"We are just back from the most wonderful one night experience in this hotel which is a gem right in the city of Limerick. We were greeted with a warm smile , as we were a little early they took our bags and we went off to do some shopping. When we returned we were shown to our room by Ruth and our bags were there. and what a lovely surprise, beautiful decor in the room, there was a waterfall shower and lovely soft towels with all soaps and cream. Drinking water also available, and a little card with your name on it to welcome us to the hotel, what a lovely touch. She suggested we go visit the basement where The Parlor was, here you can avail of Tea Coffee Wine Fruit and soft drinks, in a very relaxing room. there is also a Roof top garden but weather was not on our side for that visit.!!!! The bed was very conformable and all rooms face the front of the building. Breakfast the next morning was really lovely and good choice. A special thanks to Jenny who I was in contact with to make the booking and to Ruth and all the wonderful staff at The Bedford. Really a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend it. We will be back. Thank you all again Ger from Galway"
"This boutique townhouse is a serious addition to Limerick. We've stayed here twice over the past year. We traveled up for a Munster game in 2019 and stayed again for two nights over Valentine's weekend this year. It's smack bang in the middle of Limerick City so it's great for a night out and was a handy walk to Thomond Park. The rooms are compact but very stylish and the staff are the nicest people you'll meet - very helpful. There's a communal room in the basement with a fully stocked fridge (including some wine!), coffee machine, Butlers' Chocolates and fruit that are all complimentary. We didn't do breakfast but had coffee and cakes in the Café downstairs and they were great. We're already planning another weekend once the coronavirus blows over."
"What makes a place head and shoulders above the rest is the people and the attention to detail both of which is in abundance when you enter the Bedford Townhouse. the aroma encapsulates the standard of luxury that awaits you with the beautifully furnished rooms and the domed shaped lights along the wall along with the added bonus of a gym and a sauna. From the moment i entered and was greeted by the owners Denise and Peter they are wonderful hosts and if i ever visit Limerick again there is no question as to where i will be staying. the multi story car park is right across the road and you are lithely slap bang in the middle of everything. i would highly recommend staying here"

Sir Harry's Mall, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland
"We stayed for two nights for a birthday celebration, we had a fabulous weekend breakfast to our room which was delivered with everything we needed one thing I noticed big jug milk the food in the bar was delicious on both nights great atmosphere around the Hotel and good advice from front office where to go for good night life and late bar on our return where we could sit down and chat with no rushing us. Breakfast in the restaurant was well presented and served sitting looking out at the river was lovely. Our room was comfortable spacious with everything we need thank you for great stay and we will be back."
"Lovely reception entrance. Very friendly and efficient receptionist, didn't get his name (sorry). Myself and my husband stayed here on Friday and Saturday night. Super room, very big and comfortable. Loved the coffee machine. The water and the sweets were a really nice touch. We had dinner in the bar Saturday night and it was very tasty. We both had the Fish & Chips. Great bar staff too. The hotel is situated only 5 minutes from the centre of Limerick so it is very central and it over looks the river which is lovely to look out on."
"Stayed here due to work commitments. One of the major reasons for booking this hotel is the fact they have an underground carpark at no extra. The carpark is completely secure, as there's only one way and and that is controlled via reception. The room I stayed in was large and spacious. It has a massive TV with the ability to connect additional devices, so you can bring your firestick if you want. The bathroom is lovely and has a brilliant shower. If you're staying in Limerick then I 'Absolutely' recommend this place."

"A last minute decision to visit the magnificent Hunt Museum brought myself and my partner to lovely Limerick. Booking a hotel last minute that had all amenities availab le and was not taking advantage of the Staycation situation was proving difficult until wehappened across Greenhills Conference and Leisure Centre on booking.com. The website looked impressive and the reviews were positive. On arrival we were greeted by the lovely Megan at reception. Our room was upstairs but when we mentioned that my partner has MS, she immediately allocated a ground floor room, which was spacious, comfortable, had a massive bed and easy access for anybody with mobility issues. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. Everyone worked within Covid Guidelines and were extremely professional. We were able to book in for a swim through their website which we enjoyed before a sumptuous breakfast. A really lovely stay, would highly recommend and I would definitely visit again."
"The hotel had ample free parking, was well presented and clean. It has a leisure center and although the Jacuzzi and sauna were closed due to Covid restrictions, the well provisioned gym and 20m pool were open, clean and in good order. All of the staff were excellent throughout our stay and could not do enough for us to make us welcome and comfortable. Particular mention must go to Megan on reception and Sophie in the breakfast room, who were a delight to be served by and were very helpful and also to Aaron in the leisure center who was also very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and nice, with a very large bed and good en-suite. Breakfast was cooked fresh and to perfection, as was the steak dinner that we had. The hotel's location is ideal if planning trips around Limerick city, Bunratty and Shannon, Foynes or even to Ennis and Clare a little further out. I will be happy to return to this hotel again."
"The coronavirus outbreak had a massive impact on our stay. Despite all of that, every single member of staff went more than above and beyond to still provide the best stay and experience possible. These people knew that they are facing an uncertain amount of time without income, yet they were still very positive and friendly."

Dublin Road, Castletroy, Limerick, County Limerick, Ireland
"A quaint, country-style accommodation, in a ideal location with plenty of parking! Spacious rooms, beautiful reception area(s) with an AMAZING bar and restaurant with an awesome, friendly atmosphere. Oh, and make sure you don't miss the breakfast here - it is to die for!! The service second to none; Geoffrey was really helpful throughout our stay. He was chatty, friendly and changed our rooms at the click of a finger when we had issues with our shower. Speaking of which, my only negative is that the bathrooms are quite dated. But this was all very minor throughout our stay. Thanks for having us!"
"The staff are amazing, I needed to stay in limerick close to the motorway and came back to the kilmurray again. During covid restrictions things obviously aren't the same as before but the staff went above and beyond expectations from the room being spotless and cosy to the food being top quality at an affordable price and the staff from reception to service at breakfast 10 out of 10. Top class facility and top class staff."
"The Kilmurry Lodge went above and beyond our expectations. Each and every staff member exudes compassion and professionalism. Jayne organised our event and ensured a smooth start to finish with so many added touches that made our day the most special. Thank you, with all our hearts, for giving us a space that was welcoming and superior to any other venue we contacted. Five stars, all around! Erin and Donal O'Donovan"

"A big congratulations to young staff member - Jack Wilson! He simply "took the biscuit" as the saying goes. A young, happy, well-mannered waiter who really made our day, with his good humour and efficient serving at Dinner. We had gone out for a coffee just for a catch-up chat but young Jack persuaded us to taste the appetizing food from the McLaughlin's Restaurant menu which we duly did and weren't disappointed. The young man was amazingly attentive and yet not intrusive and oozed positive vibes of the Castletroy Park Hotel generally. A young man happy in his job - so great to see. He should be justly rewarded. If he was a member of my Staff, I'd cherish his happy heart and promote him. A great young man - Jack Wilson!"
"A group of 8 of us went for a significant birthday celebration dinner in the restaurant in the castletroy park. It exceeded our expectations from the fab service to the most delicious meal by the chefs. Most of us had the 3 course set menu which was beautiful with great choices. Their wine menu and prices were also very good. A special thank you to Jack who looked after us exceptionally well. The hotel is very lucky to have such an attentive and professional member of staff. We will definitely be returning."
"Stay in the hotel suites pre lockdown and just couldn’t fault them !! The welcome & service we received was second to none .
