It's a good little place to stay for business reasons

Modern, Clean, and comfortable. The staff clearly has pride in creating an exceptional experience for the guest. Mike at the counter was professional, warm and friendly. He made check-in super easy. I travel quite often for work, and was taken back with the small gift bags that they provide. What a nice touch!

After traveling for 12 hours by vehicle, we stopped at the Comfort Inn to reside for our visit to South Florida. This was a terrible experience based on the following: - Our television did not work, the clerk came down to try to fix it but never got it going. We decided to just sleep and possibly move to another room the following day. - The carpet on the side of the room near the air condition was completed saturated and smelled of mildew. - The sheets were dirty with what appeared to be shoe prints on the bedding. The clerk came back and brought us some fresh linen. - The wall in the common area was stained with what appeared to be dried food. - When we let out the sofa bed, there were actually crumbs and coins in the bedding from where someone else had been there. We brought all of this to the attention of the clerk and she gave us a 30% refund on the room which was a drop in the bucket considering the inconvenience. This was on November 11, 2020 - Veterans Day. My Husband and I are Veterans and deserve so much better as does any family who is traveling to enjoy the beauty that South Florida has to offer. Very Disappointed.

From the moment I enter the property I was treated with nothing but kindness from the staffs weather it's from front desk or housekeeping just to name a few KERRI ,Mariah WATSON the whole staff they are awesome I give them a 100% rating👍 💕💕💕💕

Never left a bad review before, but this hotel and the service was SO bad I need to do other people a favor. The staff is rude. The room and hotel in general did not look like the photos and it is not worth the price. Things were broken or did not work. And they never tell you that you have to ask for the cleaning a previous day, which means we did not have clean sheets or towels for three days. Again, no worth it.
