We visited Villa Cortine for lunch with friends and it was a very lack lustre experience from start to finish. The setting was uninspiring with no lake view, unpleasantly hot as the restaurant is sunken down with surrounding hedges meaning no breeze and a large open bbq/fire for cooking giving off lots of heat. The service was poor, with a condescending manner from the main reception and Maitre D', which we attributed to the fact that we were not residents at the hotel and they did not feel we warranted wasting their time on us. The food was at best average (I've had better food down my local pub) with prices that should have reflected a much better standard. Would not consider returning and feel we wasted an afternoon on an overpriced lunch.

Eala My Lakeside Dream is a resort and spa located north of Lake Garda and five minutes drive from the town of Lamone. My wife and I chose to stay at the Eala Resort and Spa for a five-night stay to celebrate our honeymoon. Overall, our stay at Eala Lake Garda Resort and Spa was good, let down by an unfortunate incident at the end. We liked the friendly staff, the spa and facilities and the decor of rooms and hotel. But we would have liked to see complimentary filtered water per night, more variety at the breakfast buffet, reliable Wi-Fi and the ability to iron our clothes without a fee. Spa and Facilities The hotel features a spa with an indoor pool, a relaxation room, two saunas, a steam room, an ice room and a whirlpool. The spa is one of the best we have experienced, is on par with the London Corinthia Hotel, but has the added benefit of a spectacular view of Lake Garda. During our stay, we opted for the fifty-minute couples massage. Our therapists and the treatment were excellent. Rooms and ammendaties The rooms are spacious and feature a modern design. All of the rooms come standard with a balcony and view of the lake, regardless of room type. We stayed in a deluxe room, which included a queen-sized bed, a separate bath and shower, and a Juliet sink. The included shower gels and soaps are the same products provided in the spa. They are easy on sensitive skin and feature a relaxing aroma. They’re some of the best products I've experienced in a hotel. Water is complimentary on the first day but will come at a fee for subsequent days. We got charged 16 euros at checkout for filtered water, which came as a surprise. There is no iron in the room and the hotel does not provide them. However, the hotel provides an ironing service, at a fee of between three - fifteen euros. To iron your T-shirt will cost you five euros. The lighting controls were not intuitive to use. It was difficult to identify what switch controlled what light. The washrooms in the hotel operate on sensors, which shut off whilst you are using them, so make sure you wave your arms around whilst doing your business. Food and service To start, you don't sign for anything in this hotel, so the only time you see a bill, except for spa services, is at the end of your stay. Instead, staff take your room number and then you order what you want. We felt that this was good and bad. There is nothing more annoying than staff members taking payment from other guests whilst you are trying to relax by the pool. However, sometimes mistakes can happen and to avoid nasty surprises at checkout, it's good to keep tabs on what you've been charged for. The resort features three restaurants, which include a lounge bar and grill. We ate at the poolside and breakfast area. The breakfast was good and offered a good selection of cereals, pastries and cold meats. However, it lacked variety and on the third day of our five-night stay, we became bored with the choices. We had a view on the lake from our room. Located on the ground floor, so you could walk barefoot to the garden and enjoy stunning view. We have ordered the programms. Each of us different one. The personnel is knowledgable, focused to make the time you spend there magical. The treatments quality was amazing. The gua sha massage of face and body, accupuncture, face treatments or even a manicure we done with an attentiojn to details and our comfort. We worked out the food options with the doctor and chef (yeah, some allergies to consider) which tell you how far they go in the personalization of your stay. Feelling a bit uncomfortable sharing so positive review as I would love to keep this place nice and quiet ;-)

We have two children a 3 and a 1 year old. The staff went out of their way to help. We had an amazing holiday and we can’t wait to go again. The rooms were lovely and had plenty of space for us all. At 18:00 they have someone in the bar playing piano. My eldest keeps asking to go back. Thank you. We look forward to our next visit.

I went to this spa with my boyfriend and another couple of friends yesterday, February 24, 2024, at the evening round ( 18-22). Unfortunately, the spa was very crowded inside, certainly too many people, they were tired of entering the different environments without making a relatively long row. The latter were small , with few inside places available. The clothes system should be reviewed as there are frequent unintended exchanges of towels and shoes as all leave them every time in common attackers and it is impossible to recognize them (as they are all equal). The washrooms, because of the large number of people, are too small, in the women's, we had to go on the row and wait to get to shower after the spa and dry our hair ( Because at 22 p.m. we had to leave the structure because it was closed) . There was a general chaos with few phones available. The buffet aperitif of the 20 ( Included in the abundant price ) is nothing that, all the fries and white pizzes, even there the time to eat is relatively little ( from 20 to 20 and 30 that closes). In principle, I expected a more relaxing experience, the internal organisation has certainly influenced to make the day stressful, especially at the end of the shower. This problem would probably have been cleared with a fewer people.

I will be very happy to return every time I need cocktails and relax! Excellent services, excellent kitchen, comfortable rooms.
