, the girl on the phone answered that there were free rooms and we could book. At this point, deeming it safer to go to a safer hotel without having created inconvenience of missing reservations from other customers, we parted with the girl with the commitment on her part to speak to the property or the manager today, Monday 26 June and see what was possible to do about the reservation which at that point we understood that it had already been paid, having given us the card details at the request of the desk as a guarantee, instead they issued a pre-order which if for any reason in customer could not go or stay they withdraw the value of one night. For your protection, we advise you to carefully check the conditions that the structure applies to you, because they have no attention or sensitivity to the actual needs of the customer. The classic speculative structure where the customer is something to speculate on even if in difficulty, because they hide behind laws and rules that authorize them to withdraw your money without doing anything. Even if the service from them was not provided and our reservation did not create any damage, being the structure half empty.

We stayed here our last night in Italy because it was close to the Florence airport (about 15-30) minutes. Hotel just opened in Dec 2022 so everything is nice and new and well decorated. They do serve breakfast but there is not a dinner option and restaurants nearby are limited if you don't have a car. I do want to compliment Aurora who was working the front desk that day we checked in. We did not have a car so going for dinner was a problem but Aurora went above and beyond to help us get dinner ordered from a delivery service and even set up a nice table for us so we could have dinner in the lobby. Great customer service. Room was nicely decorated and a decent size. Parking seemed to be limited to a few spots on the street.

Reviews From Real Travelers
The worst Hilton. First of all, the second day I arrived the hotel had no service because they were doing work. What kind of a hotel does service and shuts down everything while guests are there?! Second of all, most of the staff and one of the bartenders are very rude. They do not want to help you. They are angry. This is supposed to be a business in hospitality. This hotel is quite the opposite of everything hospitality means. Third, when asking for full service on your room sometimes they do it and you have to keep reminding them. Fourth, someone was smoking in one of the rooms and every single guest is alerted of with an alarm in their rooms which I get if it was an actual fire. They have no business center with a computer which is unheard of. Everything in your room is controlled by your key card. Lights, electricity, everything. The ac is awful. It’s freezing and you cannot control it. It’s super hot outside and then an ice chest in your room. You can get sick in that environment. The showers have mold in the cracks. You can’t even ask them simple things like when if the bar open for coffee without being yelled at. They have a condescending bar tender who stresses out and yells at you claiming there is only one of him. That’s false. There are 2-3 others and he acts like he is working in a real bar. He’s not a bartender. In the states the bartenders are super busy and yet, they continue to have smiles on their faces and accommodate what you want. This is the worst hotel I have ever been to and will never go again. They charge for everything. No complimentary coffee and just overall rudeness. In the middle of nowhere. The toilets don’t work. Their coffee machine in the room is not a coffee machine. It’s a water machine that heats up water and they don’t tell you anywhere that you need to turn it off after 2 minutes. So if you stay here, turn it off after two minutes or else it will spill all over. I will do my research next time on hotels and will not fly into Florence next time.

There are only four small lifts for 15 floors. One of them had broken down for the whole five days there. It took me 10 minutes one morning to get from the 13th floor to ground. The hotel is very tired looking in desperate need of renovation. Don’t pay for the city view because you’re about 4 miles away and all you will see if you squint is the time. Being a Hilton diamond member, I was rather disappointed. I have a small jacuzzi like room with a Jacuzzi is smaller than most peoples ponds. €20 each hour to be in there. Some nice staff but our cleaning staff had no enthusiasm.

Very good service, the staff are very friendly, and the environment is also very good. However, the food in the restaurant is not very suitable for Chinese people's diet. However, the expressway is right next to it, which is very convenient for traveling.

It is far from major tourist destinations. The accessibility is very poor. However, the hotel is very tidy and the facilities are good. The hotel restaurant was also very satisfying.

Reviews From Real Travelers
I stayed in Palazzo BelVedere with my daughter for three nights at the beginning of August. The hotel and its premises are great, members of staff are friendly and keen to help and advise. At the reception we were welcomed by Simone and he was really nice and offered us some cold complementary drinks while we were checking in. The room was a generous size with a fabulous view over the mountains. Everything in the room looked new, sleek and modern. I particularly liked the French doors in the bathroom and a double shower which was very handy in the hot weather. It was great to have sound-proofed windows and an air conditioner in the room. Our breakfast was included and it was a nice beginning of the day with a wide range of local produce and fresh drinks. The staff in the restaurant was very approachable and helpful, especially Nicolette. Nothing was a problem for the staff and all our queries and needs were seen to immediately and with a smile by Diane. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

Visiting Palazzo Belvedere was just what we needed at the end of our Tuscan vacation. We arrived Saturday afternoon and went straight to the pool/spa area. We were welcomed by an incredibly service-minded staff at the front desk. The atmosphere was perfect and the food, rooms and spa-area was the best experience. Being at a pool/spa area with children and still few as if there was room for them was absolutely perfect. We had our absolutely best massages ever - Roberta worked her magic - and we slept incredible in the large and comfortable beds. The food was amazing, the breakfast had many choices and healthy choices and so many different and exciting tastes. The area was nice and we went for a run in a nearby park with beautiful architecture and nature combined in the middle of a city-feel. The staff, the atmosphere, and the food - we will definitely return to this wonderful hotel.
