I thought we would be very happy for our one night stay after a very long travel day. Pick up from the airport and check in were absolutely steller. The pick up driver and desk person on duty went above and beyond. So one may wonder why the 1 Star review. Well the end of a stay is as important or more important than the beginning, because it's the lasting impression. Staff totally unaware of their own Posted Check Out Times. When I asked for an extra hour or 2 for late check out, I was given the posted time on the door of my room and said they could give me an hour. Then the staff member proceeded to argue with me about the check out time. I do have a photo that clearly states the check out time, so giving me until noon and saying you are helping me by giving me the hour is a blatant lie. I really dislike liars. Then houskeeping opens the door prior to my noon check out time. When I presented the pic to show the check out time, the employee shrugged her shoulders. So rude. Lasting impressions will prevent me from ever staying at this particular hotel, which saddens me because the beginning was wonderful. Management needs to know what their employees do to guests and how they are treated. Just because they already have our money from a nights stay should never mean disrespect and lies to guests. So here we sit in the hotel lobby waiting for our ride with time to post this review

Loved everything about this hotel! Clean spacious room and I loved the stand up shower! Also the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Many fresh hot items and freshly cut fruit. The breakfast attendant was AMAZING. I wish I’d gotten her name. So friendly and helpful! Also big KUDOS to them for finding the pillow I left behind. That’s a rarity to get something you’ve left behind, back. Thanks so much to the staff at this hotel!! I would highly recommend this property.

I had a great time in the hotel. The surrounds felt safe and I had a good time meeting new people.

It is close to North Carolina State University and only 20 minutes drive from the city. The hotel facilities are very new and convenient to travel. There are also many restaurants around, very good, and will stay again next time.

The front desk staff are always very friendly whenever I come to stay. Housekeeping tends to open my door before I can answer to their knock, they barely give me any time to respond before barging in. On my last day, housekeeping knocked on my door at 9am and proceeded to come on with little to no time to respond. Checkout wasn’t until 11-12 so I don’t understand why they had even come that early. The cleanliness of this hotel is always a hit or miss. My last stay, I noticed that there were orange stains all over the bedding and I didn’t notice until after I’d already slept in the bed.

Maria Botros was sooooo kind and super nice while I was staying and she made it feel like home away from home. Being kind goes a long way in this day and time we don't see much anymore people view you as a dollar sign she viewed me as a person and it felt good
