Had gone to Patna about a decade ago. Maurya is still the most loved hotel by city's elite and possibly only 5 star facility. The staff is courteous and make you feel comfortable. The Executive Director Sh DB Singh is possibly one of the most sought after professional in the hospitality industry. And he personally takes care of the guests. However, the hotel needs competition now. The lobby looks a bit cramped for space. We were there when a VIP wedding was happening and hence every corner in the hotel had people. It possibly needs complete renovation so that a good coffee shop is built befitting its legacy.

Hello Everyone!!! It was exactly a year ago when my family and I had checked in your property and had stayed for over a week. The experience at Amrapali Residency is worth mentioning. Hotel's location, ambience, courteous and helpful staff, cleanliness, service, food, everything was just amazing. We had a wonderful time staying here. Rooms are beautiful, clean and very cosy. Food prepared by the chef's are delicious. Front office executives, Food and Beverage executives, Housekeeping Team, Security Guard, all of them were not only professional in delivering their services but also courteous and helpful too. The best part was that every staff would always wear a smile on their face which is an essential quality of a service professional in the service sector. I would also like to show my appreciation to the General ***ager of the hotel who took utmost care to ensure that the guests in the hotel feel comfortable during the stay. Overall it was a beautiful and happy experience staying here. I would like to thank the entire team of Amrapali Residency Patna for their warm hospitality. All staff and service is great. All types of food, breakfast and dinner is available here. Also a Punjabi taste is available here. Very good option for rest in Patna would be a Gargi Hotel, because if saree services are available at one place then what is the need to wander somewhere else.

It is a superb property for both business and family stays and centrally located near the Patna Gandhi Maidan. Both Rly stn and Airport within 5-7 kms . Me and my son stayed here from 3rd Feb 2024 to 5th Feb 2024. The hospitality, staff behaviour, politeness is not less than a 5 star. The entire staff extremely polite. They provide welcome drinks and do not let you unattended. Buffet breakfast and food with continental flavours including Bihar’s specialities are elaborately laid out. Service to guest very fast. We also found some family events and banquet parties going on every day.
