"🛏【️Hotel Guide】 📍Detailed address: 8, Sentosa Gateway, Ocean, Suite, Singapore, 098269 . 🚗Traffic strategy: Sentosa Island MRT and get off at Resorts World Station, walk to Michael Hotel to take a free buggy at the hotel, check in at the front desk of Yucca Hotel, and then will send you to the seabed suite. . 🌟Highlights and features: You must be able to see the cutest devil fish in the underwater world The room is divided into two floors, with an open-air jacuzzi upstairs, and privacy is also very good . To ⛱Hotel environment: The hotel has a total of 11 underwater suites, which are deep in Sentosa, so there are not many public facilities . 💰Per capita consumption: The live pre-sale product of ctrip purchased this time is very cost-effective at RMB 5,300 per night. It also includes breakfast for two, two adult tickets to Universal Studios, two tickets to the Aquarium, and a $100 meal coupon. Super super bargain . 📌Little Tips: There is a sofa bed upstairs, which can sleep two people, so a room can sleep 4 people in total . Follow us and show you a different Singapore🇸🇬 #Singapore旅游#Hotel guide"
"The Ocean Suite was amazing. The whole experience was great and we didn't even realise we were in the room the whole time! The staff were great too with the Anniversary cake (it was delicious by the way) and the bubbly Indian butler we met was super warm and friendly. I didn't manage to get his name though. He even manage to catch us at the carpark just before leaving and asked if we managed to get everything from the room and if we managed to take enough family pictures. That was really really nice. My young kids (4, 2, 1) totally enjoyed the experience, the bathtub and the pool. I would definitely return and if I could add, maybe more bath mats to dry our feet would help because getting in/out of the bathroom and bathtub at the same time might have caused the carpet to be wet and an additional bath mat would help absorbing the excess water first."
"Visit local hotels during the epidemic, safe and comfortable, and spend a happy holiday with your children! The submarine house was very pleasantly surprised. When I entered from the garage, it was too slow to check in."

"We have travelled all around the world only to discover the best hotel is actually in our own country. The Raffles Hotel has topped all our expectations. An iconic building in Singapore with a long history. The hotel gives a rustic colonial feeling at the same time the ne wowners have restored it to provide all the modern amenities a traveller would require and more. Rooms are large and comfortable. Very well thought out amenities. From something as simple as the hot water mixer is set in a way that you would never end up scaling yourself. The way the master switch works with the night lights makes it all so convenient to use and switch off the lights in the room and yet have lights in the toilet on in case one needs a late night visit. The service is second to none. Staff remember your name and address you by name. They remember your preferences. I called the butler one evening because I couldn't load the meun of the Butcher's Block from the website. The next morning they had the menu delivered to the room. You may say you pay for what you get. I've been to places where I've paid and not get. Had a lovely time at the Raffles Hotel with the wife. I would definitely recommend it to the decerning traveller any time. "
"The service is very good, knowing that I have children taking a nap, I automatically give late check-out, which is very considerate. The hotel and the shopping mall in the hotel are more integrated, there is no special place for hotel guests to relax"
"Due to Covid, the check in and out was done directly in the suite. Awesome experience with butler service through out of stay! Friendly staff, timely service! Love the hotel, the suite and looking forward to booking another stay with them! "

"Definitely one of the best hotel staycation we have experienced so far. Service is excellent! The culturist took care of everything, all the way before the stay to the end of the stay. Notable good experience: very spacious room, direct link to Palawan beach, calls for housekeep and other requests (e.g. request for wine glasses and decanter, housekeeping mid day) were met within 5 mins, food quality is great, toiletries uses Aesop brand. They even had a WhatsApp chat where you can send enquiries/requests and the response was instant. All in all, the experience and ambience is awesome! Appreciate and love the service standards offered by the hotel."
"Very satisfied with the stay here, the services provided was top notched, food was good at the The Knolls. The room was spacious with a nice scenic view, the whole experience was well worth the price. They even gave us a complimentary high tea set to celebrate our joyous occasion, thank u Capella! "
"Nice hotel & excellent services. Greatly appreciated for making these customised arrangements to making our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. We will certainly come back again with our 2 pet boys in near future. Thanks "

"Since Ritz Carlton is such an iconic hotel in Singapore, we love to spend our staycation here. Booked 2 rooms but were not allocated on the same floor. The room is well-maintained and the swimming pool/jacuzzi experience is very relaxing though our stay was during public holiday. Swimming pool is 90-min slot. One can also walk into the spa to enjoy the jacuzzi. Only book room without breakfast as we want to explore the Millenia Walk/Marina Square are with plenty of food options. Of course, must bring bath bomb to enjoy the bath tub experience with the view of Singapore skyline. "

"Stayed back in March 2021 before they closed for SHN / SDF and the Club Deluxe Suite was a fantastic space with plenty to explore. Club was perfect with all day drinks and food - Not possible to be hungry at all!"

"This is by far the best hotel that we have stayed in. All the staff in Barracks Hotel have a keen sense to details, which make our stay extremely comfortable and amazing. We have booked this stay to mark a special milestone in our lives. And thanks to JS, the coordination with the decoration team went without a hitch. Not forgetting the amazing coffee serves at the Living Room, and the staff there (especially Emily) makes everything better. We had a wonderful stay at Barracks Hotel and we certainty look forward to another refreshing getaway in the near further. "
"Well appointed room, great pool, lovely stay. Only trouble was that the entrance to ground floor rooms is level with the main grounds that fronts the hotel with only a regular public corridor separating it from the field, so it was very common to find that garden lizards lurking in the room / bathroom after sundown. If you don't like sharing your space with lizards, this was the most unpleasant experience for at least one of us. "
"Superb service and delicious canapés and breakfast . We left the hotel With our hearts and tummy full. The speaker , Tv , showering facilities and bathtub were of good quality . Special thanks to the team :) will definitely come here again "

"Had a memorable staycation at W Singapore Hotel. Went to celebrate husband’s birthday & he was pleasantly surprised by helium balloons decoration, birthday card & a delicious birthday cake complimentary from W hotel. Big thank you! Room has a fantastic sound system & the mood lightnings was fantastic. Love the ambience of this hotel, looks posh! We had lunch at Kitchen Table, ordered pizza & calamari, it was delicious! Breakfast was also alcarte buffet, good choices from western to local choices. Nice presentation & delicious as well. W hotel service staff have excellent customer service, made us feel very welcome at this hotel. We had a splashing good time at the swimming pool. Love the long water slides, not just for the kids, adults also can have fun in it too! Will certainly return to this wonderful hotel. "
"Fantastic stay at W hotel. As we were celebrating our birthday in Aug 2021, staff had prepared a celebratory treat as well as allowed a free room upgrade with spectacular view of the poolside + yatch on a high floor with balcony. Service by Allan was impeccable! Would definitely recommend and head back again "
"The team went over and beyond with our stay. Surprised us with balloons and cake for my 60th bday! The in room dining voucher came in handy for our dinner as well - good mix of local and western items. They even helped to setup the table for us to eat in room due to the HA. "

"Spent 2 nights for my honeymoon there. Impressed that front concierge knew my name without me telling her. The room was perfect and we felt like royalty. Special thanks to Mr Omar for assisting us find our wedding rings that we misplaced in the room after checking out."

"We enjoyed the stay, just that with safe management measures the beach access to trapizza/ nestopia was cordoned off, making a quick run let’s say to 7-11 and back or to the above mentioned rather tedious - having to go up all the way to lobby and down the slope. the carpark attendant could also double up to check for guests entering and leaving via the original trapizza side entrance area/ Carpark. Other than that, the stay was perfect :))"
"Great stay and great service! Only thing would be the coffee in the room, the city shang provides nespresso, so was slightly perturbed to find only Nescafé here. Also this being a kids friendly hotel, could have upped the game with kids toiletries :) "
"Room with amazing view and balcony. Celebrate my birthday there and the staffs were so nice to send up a birthday cake to our room. Bed and pillow was soft and nice. Have hug bathtub and nice room layout. Sadly, toilet no bidet and the curtain were super old school and had to manually close and open them. "

"Hope the General Manager is able to see this: Brenda and Jayden provided great and superb service! Good impression of the hotel because of them. Great Job! Plus points: - Rooms have great amenities and bed was comfortable. Ashley & Co amenity plus Bang & Olufsen Speaker might be the highlight of the room - Great location for a morning and evening walk - Superb Dining experience. Po has great food! The Kurobuta Char Siew and Crab Carrot Cake were fantastic! Totally justifiable for the premium on Singapore Modern Cuisine. Champagne paired very well with the food! Will come back to dine again - Rich History and heritage behind this hotel, would be nice if there is a mini tour or activity to justify the premium of this hotel (The reason why it wasn’t a full 5/5)- still good but... - Limited Facilities, only a super small wading swimming pool, though very instagrammable! No Gym... cant be helped given the size of the horel. The hotel could have organized more activity to engage guests! It’s a heritage building!!!! - Fall under Design collection which meant minimal member benefits including no complimentary breakfast for plat members and above. (Understandable since it’s not run by the Marriott Team) - Still doesnt make sense to me that breakfast price for 1 pax and 2 pax are the same. Bak kut teh was soso, Chicken curry was good but felt short of providing enough curry for the prata. - The room price is similar or even more expensive compared to other Marriott Properties in Singapore such as JW Marriott, St Regis, Marriott Tangs or Westin! You really have to appreciate the heritage and uniqueness of this hotel in order to be willing to pay for such high room rate price with minimal facilities, activities and add-on. Overall: Great experience and great service by the 2 stadd and will dine at the bar and Po once again "
"I threw a surprise birthday dinner for my husband at the Den at the Warehouse hotel. Even though with Covid, we are limited in numbers, we had such a great time. The Den was originally an opium den in history but the owners have cleverly converted it into a beautiful, quaint private room with tall glass doors overlooking the river. I have to give special thanks to the sales manager, Elaine Luei who worked the night, introduced the hotel with its rich history, spent careful thoughts on how to organise this party for me. The hotel found themselves a gem in a sales manager. My 10 course (I think) dinner was curated by Chef William. My personal fave is their Popiah, halibut (chef - i want that recipe!!!) and their soft shell crab, whilst my birthday man loved the Iberico char Siew and halibut. Food was 5 star! Ambience is fantastic with the setting in the Den. But the wine chosen by their Sommelier, Alvin, was spot on - my personal fave out of the 3 bottles we had was the spanish Grenache. Good taste buds, Alvin! Overall, all my guests enjoyed the evening! Could have danced our night away ! Thanks Elaine and team! "
"Simply put : beautifully decorated place , with good music, great food, amazing drinks and excellent service! Staff is really helpful and listens to the needs of its customers! Can't appreciate that enough! Thank you to the whole warehouse team for a perfect evening!"

"The hotel facilities are relatively old. When checking in, the hotel said in advance that Ctrip bookings cannot be used for Sands membership points, and Ctrip has to work hard. The main building is good, with three columns supporting a large ship. The sound of the air conditioner is loud. The sky garden waiter on the 57th floor said that it was going to rain and the seats outside were closed, but there were obviously many people sitting, and after doing it, they didn’t say they couldn’t do it. When you go out to take a taxi, there are not many cars, you have to wait, and no one is responsible for the taxi. It should not be a world-class five-star hotel."
"Due to corona regulations, we couldn't eat at the restaurant, but the rooms, amenities and pool were great. Although it was on the lower floors, there was Gardens by the Bay in front of the window, and I was able to enjoy Garden Rhapsody. The balcony was also large, so I was able to dry the swimsuits of the five family members. It's a pity that the room service phone was cross-talked and couldn't be connected on the morning of the second day."
"The family suite room type does not include breakfast. It seems that you can’t apply for breakfast and you want to send cakes. It seems that you didn’t send it. After changing to the upper floor of the garden suite, there is an afternoon tea. There is no slippers for the children after arriving in the garden suite. You need to call and ask for everything We just gave it before. There is a sofa bed that can lie down on the spring. It feels that the matching is still relatively old."
