We have stayed at Vida Mar since 2017 and absolutely love it! The Ocean View Buffet breakfast and dinner are really good with fantastic selection. The pools are really nice. The staff are all very friendly, especially Suzie who up till this visit was always cooking our eggs at breakfast time. She always greets EVERYONE with a happy greeting, making us all feel special ❤️ . Unfortunately (for us) this time she is only at her egg “station” for two days per week, which made us all very sad. The other members of staff serving are pleasant but she is special and an asset to the hotel. I did talk to Customer Relations who told me the management have decided that others in their “team” should learn all skills, requiring rotation of staff. I understand this but so many people know Suzi and she remembers us all. She is the highlight of our breakfasts at Vida Mar, her photo even appearing on their promotional information.
