pros extremely friendly staff. allows outside food like grab but grab driver was shell shocked at the location swimming pool is good but 2nd day they 'forgot' towels cons place on a slope where its look dangerous to maneuver car. maybe a small car is idle but big car with family..a no no a motel concept, besides hairdryer n towel no other amenities till I asked for toothbrush . toilet had shower cream but strong smell has fridge n water provided from their dispenser coffee anytime of the day but the creamer is sooooo old... the food price n quality is a far cry; over fried fish , rm48 lamp chop rm78 feels like the life was suck out of it.chewy n dry. Good portion though lastly 1 hour of black out, I can see the stress on the in charge face . He was trying to ensure we had some lights but why no generator? but how about safety when you can't even see your own fingers before any1 judge me for being so harsh, this place is priced at 5 star price. They should look into alot of things to have that standard. room has bathtub in the balcony..but absolutely no privacy even to change clothes. they have curtain from the toilet to Bathtub BUT from the main balcony can see bath tub .must change in the toilet tv don't have any astro thus have to depend on their download and guess what.. most movies, media not supported

Here’s a detailed review;
Check in time was 3pm and it was done swiftly. Buggy service was provided to bring you and your luggage up.
First impression of the room is that it was still very dusty and the wooden furniture was no longer in good condition. Some of them had severe cracks and some of the wooden planks on the floor were lifted too. The bathroom was very unclean as well. There’s no bathtub but dental kits, toilet rolls, dryer, shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided in there
Basic amenities such as robes, towels, tea sachets, glasses, mini fridge, iron and a safe box were provided as well.
Private pool was okay but just like the room, the entire area is quite unclean and some of the tiles were chipped off. The pool’s depth is 1.2M and the chlorine would be blasted from the jets around 8.30pm daily so if you were planning on swimming at night, you might not want to.
There are a good number of restaurants which is a good 15 minute walk. The nearest ATM would be a little further away at Lotus. The distance from the hotel to the sea is a quick 5 minute walk where you would have to share with the other two hotels nearby (Lexis & Glory Hotel). There’s an opening to the sea within the hotel area but there was a sign that said it’s not advisable to enter so we were unsure what had happened there that it’s now restricted
The breakfast provided is okay but definitely not worth RM65. There were a good amount of bread options, cereals, two juices, nasi lemak, noodles, dim sum, mini paus and only three meat options (chicken slices, chicken hotdogs & streaky beef). There’s also a roti canai and egg station outside.
Overall, the experience was good and the staff was friendly but it could’ve been better to update the wooden furniture and make sure it’s properly cleaned with no obvious dust.

Recently booked for Garden pool villa (upper unit) for 2D1N. Overall sgt berpuas hati dgn bilik, aircond terlalu sejuk, air dlm kolam bersih, kolam tak berlumut, toilet bersih dan well maintained. For sure akan booked again next time.

Clean hotel but lightings and amenities abit run down. Can do a renovation to upgrad eguest experience. The staff are many, but not well trained. Saw one of the staff spitting on the floor while walking. The rooms clean and the aircond works well. Reception upgraded us to premium water chalet from water chalet. But no sea view. Breakfast was so-so, could be improved, go eat early as many tour groups coming out for breakfast after 8am. Buggy service was perfect and friendly, but need to queue during peak hours. Overall decent experience.

I got free upgrade to Executive Pool Villa at Grand Lexis. Thank you so much Lexis! Good hotel for family. Lovely stay but I hope some parts in the room will be renovated as it seems too old already 🤭

Easy to park and smooth check in process. Food for breakfasts was good and got many choices. Swimming pool for adults was great and spacious but kids swimming pool was small and smelly maybe because of kids pee, need to improve on that matter. Staff was friendly and helpful. One more thing is the door that connecting the guest lift and rooms need to be modified so that people can be aware when other guest opens the door so that no one is getting hurt. Overall 9/10 stay for me and my family.

Went here last week and this is my review about this hotel Lobby : Good service at the reception, luxurious looking lobby Room : Nice interior but very dusty. Got asthma due to it but nvm i brought my inhaler with me.. Comfy pillows and bed no complain.. For the coffee bar section, please make sure it clean 100%.. The mugs and drinking glass too dusty.. The electric kettle also got some leftover water inside it from previous guest.. Please make sure the housekeeping check about the hygiene of the room.. Regarding the aircond, i cant even control the temperature.. Sometimes it turn 22 and sometimes 27, i dont know why Toilet : The door knob of the toilet so hard to open it... I dont know how the management design the door but i found its hard for me to open it because the knob has a little room for my finger and the door frame.. The toilet itself very spacious BUT please check your drain hole inside the shower room... The leftover water caused the shower room flooded and when i open the shower room's door, the water escape and causing half of the toilet wet Breakfast : not so many choices of food and im not impress with the taste of the foods compare to other 4 star hotels.. Even a 3 star hotel can offer more than that Had a bad experience on my first time at this hotel.. Sigh

Love the location, very near to seremban getaway,. but only thing that make i cant give all rated excellent is because the tv channel is very limited and not have good signal, they dont have cartoon channel so no channel for my daughter to watch . not a place for staycation , but for a stay to rest a night is ok

The good: Checking in was a breeze, ample of parking space, nearby a fast food restaurant but lacked convenience store, the room was clean and aircond was cold, there was a kettle and hairdryer in the room but not fridge, there was a complimentary calming fruit tea given upon check in The bad: The aircond shut off automatically at night and I woke up sweating profusely, there were ants on the table that came out from nowhere, the tv channels were all blurry There’s nothing much to complain about as the bed was comfortable and good place to rest and recuperate. I would give this place a 4.5/5 star , if only the friendliness factor and food can be included in this establishment.

Okay seriously this hotel was such a joy to stay in. 1. Their rooms were big and clean. 2. Their staff were fantastic! 3. The beds were cloud like and we had the best sleep ever 4. Pillows were so sooooft... 5. Water pressure for shower was amazing! And their bathrooms are superbly clean. 6.Bath towels were crazy absorbent!! 7. Nearby marrybrown which is within walking distance Overall I would definitely come back and stay here whenever we head back to seremban. Just a note, Check in is at 3 and not a minute earlier 🤣
