"Our party of 9 ladies, stayed in Villa 11, which was simply stunning. Each bedroom had en-suite with 2 wash basins and a shower. Lots of wardrobe space . Hair dryer. There was Plenty of room for 9 ladies to get ready! The lounge /dining area again very spacious with a tv, Hifi unit , pool table. Seating area. The kitchen is a great size with 2 fridges, which contained 2 big bags of ice, an absolute bonus!! cooker microwave, kettle, toaster, plenty of utensils, plates etc. The pools and surrounding outside areas were fab! Sun Loungers, bbq, extra seating /outside dining. We took inflatables and had a great pool party . Pool towels are also provided. The beach is literally on your doorstep via a gate and if you turn left and follow the promenade , you will reach the great nightlife shops and harbour of puerto banus in about a 15 minute walk . I would totally recommend this villa , we all had an amazing time here . Eneli greeted us on arrival. she gave us the best welcome ever! And is absolutely lovely , nothing was too much trouble. We just can鈥檛 wait to return 馃槉"
"This was our 2nd girls weekend to Villa Marina and we were not disappointed. Eneli is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for her she is at the end of the phone before and during your stay. The villas are all superb and luxurious with plenty of space for everyone. Location wise you can't beat it!! 2 minutes through the gate by La Sala by the Sea on to the promenade and into Banus. We have loved our 2nd visit to Villa Marina and are well underway to booking for next year. Thanks Eneli you are an absolute star see you next year !!!"
"Excellent location near the beach and Marina. Set in a quiet, private and secure complex. Eneli was lovely and very helpful. Villa 3 is very spacious and it had four large bedrooms with en suite. It was all very clean . The outdoor terrace and garden was lovely Wish we could have used the pool but it was too cold in December. We would love to go back and we definitely recommend. It was beautiful."

"Had high expectations having experienced the Nobu brand in its restaurants but this fell a little flat! Whilst advertised as an adult only exclusive boutique experience the reality seems to be it is a hotel created from carving off a small section of Puerto Romana ?? Whilst Nobu restaurants has a unique proposition with a eclectic fusion of Japanese and Peruviam cuisine, the hotel felt like it had neither Japanese or Peruvian influence anywhere ? This confused me somewhat. Yes it is a luxury hotel with a beautiful beige/ creamy palette but it did seem to lack a specific identidy to me ?? Mayby if they had called it Ubon I would have had different expectations? It is a beautiful hotel and bedrooms are large and spacious even at entry level. Hotel staff were very customer focussed in all areas. This horrible covid19 pandemic has meant that the buffet breakfast has had to be revamped. This didnt really work very well but it is still early days and maybe needs little time to settle in ? It is a managed / served buffet where staff serve you but there were congestion issues where clients were not respecting self distancing. The hotel has rightly self distanced all dining tables to Spain's 1.5 meter rule. Pool area and grounds are delightful but I just felt you could be in any luxury hotel anywhere. It dosnt feel a brand. Maybe it's just me with high expectations from being a restaurant client over the years ??? I believe there are about a dozen Nobu hotels around the world and the brand is still expanding. First opening was in Las Vegas about 7 years ago. I understand Robert De Niro is a major shareholder in the business ? Nobu Marbella is lovely but it didnt get me wanting to see where the next Nobu hotel I could stay in was located ! I would have given a good overall rating but TA allows only average or very good. An average rating would have been mean and so I have gone for very good overall. The Nobu restaurant is excellent ! "
" Nobu Resort Marbella - what an experience! Thank you Mr Ralph Rodriguez and Mr Antonio - you made our stay that extra special. This resort is nothing short of spectacular. Being clients of Nobu establishments all over, we had very high expectations and whilst the resort itself and the dining and entertainment experiences are very typical of the highest Nobu standards, it was the staff and managers that made it above and beyond. They made every effort to make us feel truly valued customers. Staff all around the resort always had a smile and a greeting as they passed. They were genuinely interested in us and the conversations were delightful. Any requests for things like ironing boards etc were delivered promptly. We didn鈥檛 need to request anything else as the rooms are very well equipped and everything has been thought of. Nobu Marbella is part of the Puente Romana group resorts and is next door and linked to the Puente Romana Hotel resort. Whilst both share the same golden private beach, the Nobu has extremely beautiful, manicured gardens before going on to the beach and the Puente Romana has a wonderful outdoor pool and has sea view rooms. Together, they are both undisputedly the best in Marbella and the only real choice for the discerning traveller."
"Overly trendy and if you like noise and nightlife with your room this is for you. The hotel service is very good and the rooms comfortable but if you want to sleep make sure you don鈥檛 have a room close to the plaza or reception we had to change to another junior suite ( which didn鈥檛 have a bath) by the private pool which is quiet. The hotel is hived off from Puerta Romana resort and is difficult to know where one ends and the other begins. The buildings are obviously older apartments which have been converted quite well inside but are obvious from the outside of what they were. The private pool is small and can only seat about 25, the guys at the bar are good and friendly. It opens at 11am but doesn鈥檛 get busy until about 1pm when the floor show starts. It gets full of silly self obsessed girls who spend all their time posing for photos and being loud enough so your supposed to notice them. Really funny for a while but gets rather annoying once the novelty factor wore off as others our age agreed. Only ate once in Nobu itself which again is the place to be seen but doesn鈥檛 match up to London, so expensive but you are in Marbella so remember your designer labels get some implants and make sure your make up is in place, guys included.. All in all hotel generally ok but as I said around the plaza is party night till 3 am so if you want relaxing don鈥檛 stay in the rooms around it."

"I can't say enough good things about our experience at the Marbella Club. It's luxury, classy and the place to be. We got in touch with the hotel regarding our special occasion, and our correspondence took place directly with the hotel manager with regard to all our requests. They gave us a free upgrade and beautiful suite with views to the sea. This is a hotel with style, taste, representing the good old Marbella, and at the same time properly refurbished and maintained to provide today's modern comforts. You can tell they invest in maintaining good taste and luxury at this hotel. The service was top - it's probably what stands out the most. Staff were friendly, professional and always preoccupied with pleasing. I would like to contest other reviews here which have complained about cockroaches - I didn't see one, and when I asked the hotel manager about it, he explained that given the hotel's remote and nature-surrounded location, they conduct weekly disinfestation treatments throughout the hotel grounds and all rooms, and have managed to control the situation very well over the years. I can't recommend this hotel enough, for both couples and families. It will be a holiday to remember."
"I had the best stay at the lovely Marbella Club Hotel and was so surprised how much has changed!! They now put a big focus on wellness & healthy living which I LOVE. The breakfast is amazing, with lots of ripe and high quality fruits (the mango was OMG SO DELICIOUS), fresh organic juices (love my celery juice in the morning) and an extra wellness menu for healthy breakfast smoothie bowls, green smoothies, quinoa porridge and more! 10/10 for sure I also loved the Gym (which offers a variety of group classes), pilates studio, holistic health center, spa and the marbella club cafe has an amazing new healthy menu as well. Aww my stay way definitely way too short and I can鈥檛 wait to come back The weather was perfect, blue skies, sunshine, crisp fresh morning air but warm enough to have breakfast and lunch outside by the pool. Definitely recommend you to book the Marbella club for your next stay鈽锔 (Caroline Deisler)"
"I heard a lot about this hotel and finay got a chance to stay there myself. It is absolutely amazing! The service and experience you get during your stay is above and beyond! Especially I loved their Wellness and Spa facilities! As Spa is my favorite sport of all, I have a vast experience in this area and I must say this resort has it all at the top level! Would like to thank ladies from the Spa, Elena and Amanda, for taking a great care of me and my husband! And separate thanks to Coco and for our yoga and meditation classes!"

"I am trying to think of a better hotel I've stayed in and I am struggling! This gorgeous hotel surpassed my expectations. Let me tell you why it was so fabulous... Staff - the attention to detail provided by staff was amazing. Everyone was smiling, polite, courteous and happy. They knew you by name and made you feel exceptionally welcome. Service was flawless. Hotel - the hotel itself is beautiful, spotlessly clean, smells wonderful and in a fabulous location. It is utterly palatial without being ostentatious and a fabulous oasis in the heavily-developed Costa de Sol. Food - breakfast was a sight for sore eyes. There is everything you could want and more. Both lunch and dinner were wonderful. Special mention of the risotto of the day and tournedo Rossini. Scrumptious and beautifully presented. Most of all....attetnion to detail: it was my partner's birthday while we were there (in January) and we were upgraded to the most beautiful suite, with a terrace the size of Gibraltar. The turn down service every night was lovely. Without me organising, they brought a birthday cake to our room on his birthday, whcih was a lovely touch. We didn't get round to using the spa, although we had meant to, but my partner did have a golf lesson. Again, another amazing experience. I can't recommend this wonderful hotel highly enough and can't wait to go again!"
"Stayed for two nights to relax & use the spa & gym facilities. Having been once before (couples weekend), I returned with my best friend for a girls鈥 weekend. The hotel is sumptuous in style, facilities & decor. Guest relations Bianca showed us round-what a delightful, professional young lady-full of enthusiasm about the hotel & an extremely good ambassador for the brand! All members of staff, without exception, were courteous, helpful & extremely lovely to us; from housekeeping, concierge & restaurant staff, to the exemplary front of house team. There was lots of golf to watch from our balcony, plus the beautiful views over the hotel grounds. The evening meal in La Loggia was extremely good & the breakfasts were absolutely wonderful! The gym is excellent & we thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool & spa experience. A definite place to return when the weather is warmer! Highly recommended !! "

"So this is somehow a peculiar review as I am now reviewing a Hotel I was not actually able to set foot in. Yep, that's right. Yet, what happened still deserved an early review, which will be complemented after I will finally have had the chance to visit this hotel. And this early review can only be fair with an "excellent" rating tag. Due to this bloody global pandemic, our trip to the Bahia Kempinski, which was supposed to take place during the Easter break, was obviously cancelled. Yet I wish to say that the hotel staff and management has been SO professionnal in the way they dealt with the cancellation, everything was perfect. Reaction time, flexibility, kindess. Same can be said over the booknig process, which was just flawless, quite a few months ago and before all of the current mess. This is also why you chose prestigious hotels in the first place, yet it does not happen every day, and by that I mean not every decade, that you have to cancel your trip due to a pandemic. The way they dealt with the mess Covid 19 had created was, in my case, very impressive and very much on par with what you expect of such a brand. We will do everything we can to ensure we will finally be able to visit the hotel as soon as possible, and I have to say the hotel looks amazing. We were very much looking forward getting to know this beautiful place. Given the extended contacts we now had with the hotel, and the way they dealt with our cancelled vacations, we just can't wait to actually be there."
"I think the price of the hotel was obscene bearing in mind that it was really dated - if I knew that the decor of the room would look straight out of the 70/80's I'd avoid it like a plague. I also wasn't made aware at the time of the booking that it is right next to a busy motorway so you can hear the noise of passing cars at all times in your room. The AC didn't work - I was told that this is a seasonal thing and and was offered a fan which was never delivered. I really don't care about the reason - if I pay 200E per night and I feel hot in my room, I want to have a working AC, one would think this is a given in a five star hotel. Opening a window was not an option due to the already mentioned motorway - quite a Catch-22 situation. The sheets didn't feel at all luxurious, just your average run of the mill cotton sheets that would suit well in a three star 50E per night place, and not a supposedly luxurious hotel. They also don't have a true king size bed, only two single beds bunched up together - really uncomfortable during the night as they don't keep well together during the night. The shower was leaking and you could hear the tapping water sounds during the whole night from the plumbing. My feeling is that the hotel is simply falling apart due to its age. I complained after the first night because I couldn't sleep a wink in a boiling hot room next to the motorway and was moved to another - it has somewhat helped with the motorway noise, but it was as shabby and dated as the previous one - no AC either. One night I went down with friends to have a drink and some nibbles in the Baltazar restaurant - we were told we could not order anything a la carte since it was a flamenco evening and they only offered a set menu. This is fine I guess (although disappointing in a 5* hotel) but we weren't even brought olives or nuts to accompany our bottle of wine which you get at any bar in Spain for free - this felt petty and cheap. The owners have definitely been skimping on the refurbishment costs and should just close the property down and refurbish it entirely or tear it down. On the plus side the staff was very nice and tried their best bearing the circumstances, and the breakfast was quite enjoyable with a generous spread - hence two stars instead of one. I'm quite amazed by all of the five and four star reviews here - I must assume that the reviewers have never stayed in a nice hotel room before. Overall I thought it was a very poor value choice and has successfully made me forgo Kempinski properties in the future. I was very happy to check out the next day knowing I'll never have to go back."
"It is a resort hotel and the comfort goes with that... it is not Luxurious but very comfy. Hotel has a few large beautiful outside pools surrounded by a beautiful gardens, we were in December and one of the pool was heated and it was very enjoyable!.. rooms are large and most of them with a balcony, seaview can be tricky though as not direct for some like us.. staff is overall excellent everywhere, polite, well mannered and attentive to needs. excellent bellman service too. Breakfast is plenty for choice and quality.. one of the Kempinski touch. rsetaurant la Cucina (tapas) is incredibly good.. better tapas of my life... but most expensive too... too much in fact. Bars could use to have a larger choice of drinks but I am picky for rums... Small disappointment, the indoor pool was not very clean (water and surrounding) also small children have access all day.. again resort style."

"The most satisfied hotel is worthy of 5 stars. Hotel location is good, taxi to Marbella city centre for 7 euros 5 minutes. Or a 15-minute walk from the sea. The hotel has three restaurants, and the environment is very good; two bars, during the day can also have a bar outside, you can sit on a white sofa. The pool also has a bar. The bar is not expensive, and the design feels reasonable. The sanitation is very clean. The hotel parking lot is under the hotel. Parking seems to be 15 euros or 18 euros / day. Breakfast and its richness, I didn't leave halfway, then I was full, English and hot dishes. The first time I saw fresh honey with a hive offered :) The hotel's private beach is very good. It costs 12 euros to rent a chair and the pool is free. The rooms are very large, it seems that every room will have a terrace with a table and sofa. Facilities are a bit old but clean and reasonable"
"The breakfast is good, there are many choices, the dinner is so-so, suitable for families with children, the scenery is good, some services are so-so, some are OK, the overcharged money has not been refunded, and it is being processed."
"The environment is good, just by the sea, breakfast variety, good service attitude."
