We were delighted by the size of the room! It so comfortably fitted 4 of us in. The service was top. Everything was managed through the online concierge and her English was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed the wet area of the spa including the amazing Snow room. I had an Hannam treatment and the therapist individualised my scrub due to my sensitive skin and took very good care of me. We enjoyed our dinners at the open air Dempsey restaurant and meal delivery at lunch to any part of the resort you happened to be in. The complimentary afternoon tea and sunset downer adds to the decadence touch! The concierge also helped me organise a Covid test at the hotel before my departure flight back to Beijing. Great stay!! Would be back when the weather is warmer. The only comments would be on Housekeeping who forgot to empty our rubbish bin and filled up on the coffee milk.
