"I am looking for friends to play on the weekend. I booked this hotel for two nights with Ctrip. A local friend in Shishi recommended Crowne Plaza. I saw that Honor International was newly opened and it should be better than Crown. If you didn’t listen to your friends, I just booked Honor International. ,I'm wrong.
As soon as I entered the hotel, I felt that the lobby was okay, and the reception feeling of a man and a woman at the front desk was also okay. Why use the word okay because there is no particularly good feeling. Traveling in 20 or 30 countries around the world, the requirements for international hotels are not particularly high, but since it is a five-star, it must be five-star in all aspects!
Room upgrade and late check-out service for diamond members redeemed on Ctrip. The front desk also honored it, which is no problem.
The type of the room we upgraded to was an executive double room. Once we entered the room, it felt good. When I looked at the sofa, there was a big smoke hole. Then I went to wash my hands. The plug of the sink was broken and it was pulled out. Can the water leak down, this is obviously not careful, the room facilities are not checked? ?
The attitude of the room attendants is pretty good, no problem.
Breakfast is on the top floor of the 22nd floor. You can see the Gold Coast and overlook the Shishi. Dining there is still very comfortable. The breakfast is average, not bad or good.
I am most dissatisfied with two points.
First, the fitness and swimming floor service is too poor. No bath towels, no water to drink. After staying in so many five-star hotels, only the bath towel on this fitness floor has to be rented, 10 yuan a piece, which is a big laugh! We even went back to the room and took the bath towels to go swimming. In addition, there is no mineral water, so there should always be a drinking fountain? This is not an international hotel.
Second, there is no executive lounge. There are executive lounges on executive floors all over the world, with afternoon tea in the afternoon and happy hour in the evening. This hotel has nothing, so what are the advantages of the executive floor? ? I learned later that none of the five-star hotels in Shishi has an executive lounge. There was one before Crowne Plaza, and it was cancelled later. I don’t know why. But no matter what, this has lost the standard of an international five-star hotel! !
Well, having said so much, I also hope you will do better and better, and hope to improve it in the future."
"The hotel where you stayed for this parent-child trip is especially suitable for taking children to play. There is an indoor swimming pool and a heated kid's pool. Breakfast is particularly rich in the revolving restaurant on the 22nd floor. The lunch and dinner buffet restaurant is on the 22nd floor. It is recommended to make an appointment in advance because the lunch business is very hot at noon. The hotel has free underground parking. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant on the second floor taste very good, you will not step on the thunder when you order it, but it is a bit expensive."
"Hotel hardware, catering, comfort, etc. are all very good! Parking is also very convenient. The breakfast is featured in the revolving restaurant. Upgraded the room type, cost-effective! But there were big cockroaches in the room at night, and my wife was scared and worried all night. I communicated with the front desk when we checked out the next day, but the front desk did not apologize to us. I just said that I would report it to the relevant departments. Unfortunately, I think the hotel is not doing well at this point. Very indifferent. Later, although a hotel employee contacted us to inquire and apologize for the matter, we stayed for one night because we left the hotel with a bad impression of the hotel service. Hygiene is a big problem!"
