Great new hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleaning. Cozy bar with delicious cocktails. Sorry that the outdoor pool was closed. Fine spa. Prima breakfast and dinner in buffet form freshly prepared.

This is such a treat, to write about a hotel we loved. This truly is made so special by the staff, from the top to the bottom. Fabulous attitudes to guests from the staff, the reception team are super welcoming . Rooms are modern and spacious , some boast sea views. Breakfast was as good as any , without a 'Four seasons 'price tag. And when the General manager offers you a coffee as he sees that breakfast was busy!!! We were blown away, normally everyone is busy so you get ignored not here. Margaux restaurant is great use of the space in the evening , saves going out. Great cocktails served in the bar in the evening at great prices. Stand out member of staff was Petra on reception. Great view from the beach front bar.

Nice location. Sea view is great. But Wi-Fi is almost inaccessible. After an hour Wi-Fi was connected but the connection is super slow. They offer extra speedy Wi-Fi service with extra charge of course

The original Victoria Hotel was closed for a while and was tied up in a new hotel next door (PALACE). I heard that it is a hotel operated in the same place as PALACE. You must have just been lucky. Ligament opposite the church. The facilities were really good. Breakfast was also dinner, but dinner and taste were delicious in the 9th floor lounge. The view was beautiful. It's a pity that all the pictures haven't been uploaded. There is a large supermarket right around the corner. The bus stop was also a 5-10 minute walk. The people at the desk were kind. There was no problem with staying in Jegicho English. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Sliema. A walk can reach the port where you can concentrate bars, restaurants and shops and from which the ferries to Valletta and to Gozo and Comino excursions. The hotel is very close to the buses for various destinations. The staff is young, very nice and available. The room is very beautiful and the cleaning is excellent. The breakfast is a sweet and salty food, not a very variety, but it is very good for me: salsa, cheese, eggs broken, fresh fruit, fruit juices, various types of bread, marmelade, honey, yoghurt and mini croissant. The small interior garden is clean and relaxing. I think it's a separate restaurant with excellent dishes.

What an amazing hotel. By far the nicest people working at a hotel I have ever met! The staff were so kind and helpful. Even left cake and balloons in my room on my birthday despite us not telling them anything about it. Rooms were lovely and clean, breakfast was fresh and delicious. I could only make one recommendation, which would be to give an option of hanging up towels so they are not washed and replaced daily, as it’s better for saving water and the environment.
