I have stayed at Ofuna Hotel many times. This time I stayed with my family. The hotel room is as comfortable as ever. Taking a bath at night is the best, especially on this winter night. The old man was also quite satisfied with breakfast and dinner. The most grateful thing is the handsome guy in the hotel lobby. After we checked out and left, the ship found the gloves we had missed and enthusiastically delivered them to us directly from the hotel. It was very heart-warming. Thank you very much. The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to go out for the night in Found 158. The hotel is only up the road from an abundance of small and beautiful shops. Checking in was faster than at other hotels with no extra unnecessary questions. The decor is a little old but that has no affect on anything but aesthetics. I had two issues however. The only mirror available was in the bathroom where there are no useable plug points for appliances. It was a fun little mission to straighten my hair in the reflection of the mirror.

Located in the bustling business district of Xuhui, Capella is much better than the ones in Hainan! It's quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, making it very convenient to go out for a walk or ride a bike. Although the design of the small five-story building is climbed up and down, the functional areas are indeed divided very well. The sanitation and cleaning are good. Both bathrooms and toilets are smart and have heating functions. They are very friendly to friends who come to Shanghai in the winter. The audio-visual room does not disturb teammates who want to sleep. The light shading in the room is excellent and the sound insulation is very good. , it was quite quiet all night (but I don’t know if it was because there were few or no neighboring guests), which was appreciated by teammates who suffer from insomnia. The service is also very good. From the time of check-in, every employee takes the initiative to say hello, greets you with a smile, and responds quickly to requests. As for breakfast, I think it can be improved. Breakfast is a la carte service and can be ordered and delivered to the room. I went to the restaurant to eat, but my expectations may have been too high. I felt that the product that day was not at an excellent level, and the staff did not feel very busy. Why do I always have to ask for more tea? Haha... The last unhappy thing is that because I like their body wash, I bought it for home use, but I forgot to check it in when I boarded the plane, and the security personnel took it away in vain😭😭😭I will bring my children back next time, continue. Keep up the service level!

Had a wonderful Mid Autumn Festival trip to Ahn Luh Zhujiajiao, we spent most of our time in the hotel, it is so peaceful, the service is impeccable, everyone is sincere and went out of their way for us. Especially Alisa our butler, she followed up on us throughout our stay, and even on her day off to make sure we were happy. Joann from housekeeping was also great, as she made sure we had everything we need in our room. Love the sweet soup they served at 5 pm everyday 😀Definitely will come back, because of this experience will visit the other 3 Ahn Luh Resorts in China

There is no place like a Disneyland hotel. And this one does not disappoint. The highlight was dinner at Aurora’s during the fireworks show. Not only was the food and wine first class, but when the fireworks begin, the lights dim and the soundtrack plays. It is almost as good as witnessing the display from the park! There were 3 English channels n the TV (Discovery, NatGeo and AXN - an English movie channel) which were three more than I was expecting. Getting to that park was very easy by either boat or bus. The staff was extremely friendly. And I was always able to find a staff member who spoke English. I highly recommend this hotel for everyone planning a multi-day visit to Shanghai Disneyland (and you really do need at least 2 days to fully experience this park. It is HUGE!)

Couldn’t recommend this hotel more. We’ve done quite a few staycations in Shanghai over the years, and this is bar far on the top of the list. Nice rooms, lovely facilities, cool vibe and great breakfast. Most impressively, the staff are super attentive and service-minded. It was my wife’s birthday and they went above and beyond to make it a memorable occasion. The staff went out of their way to make her feel special, especially the Director (Amy), who was fantastic. This mindset also echoed through many other staff, including the Assistant Director, and also their colleague from Belgium. They all ensured it was a weekend that we’ll never forgot. Absolutely 10/10!
