"The staff of this hotel are wonderful. It is just a pity that they have to work at a place that needs a serious update. From the black mold in the bathroom to the peeling wallpaper in the bedroom, this Hyatt is just living off it's location literally right next to the stockyards. There was a layer of dust around all of the baseboards in the bedroom as well. If you get a room in the front you hear to tourist noise. In the back you hear the trains and the construction at a new hotel that is going up. To add to that if you are on the bottom floor music is played in the halls until 11 pm. Breakfast seemed, at first glance to be fairly nice with bacon, eggs, and all the usual. However the oatmeal wasn't even cooked completely, and the blueberries looked unwashed."
"Very professional and accomodating customer service. I will certainly stay at the Hyatt Place Forth Worth Historic Stockyards on my next visit to Fort Worth. Great location, and great customer service. "
"Our room was clean and spacious. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. As a Hyatt member we were offered complimentary breakfast, although we did not use that service. Location was wonderful, everything in the Historic Stockyards was within walking distance."

"I love this hotel! I don't think I have ever said that about any hotel ever. The people here are incredible! They treat you so kindly and genuinely seem to love their jobs. I came to this hotel for a job interview and multiple members wished me good luck, gave advice, told me about apartments and areas in FW to check out if I got the job. They went above and beyond checking me into my room or getting breakfast in the morning. I cannot praise them enough! Once I got the job, I made sure we stayed here during our apartment search. The people are extremely friendly, charismatic, and very authentic. Do not go to another hotel in the area. I promise this is the one you want to stay at!"
"Stayed the night of a concert at Billy Bob's to maximize the "fun" potential, and Springhill was awesome again! Great rooms, great drinks at Atico. And Natalie is amazing! Will be back soon for another horchata old fashioned for sure"
"This hotel is beautiful and the staff are all excellent. They could not have done more to make our visit memorable. Wonderful place to visit and walking distance to the stockyards. Will definitely go back and recommend to everyone."

"I just don't understand why you charge $12 for parking when you have an open lot that is 3/4 empty all the time. I'm a Titanium Elite member sitting on over 1.2 MILLION Marriott Points - do you think I could one of those "promised" suite upgrades in a hotel that's 90% empty? Nope. My hotel notes for this trip: Room was small, TV was smaller - and tucked under a cubby hole in the bedroom on a dresser. this was the dumbest layout of any room I've ever been in and I've been in thousands - literally. I've got bigger monitors on my computer at work. Sink disposal had a disgusting smell so I filled the sink with water and poured the dish soap in it then ran the disposal while it drained. Sink still stunk. so I just filled it with water and left it that way with soap in it to cover the stench. Shower took about 10 minutes running to heat up Closet "sliding" doors that don't slide are a real pain in the .... rear "Fitness Center" - needs to be renamed the "Fitness Closet". Seriously, the mud room in my house is bigger. Oh - and buy a Peloton bike. Last note. Marriott needs to do something - ANYTHING - with the horrendous fake rubber eggs and dried out cardboard turkey sausage they call "Breakfast". Stay more than two days and it is simply not edible. Oh - and don't forget the train noise. I'm thinking Hilton next trip."
"Our room was well maintained and very clean. The staff was super friendly and professional. We felt safe with the Covid precautions they had in place. My favorite part was the bed - so comfy! I highly recommend staying at this Residence Inn."
"This is a very nice hotel in a great location. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast area was roomy and tasty, and the service was very good. I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn"

"I have been at this hotel several times. It is close to TCU, the zoo, and the Arts District. I really like the location because it is close to many restaurants. It is also close to Trinity trails. Cleans are very clean and well kept. Gym is tiny, not for those who want to exercise."
"This hotel was good. However the layout is horrible. This hotel has two floors and is a little complicated. The staff is nice and the location is ideally close to a variety of attractions. The pool is a plus."
"Good location and close enough to TCU but you still are driving. This is an older property that has been updated to be “average” by today’s standards. They just started charging $10 a night to park and that is offensive for what is basically a motel configuration. Not like there is secure parking or anything.....just the lot all the way around the building. I have stayed here lots over the last few years but will explore other options next time. Just seems disrespectful. "

"Wow! As the father of the bride for my first-born daughter & her fiancé we researched long & hard for a hotel that could handle our out of town guests to give them an authentic Texas experience. After evaluating different options we chose the Historic Sinclair Building Fort Worth from Marriott Autograph collection. Sinclair is a renovated office building that Sinclair Oil used to operate from and is just steps away from Sundance Square. Marriott has touches throughout the building that tributes its storied history. Sinclair has combined the authenticity of the past with cutting edge technology. The bathroom mirror had apps inside the mirror for the weather, news, & music etc. The bathroom also had lighting that could change colors and moods. The curtains could be closed with the touch of a button so you can fall in asleep in the absolutely amazingly comfortable bed. While all that was more than wonderful the real magic happened with the service- starting with sales leader Courtney Towson & GM Tammy Vallejo. They invited us to lunch to learn about our event and provided top notch solutions from putting gift bags in guest’s room, private check in line, and a complete staff of can-do attitudes. Courtney even came in on Saturday to check in on us. She opened up roof top bar for bride/groom first looks. After the wedding we came back to a bottle of wine and handwritten note of congratulations from Courtney. Magical day, Magical Property, Magical Location, Magical Service!!!"
"From the time I arrived I was treated very well. The valet service was there as soon as I pulled up, and the front desk staff was over the top friendly and professional. This hotel is very historic, and it has kept it’s history, while being very high tech. The window shades are opened and closed with the touch screen control panel near the door. There are lighting settings for the morning, bedtime, social, and romantic. The bathroom mirror is set up like a computer screen, with news, weather and music, and has great speakers on both sides of the sink. The shower has 5 or more colors, and it is also controlled with a touch screen. Shower has overhead, wall, and handheld wand. The bathroom is also beautiful with marble slabs and they they go from floor to ceiling. You really have to experience this hotel to fully appreciate all it has to offer. Management has obviously made service a top priority, with the staff being extra friendly and helpful. One block from Sundance Square with numerous restaurants in the area. This is a top notch property, and I would give it 5+ stars. "
"I appreciate preserving the charm of an old art deco accents and marble walls to the cowhide rug and oil derrick accents. It really encompasses all that is Ft Worth. Common spaces all have a great retro feel. Room doors are new, but they also maintained some original doors. The floor number is etched in marble in front of the elevator doors. Even the water fountains on each floor have been given new life as phone nooks. But, the room is all modern luxury. Bed was great. Everything is controlled by touch panel (window shades, lights, thermostat, messages, and shower). Lots of outlets, mini fridge, and Nespresso. My only complaint was the noise. "

"My husband and I live in the Fort Worth area and were gifted a "staycation" as a wedding gift. We chose The Worthington for location, the price point was higher than others in downtown. We had massages booked at the Omni but decided to "splurge" with what seemed to be a nicer hotel. From the moment we got there the thing that stood out the most was lack of customer service. I am sorry but I am in customer service and given the times.. everyone is a little on edge.. if someone is staying at a hotel.. they either have to or are looking for an escape (us). My husband parked to the left of valet so I could run in and ask for an early check in (1 hour) and he told the person at valet and he was fine with it. Upon checking in the employee was so rude and cold. He looked miserable to be there. I told him we were there celebrating and although our room was already paid in full I was interested in surprising my husband and upgrading if possible. Without even looking he said, I have nothing available so I said ok no problem. Well, if you have a room with a great view would you mind giving that one.. no answer. Asks for my ID and our family member put my name as my new husbands last name. He refused to check me in and I explained to him I just got married. Had to go out to find my husband even though his name was not on the reservation.. he let him check in for us since he had the right last name. He gave us a room with 2 beds and I asked for 1 bed -- again "not available". Yet, as we walked away a woman was checking in another couple and I heard them ask to switch from 1 bed to 2. Valet was a mess. unorganized. the guys were all chatting while we were trying to get their attention to get into our car they had locked when we went in to check in. It was a mess getting our car at the end of our stay as well. The hotel Toro Toro was a good point.. it was delicious. However, again.. we had reservations came downstairs and they sat us in what felt like the hotel lobby. Here we are spending $200 for a nice meal and we are next to a window in our hotel lobby haha. I spoke to our waiter and asked if they had another sitting area because that one was cold. They were able to move us into the actual "restaurant area" which I am not sure why they wouldn't in the first place with reservations. Again the food was great but for such a gourmet meal they need a better location. Everything about our stay was subpar. After visiting the Omni or our massages - I wish we would have stayed there and gone to Reatas for a nice dinner. Very disappointed in our experience there and definitely won't be back or recommend it to family/friends. The walls were paper thin as well. The lobby got busy at night around the bar if you want to just stop by in the evening for a drink. Don't waste your money staying there."
"Stayed at this hotel for one night in late December 2019 and had a really good stay. Checkin was easy and they allowed us into our room early and they also allowed us to have a late checkout (5 pm) the following day as our transportation didn't arrive and depart until that hour. Was really pleased with this as we were traveling with two young children. The hotel has a very modern feel in the rooms. Believe they are doing a bit of renovating too. The pool is probably not good for young children as there isn't a shallow end that a child could stand up in. The tile at the pool is very slick too, so you really have to watch your kids if you're there. There are plenty of places to eat close to the hotel which is great. Would've liked to have stayed thru the new year as they were setting up a show in the square just a block or so away. Can't recommend the hotel enough."
"At the center of the Fort Worth redevelopment, the Worthington was a gateway to explore from. Our rooms were Texas sized as were the corridors and lobbies. Efficient and expert staff were helpful and made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Not a place to offer a taste of local color, just a sensible and well managed gateway to fascinating new locale. For local culture? Get outside and visit the stockyards and the very good local eateries."
