Top 10 Quattro Gatti Hotels

I spent a wonderful 3-day stay with my wife at the Erem. The staff is available, courtesy and prepared; the location is simply fabulous: you note the respect of the original structure and the surrounding nature. Breakfast is 10! Central location compared to all the sites of greater interest. If we only move a note, we believe the bathroom should be renovated while respecting the original atmosphere. We will surely return. P. S. : The Arab fountain that crosses almost the entire structure would deserve to be studied in the hydraulic engineering faculties!

Terrible, basically because it is a 4-star hotel and I booked it as such. Terrible because a 4-star hotel, as such you pay for, has to offer a four-star service and this one does not offer it. I have been in two-star hotels with much more care and better service than this one. What a shame that a hotel in such a beautiful environment is so abandoned. Large room, with poor maintenance. Bathroom that should have been modern 20 years ago but quite neglected. At night, from the bed, you can hear the pipes from the next room and every time they flushed the toilet it sounded like a waterfall. Light came in through the door frame. The same as through the window, which was impossible to cover with the dark curtain that, theoretically, should prevent outside light. Old towels that don't dry. The room was double and they only put towels, glasses and toiletries for one person. Breakfast, a very poor buffet and nothing to be desired. The fruit, four bananas and four oranges, was less appealing. They didn't feel like the four pieces of prosciutto, or cheese, or the slices of bread. The breakfast service, terrible. A waiter who seemed to care about everything. I would not go back. Therefore I cannot recommend it.

The staff is very friendly and did everything they could to assist us. The hotel Parking is very comfortable. The hotel is very clean and we really recommend it. We were a total of 4 rooms. The view is amazing!
