I want to point out the noisy operation of the bathroom fan, in principle it will not turn off, so you will have to fall asleep under the noise measured by the fan. We stayed in the hotel for 2 days, and for some reason, the maid didn't change the towels, just got them wet. Restricted access to the refrigerator: the cabinet door opens to one side and the refrigerator door opens to the other side. It turns out that this is a complete task, even though the weight of the refrigerator door only takes a few minutes. In the hot spring bath, there are two pots of water without a lid, which are convenient for visitors to visit. When the administrator sprays the fungicide on the ground and drips a drop of the fungicide, it is very interesting to watch. In general, in my opinion, this hotel does not meet the international standards of the Holiday Inn hotel chain, so it needs to be improved. Although it is considered one of the best in Samara.

I especially want to mention a beautiful bed where two children can be comfortably placed on an extra sofa. Очень хороший отель. Расположение отличное - почти везде можно дойти пешком. К тому же отель недорогой. Мы вполне смогли себе позволить президентский номер. Номер выше всяких похвал. Реально огромный (единственный на этаже). В нем один только санузел размером с хороший стандартный номер. Балкон по моим прикидкам более 20 м2 (а может, и все 30). Первые пару дней никак не могла запомнить как пройти из спальни в столовую, потом запомнила дорогу. :-) В гостинице очень хорошая сауна (2 часа бесплатно по акции). Завтрак, конечно, не бог весть, но голодными не оставались. Теперь о недостатках. Во-первых, интернет. В столовой, гостинной, холле - интернет был отличный, а вот в спальне - еле-еле тянул. Во-вторых (и это главное) есть проблемы с горячей водой. Воду надо долго-долго сливать прежде чем тепленькая пойдет. Поначалу были в шоке, потом приладились. Утром встаешь и первым делом бежишь включать воду в душевой, ванне, биде и умывальнике. А потом уж занимаешься другими делами, пока водичка не нагреется. И уже после этого можно умываться, принимать душ и т.д.
