"Could of been worse , could of been better ... I one of these online offers that included dinner breakfast with 1 night stay . The French guy on check in was lovely so helpful and a credit to the management team of this Hotel. Shame it couldn’t be said about everyone ... even though I asked twice before ordering dinner “ what is included in our package “ which I was told 3 courses .. turns out at check in it was only 2 , and I had to pay for the rest , this is so had to up sell to a customer that said multiple time’s I don’t want to pay any extras !!! Room was a nice size clean and tidy , modern ! Over looking a car park ... one thing to improve seen as it’s a spa hotel maybe provide some slippers to put on your feet . As so many guests were wearing dirty trainers to the spa walking round the pool area ( not a good look) Spa : was to busy , no covid measures in place apart from you sign your name in , no staff cleaning beds after people have used them .. and no cleaning stations for customers to do it either !! !!! Breakfast was the best though and all staff friendly , brilliant selection Probably wouldn’t return again , which is a shame as Marlow is beautiful "
"I have stayed here on business for a few times now and I have to say I cannot fault it. After staying elsewhere for slightly more money the Plaza is worth every penny. The new rooms are spacious and comfortable and very clean. The facilities are lovely with a gym which I have used, a pool which I haven’t used, along with a bar and dining room. The staff are very helpful and friendly and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast is plentiful and fresh and relaxing. I have left every time feeling fully refreshed and relaxed. I shall continue to use the Plaza in any future trips to the area. Well done to the staff and thank you for making every trip so enjoyable. "
"My parents have been living at the hotel for over 3 months as their home was flooded. The hotel could not have been any more helpful (my Dad is disabled so needed extra help). All the staff, without exception, went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable. Special shout out to Michele in the events team and Karim at the front desk, although all the staff, including waiters, cleaners and maintenance staff were amazing. I would definitely recommend the hotel for exceptional service. I've also held a small conference at the hotel after the first lockdown and it went very smoothly and felt very safe. I can't thank the hotel enough."
