"Cute place surrounded by beautiful nature but lacking hospitality. Rooms were clean but very small. The hotel closes between 12.00-15.00 and everyone needs to be out - which is very strange. What was provided as “spa” service was a cold sauna and a steamroom which was part of someone else’s room. We had to rush as the guests were going to arrive shortly. There was no shower or other amenities available despite the extremely high price (60 Euro for one hour). Dinner was tasty but breakfast was poor. "

"The hotel and surroundings are stunning, beautiful setting for a romantic getaway. It is in the middle of nowhere but not only a few minutes drive from either Charleville-Mézières or Sedan if you wanted to go somewhere. We arrived and the 2 ladies on reception were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely customer service and after check in we were shown our room which was in the old part of the chateau. Unfortunately the room did not have air con and we were in the middle of a heatwave however this was a minor detail as the chateau is several hundred years old and one night without air con, this was fine. They had closed the curtains and provided a fan so all was good. The room, oh wow! what a fabulous room, truly stunning. The bathroom was eclectic and although some visitors would possibly say it needs updating we thought it fitted the room rather well, it was clean and everything worked as it should so why update it when it works well (in both style and function). Because of where the hotel is located we opted to eat at the hotel (this was our 3rd night of travelling out of 6 and the only time we ate in any of the hotels we stayed in). When we booked the hotel we made it clear that we were both vegans, this gave the hotel plenty of time to organise food suitable for us (a few weeks). We understand that vegan diets are particularly difficult for French chefs as they do like to use animal products however there was no excuse for the food that we were served that evening. We had a main and a dessert consisting of a salad (and I mean some leaves with little else) and a bowl of fruit, for this we were charged 100 Euros. We tried every which way to justify this and as we do try to eat healthy and a good salad can be delicious we eventually just accepted that the chef was just not used to serving plant based food. Unfortunately though the customer service was not great either, I cannot work out whether it was just the French way or whether this particular gentleman who served us has an unfortunate way about him, maybe because we are British and just have a different idea of customer service I don't know. Very difficult to pin point what actually was wrong but we both felt uncomfortable and that was not the best experience. Out of the 6 nights we spent in Europe we would not go back to this hotel which is such a shame as the hotel (and some of the staff) was a delight. The food, however was quite ridiculous and I really don't think that chef did himself or the hotel any favours with his food offering. We had some truly fabulous plant based food throughout our holiday and maybe chef could learn some plant based recipes from other establishments that completely outshone his choice for us (and at a fraction of the cost)."
"I'm on my first night of a 3 night stay. Can't tell you how impressed I am with this place and the food is just exquisite. Not tarnished with onions and garlic or cream or heavy sauces, just pure wonderful french cuisine. It's such a nice change to eat food prepared as it should be. It's peaceful and beautiful and although I can hear the main road in the distance, it's really not a problem..the air is clean and the grounds are stunning. Tomorrow I shall explore as there's lots to do around here.. especially if you're flying solo and just want to switch off."
"we had one night stay here during our roadtrip in Europe. Chateau is beautiful and staff is very helpful and friendly, everyone was speaking english. This place has small spa, jacuzzi and sauna and gym. Little bit crowded if there is many people. We had left wing (2 rooms) for our traveling group. I guess those were newly renovated rooms since work was not finished downstairs. That did not bother us tough. Yard and garden were beautiful, we enjoyed late picknick outside. There was also dinner option available which was offered for us too. I would loved to stay there more than one night just because there was so much to see and do, and i would go again."

25, rue au-dessus de la ville, Bouillon, Luxembourg, Belgium
"Finding the hotel was easy on the hill facing the main town. Parking is around 50m past the hotel and secure. The lobby and lounge area is decorated in a very friendly and cosy manner, with plenty of space and lots of very comfy looking chairs and sofas. Checkin was very fast and efficient and we got to our room on the first floor quickly. The room was spacious, with a 'continental' double bed (2 beds pushed together), separate bathroom and toilet and lovely balcony with a view of the opposite castle. The room is a little worn but very clean and comfortable. The only minor issues we had were the bathroom shower is in the bath and is positioned low on the wall, better for rinsing in the bath than showering. The TV does not have any English channels but the Wifi is good and supports streaming. The restaurant downstairs is great and we enjoyed a very tasty dinner (venison and chicken). We had a very small issue persuading the restaurant to break their policy of 'both or neither' for the set dinner, as I wanted it but my wife just wanted a main. Service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a fairly traditional set-up and buffet menu. One interesting element is diners are expected to cook their own eggs and bacon. Something we enjoyed a lot but some might not. Unfortunately, the only coffee available was the automatic machine type. Not very good at all. Overall a good visit to a friendly hotel."
"The publicity doesn’t do this hotel justice. The hotel is in a great position overlooking the town and river, room was large and comfortable, the bathroom had a bath and separate shower, all spotlessly clean. The evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and plentiful, breakfast was a buffet with a huge selection, even self-cooked eggs and bacon if desired. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the Wellness centre which is well worth the extra cost for two hours private use of resistance pool, jacuzzi and programmable sauna that benefits from panoramic views over the town, even from the sauna! We will go back and recommend this hotel highly."
"My recent stay at the Panorama Hotel was such a great experience. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The service was superb. It was a terrible rainy day so we decided to eat at the hotel and the meal was nicely prepared and the beef cooked to perfection with a delicate sauce. We also enjoyed being able to have cappuccino and drinks in the lounge overlooking the river. All in all a wonderful place to stay"

Place St.-Arnould 1, Bouillon, Luxembourg, Belgium
"We enjoyed our stay because of the comfort despite COVID restrictions. Care had been taken to stay safe - tables were distanced, surafces were cleaned between guests, staff wore masked, there was hand disinfectant freely available. (This set a responsible example.) Despite all this the staff remained friendly and efficient. The weather was great so we were able to follow the different paths around the towns and enjoy the locality's spectacular nature. We bought combined tickets for the archeological centre, the castle and the museum in town. Restaurants were popular - we ate out each night but had to reserve tables to be sure of a place."
"I went there for 3 days. Hotel well located in city center of Bouillon. Parking underground is foreseen but not cheap ( 14€per day ). I recomment to park 100m further where it is free. We had the tower room 001. Very spacious and clean room. Only negative point is that during the day you can hear the musique from the bar . So if you want to relas during day it will be hard. Breakfast also verly elaborate and good. The 2 hotel restaurants are also a recommendation worthy. Bom is a nice concept. Staff very friendly ! Good hotel for a weekend out"
"Found this place when looking for an overnight stop over. The staff were helpful and the hotel was quirky in a pleasant sort of way. Thought it was a bit expensive for what it was at €90, but I suppose its the going price. The floor in the room was wooden and creaked like crazy, not only that but the walls were paper thin and the purple next door were just 3 minutes away from getting told to shut up. That being said, the bed was comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was good and clean sizeable and had a powerful shower. The hotel is set in a staggeringly beautiful part of the world and if you go should be exiled to its fullest. "

"Perfect location for a good rest and starting point to visit the Ardennes! Ibis hotels are always great value for money, and this one is no exception! Super comfortable beds, the room was huge, we’ve never had such a spacious room in an Ibis hotel anywhere in Europe we’ve been before. Breakfast and dinner were good. Nice surroundings and ample parking area, with a number of charging stations for electric cars"
"If you have heavy suitcases, ask for a room on ground floor, as, there is no elevator (one floor up only). Food ok, reasonable choice at breakfast, though no freshly squeezed orange juice (many Accor group hotels have an orange cutting/pressing machine). Room ok and clean, but aircon didn't do its job, it was too warm for me, which caused me to wake up several times during the night. I guess it's not activated in winter period."
"One of the Ibis hotels with bigger bedrooms and bathrooms.Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice bar and restaurant with a good range of menu choices, large on site car park. Exactly what you’d expect from an Ibis."

"We arrived on a saterday evening, 10 bikers, very friendly young girl welcomed us. Quick check-in: good rooms: when you pay a “low” price expect a basic room! A bed, shower and toilet period Closed gate at 11pm secured parking: our motorcycles were save. Basic breakfast due to corona no buffet okay no problem, we had our coffee and a croissant ;-) Sunday evening another receptionist: even more friendly then the other one. She served us like we were queens. We will come back!"
"I stayed for tgwo night, the air conditioning was not functioning. After the first night I spoke to the people at reception about the matter. She was to advise her collegue that afternoon, I mentioned it again to make sure it was forgotten. I returned Sunday latre evening and the situation was not rectified. The person at reception came to check my room and insisted the air conditioning was functioning. I stated that this was not posible. I had it at maximum 10 degrees the roon was clearly hotter than the outside temperature of 25 degrees. I spent a second very unplesant night of sweating and was very tired Monday morning. I now have a 3/4 hour drive to Dusseldorf without the appropreate rest. I stay at your hotel 5/6 times a year and generally like it. Clean the staff is very friendly, however this time was very disappointing. I will consider other options next time I am in the region."
