"The service is very good, and the facilities are also good. During the epidemic, you must make an appointment in advance. It is especially thoughtful. The pool disinfection work is done very well."
"The hotel environment is very good. As the itinerary was full, it was not fully experienced. A little regret"
"Very good hotel, service is very good, help parking, breakfast is great, highly recommended!"

"Horsley Place not Towers - Very pleasant receptionist booked my party in half an hour early as we had arrived, and found rooms all adjacent one another :-). Rooms on the small side but adequate, showers only, no baths, no twin rooms available. Showers mostly in need of a little TLC. Breakfast great, staff around hotel at 7am cheery hello'd but restaurant staff less so? Free papers around. Bar area pleasant but traversed by gym goers. Bar food mixed bag, minute steak sent back, tuna sandwich huge and good. Was busy with a weekend convention but didn't appear over crowded. Morning receptionist argued the toss over breakfast being prepaid or not which annoyed me as the price for loyalty customers was same with or without. plenty of parking, if a little far away if raining hard. Book again? yes, lovely scenery. For best price go direct and join loyalty scheme costs nothing get reductions and benefits"
"Stayed here now quite a few times, lovely hotel, very clean, staff are always very friendly and helpful and perfect location. There are tea and coffee machines located around the hotel which is all free so that's always nice. They have installed still and sparkling water machines around the hotel to. The only real let down was the breakfast. The bacon was rather over cooked and the black pudding was like a brick and tasted burnt. It also took the staff around 10mins to come over and ask us if we wanted tea and coffee. It's has not put us off wanting to go back again, we will definitely be back at some point."
"I stayed here two nights this week and was very happy with my stay. Last time I had a very disturbed night's sleep due to bad sound proofing but this time I was in a much quieter part of the hotel and so I was happy. The bed was very comfortable. The food throughout my stay was all very good and generous portions given. "

"An anniversary night for me and my partner. Upon arrival the lady at reception was very welcoming and full of smiles. Everything was explained in detail, she even went out of her way to search the dinner menu for us as we were debating booking dinner in the hotel. Clear instructions of where our room was. Entering our room it was a great shock! Room 70 where Chris froome had stayed in 2012. It was very large and very tasteful. We were happy! Even more to see a good mini bar, also a bath and a shower and a balcony we could stand out on. Free WiFi, tea and coffee. We ventured down to the facilities. Using the gym was great absolutely great equipment very impressed. The spa facilities are very nice and very clean. I really think they have it 100% right there in terms of they know what people want and do it spot on. Breakfast was great- lovely staff. Check out was smooth and they were asking where we will be going for the rest of the day, genuinely concerned staff of our wellbeing. Small feedback we gave in regards to the underfloor heating, said will take a couple of hours. It didn’t it took around 6/8. So we asked for a heater which they kindly brought up for us. Will be returning. Shame the weather was awful we would have used the tennis courts or outdoor pool! Maybe would have done some golf. Thank you to the staff at foxhills"
"We had contacted several possible venues prior to booking Foxhills. Last October we met Lydia Thorn who was most welcoming and helpful making the arrangements, taking on board everything we wanted. We were in the terrace room which was ideal for our gathering of around 20 and which gave direct outdoor access to the younger members of our party. Prior to the lunch had use of the adjoining lounge where Agnieszka and staff provided an excellent drinks service. Regarding the lunch itself, everything went smoothly, the food was delicious and the varied dietary requirements catered for with everybody's choices served correctly. The waiting staff were very efficient the ambience was great and I believe everybody enjoyed themselves. I would also like to mention the helpfulness of staff in arranging wheelchair access, the serving of my cake and taking photos of our party. All in all it made my day and I would certainly recommend Foxhills for a celebratory event"
"From the moment we checked in, until the moment we checked out, we were very impressed by the hotel. Friendly staff especially at check in, Daisy was brilliant and charming! We were allocated a suite, which had two floors, lovely large living area on the ground floor, with en suite bar area for cold and hot drinks Upper floor had a beautiful large bed, with en suite bathroom, both bath and shower which was great for the both of us! We had lunch in the ‘nineteenth’ brasserie, which was very good We had dinner in the restaurant on the same day, which was of a very high standard, along with the service! Breakfast again was very good, all buffet options, with the opportunity to order eggs to your liking Overall, a wonderful stay at a lovely hotel, we will be back! "

"The hotel introduced by friends, there are many tourists in the city during the summer vacation, so choose this hotel that is close to the airport and convenient to the surrounding attractions. The reception desk was warm and detailed, the room was large, the shower was not very good, the breakfast was not much, and the hygiene was very clean. It is recommended to buy water and essentials in the supermarket that is approaching the hotel. The hotel's water is super expensive. Next to the hotel is the largest Mercedes-Benz store exhibition and sales in the UK, not bad!"

"We had booked Wotton House for our dream wedding in April but sadly, due to the current world situation, we’ve had to postpone. However, Wotton House has been absolutely amazing - proactively contacting us to see if we wanted to postpone to later this year / early next year, being super helpful at such a stressful time. On top of being a beautiful venue I couldn’t recommend them highly enough - the service is fantastic and I can’t wait to have my wedding here. If any brides/grooms are looking for a stunning venue in Surrey who truly put their customers first look no further. We have also eaten here a number of times and the food was fantastic. "
"I live very close to this beautiful building and so on the way to a bit of shopping I thought I would pop in with the Mrs for a little wonder around. I’ve used the gym here for a while which admittedly needs an update but I must admit the old part of the hotel including the chapel, bar and restaurant are stunningly beautiful. We sat in the bar and met a wonderful polish lady by the name of Dominica who made us feel very welcome, she said she had only just started working there a few weeks ago but in my opinion every hotel needs staff like this. Well done to her and whom ever employed her. "
"I took my partner here for an overnight stay and we certainly were not disappointed by this Hotel. Upon arrival you’re met by an amazing view of the grounds, the staff were so helpful you couldn’t fault them. The room was very clean and so quiet too( lovely comfortable bed too!). We had dinner on the Saturday night and all courses were mouth watering. I had the pressed pork for starters followed by the chicken then the cheese board, My partner had the butternut squash soup, blade of beef then the Apple pie. I can’t praise this Hotel enough it’s lovely."

Old Heath Road, Weybridge, Weybridge, Surrey, United Kingdom
"The hotel itself was lovely and clean with lots of freebies in the room! The hotel is just a couple of minutes walk from Weybridge train station which has regular connections into London. The Brooklands Museum and Mercedes Benz World are both just a 5 minute drive away. We stayed in the annex rooms which are very quiet, we all had a brilliant sleep in the comfy beds. One of the rooms is accessible, so has a wet room style bathroom. The only disadvantage with this is that when the shower is on, water gets over every single surface in the bathroom which could be quite dangerous and is a significant slip hazard, a simple shower curtain would help to resolve this issue without reducing the accessibility. We booked dinner in the hotel restaurant, the main course was most delicious however the service was quite slow and the dessert arrived very tepid. Breakfast was also lovely however it should be noted that when 'toast' is included in the ingredients of a dish, you may be required to make the toast yourself; whilst this is not a major problem, our food arrived and when I realised that the toast wasn't presented with the meal as listed, I had to go and make it allowing my food to get cold. Hence, whilst I believe there could be improvements in the restaurant, I would rate the rest of the hotel experience 5 stars and would definitely stay again."
"This is my first ever TripAdvisor review. But I felt so enthused to do so after my 4 night stay at The Hand and Spear. Not only was the room gorgeous, exceptionally clean and comfortable (since I spent all day in there doing a week long of intensive lectures), the pub facilities next door were also beautiful, both in terms of service, decor, ambience etc. The highlight would be the service we receieved throughout our stay here. Customer Service was exceptional. All our needs and more were met. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, or dine here. Special shout out to Beth, Molly, Dom, Max, Holly, Lamya and Sam. You were all amazing. We SHALL be back. :)"
"Thank you Jess and team for the best night for New Year’s Eve celebrations!!! Amazing food and entertainment!!! There were 36 of us and everything went so smoothly, we had a lovely area and were very well looked after. Thanks again! "

Blackheath Lane, Guildford, Surrey, United Kingdom
"Stopped for two nights on our journey home from Somerset.   The grounds looked splendid as we approached the hotel and entrance.  We were then made to feel welcome by the reception staff and allocated a lovely room (35) upstairs in the stable block.   Although disappointed about being outside the main building, we did not suffer from inclement weather so it was not an issue.  Both breakfasts and dinners were enjoyed.   The evening meals were nicely presented, very tasty and rightly served on hot plates.   Although the day's choice was limited, it was adequate for us.   Barnett Hill is one of our favoured hotels so it was nice to return.  Thanks to all for a good stay."
"We stayed for one night and it was stunning. Our room, 23, was in the main building which is beautiful. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable king bed. The bathroom was spacious with a separate bath and shower. The shower was hot and powerful which was great. We ate in the restaurant which I highly recommend. The food was amazing, compliments to the chef. We also drank in the bar which was very relaxed...try the cocktails, yummy. You are waited on at the tables which is always a nice touch. The car park is a good size too. We've been to many hotels where parking has been a struggle."
"Honestly can’t fault the service or the food. The team were so attentive, checking in periodically to make sure we had everything, quick to get anything anyone had asked for although they were incredibly busy. Chantelle in particular was so lovely and welcoming, a really great asset to the team there. The food itself was delicious. The scones were lovely and warm, the cakes were brilliant and the sandwiches couldn’t be faulted. I’ll definitely be back for a hotel stay soon!"

Walking Bottom, Guildford, Peaslake, Surrey, United Kingdom
"We have stayed at this B&B 4 or 5 times and have never been disappointed. We have always gone with our dog and love that although dog friendly the decor, standards and furnishings are all really nice. Beds are very comfortable and bathrooms clean with plenty of hot water. The customer kitchen area upstairs with fresh milk, extra tea, coffee, water and clean glasses/cups along with a fridge is a nice touch. We used the comfy sofas and large tv area downstairs one evening to play some board games and enjoy a pizza takeaway from the pub next door. Breakfast has always been very good and although in the past a continental buffet and an a la carte cooked breakfast it is currently pre ordered the night before and brought to your table, due to Covid. Some amazing walks straight from your doorstep and dogs very much made to feel welcome with a garden & small paddock along with Amenities for your four legged friend. We walked to Shere one of our days for lunch at The Bray (very good Sunday roast) & the next day to The Parrot in Forest Green (another great find) Highly recommend visiting Caroline and her team. "
"Stayed here with two friends for a walking tour of the Surrey Hills, on a circular walk from Westcott to Silent Pool along the North Downs, before turning south via Shere and Little London (great pubs) to Peaslake for the night, continuing the next day via Holmbury and Leith Hill to Coldharbour for lunch, and thence back to Westcott. 40km in two days. Spectacular walking! The Hurtwood Hotel made all the difference. Three immaculate rooms, great beds and showers and a lovely breakfast, and delightful staff."
"A wonderful place to stay, clean airy rooms, comfortable beds, nice common areas with sofas, books and games, a garden to sit in, secluded and yet with a quiet pub with good food just next door, lots of things to do locally, nice walks, fine dining nearby at Kinghams in Shere. It’s Covid adapted, lovely breakfast, just a perfect hideaway really. Thank you."

"The service since the first day has been absolutely splendid. If there was anything that the hotel could improve on, it would just be to have someone at the reception at all times cause sometimes the phone calls went unanswered. Other than that, beautiful lobby, great gym and other facilities worked well. One great assistance was how the hotel provided us with a fridge since it was needed. Lastly, the food was sensational and definitely something to try. "
"Breakfast is good. Clean and tidy, not too far from the main street on foot from the train station. We are going to visit Charterhouse School. Friends recommend living here in a better condition than the town of Godaming, and it is convenient to eat. Please ask the front desk for a taxi to school in the morning."
"The location of the hotel is very close to the train station and the travel is very convenient. The environment is generally good, the room is larger than central London, and the double bed room is more comfortable. Ctrip's price is much cheaper than the store, very affordable."
