"This hotel has very high ratings on booking.com. Is it worth it? I do not think so. Let's start with the positives. Service, friendly, nice, helpful. Nice view from my windows. Clean. And now the negatives. Last Saturday of the carnival and nothing happens. No party. Spa - closed on Monday. Only pool works. Swimming pool - only 3 deckchairs. No space for rest (e.g. table, chairs, drinks or even water). The bed in the room - you can not lean on the headboard because a strip protrudes in the middle. A small pillow (I did not mind, but my wife - yes). Dinner rich and nicely served, but not well-prepared. All in all, a lot of potential but still a lot of work."

"This was my first visit to Poland - and the welcome was very good - the staff all spoke excellent English. I was there very briefly and didn’t have time to use the gym. The room was basic but clean and comfortable - the TV didn’t have any English language stations that I could find - it would have been handy to have a news channel but not the end of the world as the WiFi was fast. I had dinner in the restaurant and all was good - prawn starter was superb and the main fish was very good. I tried a glass of local wine but it was too alcoholic in taste so I swapped to a Pinot Grigio which was nice. The prices for dinner and board were very reasonable no more than €50 all told. Breakfast was a buffet which was plentiful and worth the supplement. "
"The hotel is located at 10 minutes drive from Rzeszow center and close to the A4 motorway. The personnel is kind, interiors of the hotel are beautiful, prepared with the highest attention to details. The restaurant serves tasty food. The pool and and saunas are just GREAT. It is the perfect place to have some relax."
"Very happy , all hotel is amazing, staff very friendly and professional , food dinner and breakfast was fabulous , Spa very nice, definitely high recommend, thanks every body working in my dates of visit, we will come back. )))"

"Are you unsure about your religious path? In need of spiritual guidance? Searching for a transcendent revelation? Grein Hotel is the place for you. Located in a walking distance from the city centre, Grein Hotel is a pleasant and comfortable place to sleep, relax, eat and pray. The lobby, restaurant, rooms and, most importantly, bathrooms are as clean as a whistle. It is remarkable, how carefully the sanitary regime is being observed. The staff is most helpful, well-mannered and in high spirits. Spirits permeate the place in general. The room desks are equipped with complimentary Catholic texts to provide much needed direction in life, especially after a night of close encounters with spirits of a rather different kind. "
"The first question, which popped into my mum’s, brother’s and my head was: “Why is it called Grein hotel?”. Also, why does it have a turtle in the logo? And why am I writing about it in the review? Guess we will never know. Our stay in the hotel was pleasant. The staff was not only helpful, but also polite. Moreover, the room was tidy and clean, and breakfast we were served tasted great. Coronavirus approved. But I would lie if I said I wasn’t surprised with the literature pieces they provided. “Jesus, take the wheel” was my personal favorite."
"The hotel is quite close to the city centre, has nice and clean facilities and offers good value for money. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was comfortable, complete with air conditioning. It was quiet in the room despite the hotel being situated near a busy street. The breakfast was fine, although the choice was somewhat limited. The hotel has a bike rental service - the bikes are new and in very good condition. Bike routes are easily accessible, with a very nice one along the river. However, bike rental is too expensive."

"Ultra elegant hotel with a galleried atrium that immediately creates an atmosphere of elegance and luxury. “The Grand” is strikingly attractive and superbly located. We had some initial checking in teething problems with twin-bed rather than double bedroom allocation as requested. However we were spontaneously offered a double room with its own sauna. But repeated attempts- including two visits by hotel staff – failed to get it to work. Disappointing in a hotel of this 4 star caliber. Rooms are extremely chic, comfortable and tastefully furnished; marbled bathroom well supplied with towels and cosmetics. The overall atmosphere one of gracious elegance. The luxurious ground floor lounges and the avant garde horseshoe bar are two big attractions. The hotel itself is a delightful oasis of comfort perfectly located between the Rynek Main Square and Rzeszow’s pedestrianized shopping streets. The hotel’s café opening onto the pedestrianized Tadeusza Kosciuszki is a delightful place to spend time having a coffee and watching the world go by. The breakfast room overlooks the main glass domed vaulted atrium-co; it provides a really great selection of hot and cold buffet choices, including some delightful Polish specialties. The rate for double room with breakfast for two of €78 was good value for money in such an attractive, historic Polish City. Would certainly recommend the hotel and will return the next time we are in the city."
"Excellent hotel, centrally located, close to central Old Town Square. Boutique hotel, each room is unique and decorated differently. Glass-made bath room. Friendly and helpful reception service, Kinga Koryl very professional and helpful . The breakfast buffet is limited on weekends because no eggs are ordered from the kitchen, during the week breakfast is fresh and delicious."
"Our third visit to the Grand Hotel. Two years ago we booked a Standard Room and loved it. Last year we booked a Delux room and really enjoyed that larger room also. This year we booked a Studio for the extra room and a sauna, we were travelling for a wedding and wanted to treat ourselves. On arrival we were given room 522 - we went to the room to find it the same spec as the Standard we had booked two years ago. I phoned the receptionist to ask whether this really was a Studio? I was told "Yes, this is a Studio room". After checking the hotel's webpage I was certain that we'd been given the wrong room, so again I phoned and this time asked to speak to the manager. I was prevented from speaking with a manager, and eventually the receptionist sent a porter with a selection of other room keys. The first we were shown to (412) was a big bedroom with separate living area, and (you guessed it!) a sauna. So this was a Studio! Though we'd spent time we could have spent with family at the wedding arguing over the room! So it gets a rating of one Bec cause of either arrogance (accepting a Studio booking but allocating a Standard room) or dishonesty (telling me that room 522 was a studio when obviously it wasn't!). Treat your guests with respect - however nice the hotel. And this is a real shame because it's a nice hotel, but a special wedding trip was spoiled, and we are unlikely to return when we next visit Rzeszow to visit with family. "
