The location of the hotel is relatively remote, but the environment is very good. It is next to the Tamar River. The hotel was renovated from a granary. There are still some original barns outside and inside. There is a large free parking lot in front of the hotel. The hotel room is very large. The bed in the twin room is very big, and the tables and chairs inside are very clean. I specially chose to bring breakfast, but the breakfast is a bit poor. The a la carte breakfast is not very large and the taste is not very good.

The team at Peppers Seaport went out of their way to accommodate us. They organised an early check in as we had just got off the overnight Spirit of Tasmania. The room was wonderful and clean with a fantastic view over the harbour. The restaurant is located in Silos opposite and requires a short walk to get there.

Very old hotel, very suitable for a family of three, there is a small compartment for children to sleep alone, Figure 3 is the street view across. Hotel facilities are average, because the ancient corridor is relatively small, breakfast is simple, toast cereal milk juice, fruit, but compared to most hotels without breakfast is quite good. Great location. 5 minute walk to main part of town for shops and restaurants. Rooms clean and tidy and beds very comfortable. Restaurant is small but the meals were nice and the staff very friendly. Room has all the amenities you need (tea, coffee facilities plus bathroom) Opposite the park, lovely for strolls. Monkeys to see between 8am - 4pm

An iconic piece of Launceston history. A beautiful building containing beautiful furnishings throughout - particularly loved the wood furniture. Great location. A warm welcome from friendly, helpful Jude was the start to a most enjoyable stay. Spacious room with a very comfy bed. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. All good! Highly recommended.
