The hotel has a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Unfortunately, our double room is very small. Breakfast is ok. A few years ago, this was mainly a buffet format, and we personally prefer this format. Unfortunately, breakfast is no longer provided. If this is due to the current corona situation: other hotels can easily provide buffets in accordance with current sanitary measures-then why not here? All in all, we like a well-preserved atmosphere, but due to the size and furnishings of the room, there is really no room for improvement in the price...

Ich habe mich ganz bewußt für das Hotel entschieden, weil ich das Ambiente von verschiedenen Besuchen im Restaurant kenne. Der Service des Hotels am Empfangstag war sehr freundlich. Wir haben am Abend im Restaurant gegessen und der Service war nicht gut. Keine FRage ob wir einen Aperetiv möchten. Ich bekam die Getränkekarte nur auf Nachfrage. Und nach unserem Getränkewunsch wurde erst mit der Essensbestellung gefragt. Die Getränke kamen nach dem GRuß aus der Küche!!! Der Service am Morgen beim FRühstück war noch unfreundlicher! Keine FRage was wir möchten neben Kaffe und Tee! Nur auf Nachfrage bekamen wir Orangensaft! Und ob wir ein Ei wollten, wurde mitten während des FRühstücks gefragt. Zum Schluß wurde der BRötchenkorb erneuert ohne FRage, ob wir das noch wollten! Beim Auschecken kein Dank, keine Gute Heimreise! Das fand ich schon sehr unpassend für ein Hotel, das einen gewissen Anspruch hat.

Consistently and in the aspect of cost savings, the receptionist was very friendly and referred to the evening closure at 22:00. Sky Sports Sender is in the room, but not in the Bundesliga, which would have been nice just this evening. Without breakfast booked, I was in vain searching for a human being next morning, with which I could have paid. I was hardly gone the call why left without pay? It's now done. So no staff, but the hotel guest is guilty. You don't sleep bad, but that's then it was. Is a little sad at night when no or little guests are there. The next time I'll try the krone.

This is a beautiful hotel, inside and out. Rooms are clean and tidy. Thanks to the comfortable bed and blackout-blinds on the windows, I was able to sleep perfectly. Breakfast is excellent and very good value. The centre of Rehau is just 5 mins walk away. Free parking is available. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.
