I visit this hotel on work not the first time and in the future only your hotel!!! It is very nice to work with Valeria, always will tell and do everything in the shortest time. The hotel itself is pleasant, always clean. At the restaurant: No complaints about food, but the service staff in the summer was much more effective than the one I saw in December. Mine was a standard room facing the street. An underground parking and an open buffet breakfast were included in the price (ca. RUR 7,000 ≈ USD 92 per night). Great location in downtown Ryazan', nice sort of Münster-esque façades, a quirky reception area, diverse and copious breakfast buffet, Champagne every morning (!), very well-trained staff, clean rooms, unintrusive but reliable security. A good four-star property. One of the best - if not the best - in that city.

A great hotel in the heart of Ryazan in a cozy place. We have been with family and friends many times and always enjoyed visiting. I would like to note separately the professional team of staff and managers of the hotel and restaurant, the high level of accompanying guests at each stage of their stay at the hotel. Everything is always great - both rooms, and restaurant, dishes in it and of course a pool in the SPA area. If we visit Ryazan again, only to Aragon.
