Be careful room Rate was $153 but the hotel charged $167.30 also hotel charged a additional destination fee of $20 per night. Staff including the cleaning staff was very good and very friendly. Room was very clean and modern restaurant for the first class some confusion find in the parking ramp but that was worked out

The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was nice, clean and fairly quiet. Also pet friendly. Breakfast is not free but reasonably priced. There was something available for all diets.

Don’t stay here. My family and I have been staying here for years until this last stay. I always request a high floor away from the elevators. Unfortunately by the time i got to the hotel (9:30pm) they informed me they only had 1 room left. Room 102. (I booked the room online) It is on the 1st floor next to the lobby so its high traffic. It’s next to the pantry and other closets for staff. I was so tired from traveling I just went with it. I should of walked out when I entered the room. The room has a musty smell, it was so dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned for sure. There were rings around the toilet that needed a good scrubbing as well as the sink and shower. The shower had pink mold(bacteria) in every corner. That is a sure sign of not being cleaned. The noise was awful because of the high traffic volume due to the lobby AND the breakfast was set up steps from our room. The staff woke us up at 5:30 am when they started setting up for breakfast. They were talking very loudly to each other and banging stuff around. 6 am the families with young (loud) children started herding in for the free breakfast. Why, why are people so clueless and so disrespectful in hotels? It’s amazing how many people let their kids run wild in hotels when it’s pretty clear other guests are trying to sleep. There should be a book on etiquette for hotel guests. Needless to say we were not going to get any decent sleep so we got up, got dressed, and left. I didn’t even put on my makeup. If you know me, I never leave the house with at least mascara on. We are never staying here again. Poor excuse for a Hilton property.

We *love* this hotel. The staff is well-trained and the rooms are perfect. It feels and acts like a high-end luxury hotel with a sensible Midwest price. Our kids are allergic to feathers and we can always count on this hotel for a room on the feather-free floor. The staff is very responsive to our requests and always very knowledgeable. This property embodies the quality of a Marriott. The rooms are large with mini fridges and coffee makers. Huge bonus: the beds are high quality for a good nights’ sleep. If I could offer one bit of advice, it would be to install some anti-slip product on the shower floors.
