"The breakfast was great and there were many flavors of cheese! Tasting the Sacher cake, I have to say that the cream is great! The waiting room and the green restaurant are super beautiful, and the red restaurant is unfortunately booked. The service is very good, you can put the key, and when you come back, you can quickly recognize which room the customer is, but the waiter is still a little less. When checking in, wait for a quarter of an hour, no one at the front desk, or bring other customers."
"Hotel Sacher is definitely the first hotel in Austria. Many art exhibitions and wall-filled photos are telling his glorious history of 100 years. The experience of 3 days is impeccable. The dissatisfaction of the room can make you feel satisfied. Of course, the upgrade is necessary. Adding money~ The most important thing is service and feeling. After living in so many hotels, Sahe's service is deeply rooted in people's hearts!"
"An old-fashioned luxury hotel with an excellent location. All attractions except Schönbrunn Palace are within walking distance, the subway is close, and the cafe can be accessed at any time without waiting in line. The toiletries are all chocolate-flavored and smell good. Highly recommended."

"Beautiful centrally located hotel with a perfect blend of classic and contemporary design. The concierge staff were exceptional, especially Karim. My only complaint is that the restaurant and cafe seemed grossly understaffed. In addition, I’ve never been rushed out of breakfast before like I have at this property. I’ve stayed at the best hotels of the world and the female maitre’d with glasses actually had the gall to come to each table to notify guests they had to vacate the space at 10:30 am every morning. This definitely cheapens the stay."
"We have read numerous of the glowing reviews of this property and had to check it out. The location, service, room and staff are just impeccable. Old world charm with incredible efficiency and hospitality. Our room, was outstanding, spacious and just incredibly well decorated. The breakfast was vast, varied and rich. Vegan or carnivore will delight and can find plenty to eat. The pool is incredible. Staff made us feel very welcome. We can't wait to go back"
"Magnificent In All Aspects! Room 108 was a 10++++! View towards the Eastern Market at the square, the reception staff, concierge service the porters, the breakfast staff, the barmen and waiters,ALL SMILING, hospitable and ready to assist! The surroundings, cleanliness, the spot in the center of the historic city made our fast stay perfect and enabled us to save time and experience Vienna to the maximum!!! Well don Hyatt! We will definitely see you again!!!"

"Our stay in this hotel was just perfect. Micaiah checked us in. He was really helpful and available throughout our stay for any questions we had. He managed to get us a table at a restaurant that was booked up... We did not expect the Ritz to be so family friendly, we were really impressed. Our son received his little activity pack at check in and other treats during our stay, he also loved the pool. Salomé was particularly kind to our son...The Spa/ pool area is very pleasant. We had a bottle of champagne and cakes waiting for us in the room on our first day as we were after getting married. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. We loved the beautiful cocktails in the bar and our son his mocktail. Simon and the rest of the bar staff were very friendly too. Everything in this hotel is done to make you feel welcome and special."
"We were in Vienna for 6 nights and stayed at this Luxury Hotel. The location was absolutely perfect for walking the entire city. The room was big and clean with everything you could hope for. Plenty of water available and chocolates at night. The staff! --they were unbelievable. They anticipated what we needed and went out of their way to accommodate us. We took a weekend to go to Prague and they held our luggage (free of charge) until we returned to find them already back in our room. The restaurants were and wait staff were perfect...and a must stop for some Mozart Chocolate Liquor at the D-BAR. Simple WUNDERBAR!"
"From the great guys at the front desk, specifically the American football loving LEONARD, who went over and above to help me, to JAVIER in guest services, it became apparent why people need to stay here versus other places. I will look forward to staying here again on my next visit. Spotless rooms, great buffet, great housekeepers, great gym, and kindness all around! THESE PEOPLE AT THE RITZ MAKE VIENNA PROUD, Bravo!"

"Pros: The advantages of this hotel are the good location, the rooms are clean, and the small refrigerator in the room is free. Disadvantage: When checking out, the hotel actively arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The driver's ripped off, 28 euros of various fares and miscellaneous fees became 50 euros, swiping us to say we did not succeed, almost brushed the second, and the theory of the driver, the driver actually tossed us coins from his pocket, totally discriminating against Asians That kind of meaning. It is difficult to imagine the poor quality of European drivers. Although it has nothing to do with the hotel, since it was a car arranged by the hotel, it was reported to the hotel by phone and email, and information such as the license plate was taken. The hotel never responded, saying that the mail could not be received for a while, that it was received for a while, and making a phone call five times to make a statement, it was still awful. If you go to the airport, either take public transportation or call uber, don't let the hotel front desk arrange taxis. The doorman and the driver are specially deceived Asians, and they collect more money to return to the loot."
"The room is really great, the view is great, the breakfast is also great, the view on the top floor is invincible, I also watched a sunrise, and I drank a glass of wine at night. There is a subway station opposite, one stop to Stephen's Cathedral, but two people should take a taxi, cheap and good cars. Rating 4.5, the pre-authorization deposit has not been released for half a month."
"I deliberately chose this place as my last stop for the two-week European trip, and it did not disappoint me. The hotel restaurant overlooks the panorama of Vienna, and the rooms can also enjoy city views. The hotel is very close to the subway station and easy access to attractions."

"The hotel belongs to the Marriott Group! Service is pretty good! After check in, I will directly lead you into the room and tell you how to use the various facilities! It will also tell you where you must go and see, this hotel has more than 140 years of history! The hotel turned out to be Princess Sissi's palace, but was bought by a rich duke and given to his wife as a new wedding! The portraits of the Duke and Madam hang in the lobby! Breakfast is quite rich. There are many options for ordering eggs. You must tell her whether soft or hard for boiled or fried eggs. Soft is yellow! Choose according to your preference! Drinks of tea and coffee are also ordered separately. Juices are freshly squeezed and definitely freshly squeezed! The most pleasant thing is the bedtime service, which helps you to lay the mats in front of the bed! There are cards to tell you the weather tomorrow, as well as wireless charging equipment, which is important for those who forget to take the charger out! If you have a Best of America Card, you can enjoy the upgrade service!"
"Transportation: Intercity rental arrives, so intercity transportation is not studied. The transportation in the city is relatively convenient. It is within walking distance to the main scenic area and is a neighbor to the golden hall. There is a direct bus to the discount village a few hundred meters away. Breakfast: There is no room for breakfast, but it was taken at the hotel with the elderly. It's a bit expensive, and the meals are quite satisfactory! Service: Choose here because of its history! The checkin guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic. The doorman helped to take the luggage to the room. No one helped when leaving. I do n’t know if it was tipping culture. There was no help without a request. Even at checkout, no one helped. On the 6th and 9th, the room service was very different. One day, there was no refill of the used things in the bathroom. There was only one bottle of water in the room for two people, which made me question the level of service in such a tall hotel? But the next day various services were in place."
"The hotel is located next to the Golden Hall, 5 minutes from the Vienna National Theatre. In the palace of Emperor Joseph, portraits of him and Princess Cici hung in the hall. The entire hotel is quaint and elegant, with grace and luxury. The common rooms are slightly compact, and the upgraded Elizabeth Suite has court-like enjoyment. Breakfast is not rich and full western style. The hotel's ballroom happened to host two dances during the stay. The friends who came to the meeting were all dressed up. See for yourself, the social activities of high society in Europe. Full tone!"

"We originally booked a 60-square-meter luxury suite. The hotel arrived at 2 pm and the results were still cleaned. Then we checked in at four o'clock. The front desk clerk said that he would give us a big surprise and then took us to the presidential suite with great enthusiasm. When they opened the door, we were all shocked. It was really magnificent. We stayed in the 220 square meter presidential suite for free. The decoration inside was very nice. My daughter was very satisfied. We went to four people and added us a mole. Breakfast is not bad, you can order steak, egg food, overall experience is very good👍👍👍"
"The hotel is right next to the Golden Hall, to the Cathedral, and the Old Town is very close. The service is not bad, the slippers will be prepared for the guests and a small dessert will be delivered. A breakfast delivery service is also available, which can be ordered aside, in addition to regular. On the 7th floor, there are two restaurants, one French, one Japanese, and finally French. There is a dissert inside, it is very unpalatable, and the memory is still fresh!"
"Good location, convenient transportation, and next to the subway station. There is a supermarket downstairs. It's close to the main attractions and the Golden Hall and it's only a few minutes' walk. It's very convenient to sightseeing, shopping and travelling around. The hotel is very new and the facilities are great. It's recommended."

"The Bristol offered convenience to the Vienna State Opera, Musikverein and other major sights. The Wi-Fi connection and business center made communications very easy. The main dining room and bar were very elegant and offered great service. The turn down service and nightly kugeln candy were nice touches. Best of all was the emergency sewing done on my pants by housekeeping. However, I felt that the Covid pandemic has reduced services. There was no concierge at the concierge desk. All concierge inquiries had to be made at reception, which usually had only one staff member on duty. My complimentary shoe shine looked like the dust and grime were removed, but I could not detect any polish on the shoes. Also, it is an old hotel that could use some renovation. The raised threshold between the bathroom to the hallway in room 377 is dangerous without a ramp. I almost tripped when I stubbed my toe on the threshold. More variety of coffee and tea for the Julius Meinl Inspresso machine is needed. There were only two types of coffee and two types of tea offered. Further, the writing desk was too small. The Inspresso machine and telephone took up too much space on the desk. The telephone was antiquated: There was no button to set my own wake-up call, I had to call the front desk to wake me. There was also no USB port to plug in my computer or smartphone. I also had to use the outlet in the bedroom to dry my hair. Why can't a compatible hair dryer outlet be in the bathroom? From a branding perspective, I was tired of being reminded that the Bristol is a "Luxury Collection Hotel." Luxury is to be experienced; it is not to be repeatedly advertised. Overall, the hotel is a great 19th century treasure, but in a 21st century world. It has great service and a special fin de siècle charm."
"The Bristol Hotel, which was visited for two days, is one of the legendary luxury hotels in the country and even in Europe. Since its opening in 1892, countless celebrities have left their footprints and attracted cultural elites from all over the world. Russian composer Anton Rubinstein, Italian composer Puccini, West City story creator Leonard Bernstein, US President Roosevelt, Prince of Wales Charles, United Nations Secretary-General Annan, Paul McCartney and others have also stayed here. The location of the hotel is also very good, across the street is the Vienna State Opera, a few minutes walk to the Vienna Golden Hall, shopping streets, subway stations and tram stops are within easy reach. As for the room, although the area is not large, but the hardware and software are really not simple, the kung fu is in the details, it feels very comfortable, the hotel also has a small gift for the guests, very intimate [jumping] plus the room Under the celebrity effect, the environment for morning dining is very elegant, the ingredients are carefully selected, and the protocol is also very professional, so the overall experience is very good, although the price is not low, but it is still worth to feel ."
"This hotel is part of the Marriot group's Luxury collection and definitely lives up to the name. The hotel is across the street from the Opera and it's worth spending a bit extra to get the views as it's a beautiful building and looks fantastic at night. The central area of Vienna is steps away and you'll have easy walking access to the city center and many museums and shops. The building is amazing and reflects its long history. The architecture, interior details, and artwork is worth exploring and there are many placards around the hotel providing background on historical items and prominent figures that have stayed there. The main elevator has seats (see pics) and buildings just aren't made like this anymore. There are several shops and restaurants in the lower levels and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Staff was very professional and friendly. This is a great location to stay for special occasions and if I had a minor complaint it's that the room walls were a bit thin and I could easily hear my neighbors when they were active. But wouldn't hesitate to stay here again."

"Exceeds expectations - which is always wonderful! When you book a hotel in a city you have never visited before it is always a risk… when you arrive and it is even better than you hoped, it is wonderful. The location of the Guesthouse is simply perfect.. at the epicentre of everything and yet it manages to feel quiet and exclusive …. Tucked away behind trees in a tiny square and yet the rooms are light and bright. The staff are simply wonderful, the service throughout, excellent…the four bottles of complimentary Austrian wine, beer and soft drinks topped up daily, are generous in a way I have yet to see in any other hotel. The Guesthouse combines being very ‘cool’ with being luxurious - reminiscent of the fantastic Soho House Group and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend it to those who want to feel they are coming back to an exquisite bolt hole in the best part of this beautiful city rather, than being ensnared in an overdone tourist trap of a hotel. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Guesthouse and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Fantastic - 6 stars…. Well done!"
"Was here for one night, for work. The Guesthouse is very well-located, and it's super easy to get around the city from it. The room I had was modern-ish and clean. No tub, but a great shower. And so much free of charge wine in the minibar... Wonderful coffee machine. Only drawbacks - not too much counter space in the bathroom, and the curtains didn't close tightly, so I clipped them together with a coat hanger. Breakfast on the ground floor was fine the next morning. Room service in the evening only offers a limited menu (ham and cheese toasties etc). Staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful."
"Everything about this hotel was amazing, the service second to none, they were over and above other hotels I have stayed in. Lovely Deluxe room, a great view at the front of the museums and the green opposite. Delicious meal there one night, Bell boys incredibly efficient, reception staff so helpful and friendly. such a good sleep too, the bed is fantastic and so comfy. We can't wait to return. Thank you all so much for a wonderful 4 night break! Andrew & Lucinda Barker :)"
