"I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! I think I will come back to this hotel with my parents and children next time; but unfortunately I have not experienced breakfast. In addition to the price is slightly more expensive, the room is a little bit small, there are no shortcomings."
"Did not eat breakfast for 36 euros, one would like to set the top floor for dinner because it is winter snow, Prague red top is covered by heavy snow and the top floor is not too big indoor environment is not a good good waiter attitude is relatively cold, Europe is two beds together Along with the golden bed independent big bed, you can also have the floor heating in the bathroom. This is very good. The toilet is also hot but there is no flushing function. It is still a little way to climb from the castle and the church. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Charles Bridge. Good check in when the juice and water were provided at night also provided a small dessert for a 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm hotel pub for afternoon tea"
"Except for the hidden location, everything else is great."

"Very good hotel, it is estimated that the hot spring is the most expensive, the service is one of the best, Marx lived here three times, is a local famous brand hotel, compared with Pupu, the result is still selected, I booked a suite, 3,000 nights packed early, and the breakfast variety is very good! Room facilities are complete, but Ctrip's picture information is not accurate, I will call the background update, compare this charge I hope that the information should be clear, this time because of the picture problem misleading my reservation room! First of all, there is no bathtub in all the rooms of this hotel. Only the business suite has a balcony. The tenants can go to the sauna for swimming downstairs for free, but the pool is not big. The residents here are relatively high-end, generally based on the nature of healing, usually staying for a few days. The hotel is on a large slope, close to the city center, I highly recommend it, and I have seen it in other hotels. This is indeed the best choice!"
"The breakfast is very rich, suitable for most tourists in Asia and Europe; the room is large and clean; the ladies at the reception are very enthusiastic, sent a map, and circled the map to introduce us to good attractions, visits, shopping malls Wait; in addition, the location of the hotel is just too good. I went to the Charles Bridge in a minute or two to go out to shoot the sunrise in the early morning. In the evening, I chose one of the many restaurants outside the hotel to sit outside and order a favorite. The dishes are served with beer, and the buildings along the street are glowing in the afterglow. It is really pleasant to watch the people coming and going!"
"Great location, 3 minutes walk to Charles Bridge. The hotel reception is very friendly and the parking lot and main attractions are marked on the map. The luxury suite we booked was thought to be a flat 3 bed. It was a loft at first sight, a large bed suite upstairs with a washroom, a sofa bed downstairs, a bathroom, a very comfortable three people; lying downstairs on the bed You can see the blue sky and white clouds and stars through the skylight; breakfast is very rich, there is Chinese breakfast and chopsticks; the parking lot is not downstairs in the hotel, you have to park in an underground parking lot and walk for 5 minutes."

"The room was comfortable and the bed was a bit high, but it was completely okay. I forgot to take the picture. You can see the picture in Ctrip. It ’s the same. Unfortunately, I did n’t have time to go to the pool and I did n’t catch up. Breakfast was amazing and too rich There is a super delicious yogurt, 2 flavors, strawberry and oatmeal, strawberry has a whole whole strawberry in it It is recommended to sit outdoors. There is a row of heaters. Don't worry about the cold. This is like an oven hahaha. It's hot. The scenery is also good, leaning on the roadside, watching the trams passing by, looking at the street view and eating breakfast The entrance of the hotel is the entrance to the subway. You can see the Powder Tower a few steps away. You can walk to the Astronomical Clock for 10 minutes. When you arrive at the Astronomical Clock, you can walk to the Charles Bridge for about 15 minutes. If you want to go to ck town, take the subway 4 stops to the stop of the ck town bus"
"1. The 25m luxury room booked by Ctrip is the general of the attic. You can see other people's evaluation feelings in the attic. The attic skylight has a hidden window. 2, the bathroom is awesome, the toiletries are very good, L'Occitane. 3, the hotel's breakfast can not be better. It is recommended to eat at seven o'clock. Don't be late at 9:30, otherwise you will have to line up. 4, breakfast tips, freshly squeezed juice, freshly squeezed juice on the side of the British uncle chef to provide freshly fried omelet. If you are not good at English, you can tell him that allin can do it. If you are good at English, you can add mushrooms and eggs, and then consider adding and not adding cheese. 5, making people impolite, but handsome guys like clouds. 6. The room recommends a tip of 30-100 krona before cleaning every day."
"The location of this hotel is very good. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Prague Square. It is also a 5-minute walk to the Parisian hotel to reach the area where the mall is concentrated. There is a restaurant and bar downstairs. There are many people sitting on the street drinking and chatting. The atmosphere is great. There are trams passing by the square at the door. The hotel room can be said to be very large, the two beds are large, the luggage opening space is large; the bathroom and other are normal 5 star level. Breakfast is also a classic Czech style, no surprises or surprises. There is also a small casino on the 1-2nd floor. There are not many things to play with. This one that impressed me the most is the high cost performance..."

"The location of the hotel is great, walking to the square is about 5-7 minutes. The hotel decoration has its own characteristics and is very beautiful. The downside is that I want to let the hotel help me to iron the dress with a hanging machine, but they said that they only have no irons on the iron, there is no way to help me iron, there is no way, the others are quite good!"
"The hotel is very old and beautiful ~ the restaurant on the first floor is also amazing, Michelin French. The breakfast was also generous. The location is very convenient, right on the subway entrance. When I left the store, the scheduled drop-off was too late, and the hotel front desk very helpfully booked the drop-off immediately."
"The Paris Hotel in Prague is very historical, with a special interior decoration, the hotel is very clean, the reception staff at the front desk are patient and friendly, the quality of the whole staff is very high, and the beautiful view of the Old Town of Prague can be seen on the balcony. It is awesome! Breakfast is also great!"

"Stayed in October for the NHL Global Series ice hockey event at the nearby O2 Arena (5 min walk). Fantastic location and great value for money, it is just outside the centre of Prague and within a 10 min walk of the nearest Metro station. The room was quite spacious and fairly basic, but served the purpose of what we needed it for. No issues with cleanliness at all but only issue we found was no towels in the bathroom upon arrival. Went and spoke with reception and these were soon added to the room. Breakfast was fairly basic with limited options, but there were no issues. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone in staying here when attending an event at the nearby arena, but would also say even if visiting Prague in general, its cheaper than what you would pay in the centre, and only a 15 min journey via the easy Metro system."
"We were 4 people and a 3 year old baby in one room, was very nice room, with 2 bedrooms, very clean and cosy, good location, very good for this price, parking at the rear for a small charge. Weren't very happy about the breakfast, paid 5gbp per person, we came down at 9am (breakfast is served from 7:30-10:00am) there was hardly anything, so the breakfast is better to come earlier or go somewhere else to eat. The dining room is very small with very few tables so is no guarantee you gonna find a space, but it was really cosy. In overall would recommend this hotel to my friends, we liked it and might come back again. "
"I said perfect, because its subjective to me, their apartment room with 4 friends traveling together with 1 common washroom and bathroom was perfect for us. they have a microwave and electric kettle for you to enjoy your own choice of hot food or tea in the morning. totally value for money in terms of clean room and utility. they have a good variety of breakfast in 150 kronor which will make you fill till noon. Most IMP- they have a tall guy who is a great staff or owner as he was very insightful and friendly to tourist. one thing which is not right was they should have come to our room to explain to us about key structure as it was confusing and not working properly"

"Very disappointing experience. Living in a room of 500 Euros, there is no clean water to bathe! ! ! The hotel's facilities were lack of maintenance, the shower water was actually yellow-green, and there was slag. The maintenance staff did not solve the problem for two hours. The hotel asked me to pack my luggage in the middle of the night. Too tired, don't want to move, check out on the next day, there is no need to toss in the middle of the night. So the hotel said to upgrade the room to me, I don't accept it."
"Buffet breakfast, or in-room dining. The location is great, by the river, 5 minutes walk from the Charles Bridge and 10 minutes walk from Prague Square. The gym is not big, but it should be complete, but the swimming pool is small and not suitable for swimming. The hotel staff is very friendly and meets the quality of the four seasons, as always."
"Hotel location is good, only 10 minutes to the old city, after the Charles Bridge has arrived, very convenient, worthy of the four seasons, luxury, service, we stayed for three nights, the fourth morning of the plane, too late to eat Breakfast, the hotel informed that the breakfast can be delivered to the room."

"There are many reasons we returned to Mandarin Hotel on this trip to Prague . I love the location, as it is very personal to me. I grew up near the hotel on Mala Strana and went to the High School, that is just in the back of this hotel. I am definitely partial to this area, the quiet location, the Kampa park, the churches nearby and the wonderful restaurants, on the streets I know so well. I also give priority to luxury and comfort. My husband and I have returned to this hotel for all those reasons. Based on our previous experience, we reserved the same category room for six nights. With the private entrance to the garden, and a private patio. The shade covered patio with its comfortable outdoor furniture is fantastic for early mornings and late evenings relaxation. Mandarin is a beautiful hotel, centuries old monastery, masterfully converted into a hotel. Few rooms are the same and the common places are connected by long maze of hallways, all beautiful. I did get lost couple times, just looking around. We liked the breakfast buffet selection, (pre - Covid), but more than anything, the friendly young staff, remembering our preferences quickly. On our last night we enjoyed a great dinner in the hotel's restaurant - Spices. The concierge service was above and beyond . Our thanks toTomas, who was a tremendous help, arranging hotel car rides for us at moments notice, even recommending and arranging a private clinic visit, when my husband was not feeling well. The morning of our check out, Tomas arranged hotel car transfer to the hotel Four Seasons , across the river, for us. As we were looking forward to Four Seasons we were sad to leave Mandarin behind . Until next time, Dekuji a Nashledanou"
"We are typically an AirBnB family when we travel but a business opportunity permitted us to stay in M.O. Prague and it was truly an exceptional experience. The location is amazing, with easy walks to many of the sites, the wonderful Ostrov Kampa walking park along the river and the Petřín Gardens a block the other way. Even with Covid limitations at the hotel and the city pretty much in lockdown, the staff were exceptional and accommodating, significantly above the typical Czech service standards. They made our stay memorable and we have truly become Fans of M.O. The hotel's food was also fantastic and actually very good value, although the limited menu meant we used Wolt often for delivery. Overall, our food experience was really good, with diverse offerings, great value and really tasty food. We look forward to our return to Prague in better times. P.S. Our bed was particularly firm...we did not enjoy. And, if feather pillows are not your thing, they have memory foam or anatomic available!"
"We stayed a couple of days in this hotel to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were not disappointed. We were pampered from the minute we entered the hotel. The service at all levels was just great! The receptionist and both concierge we saw were very nice and helpful. The breakfast and the service were impeccable, too. Thanks to the upgrade, we had a chance to stay in the Deluxe suite. It was huge, with a living room part, and a big bathroom featuring both the shower and the bathtub. The king bed was very comfortable. Overall, we loved the hotel, in particular the service which is of very high standard. We will certainly be back when in Prague next time. "

"Just back from 4 days in Prague staying at The Augustine Hotel. Hotel is situated in a great location for exploring the city and approximately 20 minutes walk to the city centre. Hotel itself was excellent on all levels. The rooms and decor were well appointed and our room was very spacious. We had breakfast each morning at the hotel, and it was a sumptuous meal with a large choice of meats, cheeses, pastries, cereals and fruit. As well as a large selection, the food was also fresh and good quality. There was even a huge piece of fresh honeycomb, that was messy to serve but worth the effort! We had drinks at the Refectory Bar on a couple of evenings and this is a very tranquil room, that is ideal for relaxing after a hard day of sightseeing. All the staff we encountered were friendly and courteous although we didn't really use any of the hotel facilities. All in all a great hotel, that ticks every box for a perfect stay in Prague."
"If you are a discerning traveler with an eye for history and culture, look no further - Hotel Augustine is your lodging choice in Prague. Location is perfect: Minutes from a nearest tram stop (public transportation in Prague is the way to go); 10 minutes to Charles Bridge; walking distance to the Old a Town. Hotel highlights: impeccable service - from the reception to concierge and service. Dining: a relaxing breakfast experience with traditional Czech dishes, warm welcome from a restaurant team and free flow of sparkling wine. Bar: a must-try St.Thomas beer, which is brewed in-house and only served at the hotel. Architecture: a breath-taking view on the old monastery, walls that stood through centuries, chill in the summer garden."
"The hotel is located in a monastery, where still 6 monks do live. The room where we stayed was spacious and facing a inner garden. Staff is very friendly and willing to walk to extra mile. Just a pity that the bar closes at 23:00; just when we came back from diner in the old town "

"Cozy and charming hotel in a restored classic building, very well located, within a walking distance from Charles Bridge, and many other touristic spots. The room decoration is absolutely gorgeous with all its elegance, due to the paintings, the refined decoration and classic furniture. It gives you the feeling of traveling back in time. The bed is very comfortable and the room is really quiet, totally insulated from the noise outside (although Prague is not that noisy). All chambers are meticulously decorated with classical themes. The staff was absolutely welcoming and helpful. They have made a reservation for us, for a day trip to Terezin, and prepared us a huge lunch box, as there would be no place to eat during the excursion, this was really awesome! And there's the breakfast! Everything was so good and tasty! Not to mention the wine tasting at the afternoon, a touch of elegance, and relaxation. I highly recommend this luxury hotel for couples in a romantic trip."
"Overall very good! Location: Although not in the old city, but the surrounding is very quiet, Prague law and order is also good, although no one but feels very safe, and although on the river side, but close to the Grand Palace, walk to the Charles Bridge for 5 minutes. Service: Very welcoming front desk, responsive, very gentle breakfast service uncle. Diet: I like all kinds of sausages. Although I didn't have breakfast when I booked, I also confiscated my money... There was a piano playing at dinner, and the song was not very lyrical. Room: I chose a suite and shared a balcony next door, but no one next door, fresh air in the morning, toiletries are L'Occitane, the only drawback is that there are too few outlets"
"Prague's most anticipated hotel near the Prague Castle is full of European court style front desk handsome guys check in with a good attitude and welcome tea and champagne but after entering the room found and the booking did not meet the area only 35 square feet small in the room The layout is also different (I booked a 64-70 square suite, the two of us arranged for the ordinary double room). After communicating with the front desk for a long time, I was informed that the picture introduction of Ctrip.com on the Internet was a mistake that seriously misled consumers! ! ! This is especially dissatisfied! ! ! Everything else is fine!"

"The hotel is close to the side of the castle in the small town of Prague. The hotel is located next to the US Embassy. Every day the US police check the passing vehicles, so it should be safe. The hotel looks not as beautiful as the picture, but it is very good at night. Although it looks very small outside, it has a hole in the sky, very refined, luxurious decoration, bar, afternoon tea room, and layers. Upon arrival at the hotel, we will send towels and welcome champagne. The baggage steward will be sent to the building, and we will wait for a long time without baggage. It turns out that the butler has helped us wipe the outside of the suitcase. The service staff had a good attitude. When they left, the front desk helped to call a taxi and helped bring the luggage to the car. Awesome hotel. If you want to experience the European style, you can stay for one night, but still emphasize that it is small, just a small hotel."
"Awesome hotel! If you want to experience the European court fan, this hotel will never let you down! The entire hotel, whether it is architecture or interior decoration and furniture, is completely European court style, luxurious retro atmosphere. The hotel is ideally located, about 10 minutes walk from Castle Hill. The staff was polite and had a welcome drink and towel when staying. The breakfast was very generous and there was a wine tasting and cheese reception every afternoon. The customer relationship manager is very nice and gave a small gift when checking out. The next time I go to Prague, I will also prefer this hotel. Self-driving friends need to pay attention, because the hotel is on the edge of the US consulate, so the security check in and out is more strict, and the hotel can only be parked by the hotel."
"Very characteristic of the classic style, the hotel of the Czech aristocratic old house, the exterior is quaint and the interior is modern. Warm service, arrive in the morning, put down your luggage and go on a tour, check in early at 10:00. The location is very good, you can visit the Charles Bridge or the Prague Castle in 10 minutes on foot. Fruits are placed indoors. Free wine and cheese are served at 4-5 pm. The restaurant is warmly decorated and has a rich breakfast. It is registered in Michelin. It is still to be evaluated as “Star” and Western food. There are many antique furniture and animal specimens in the public area, and the spa and sauna are great, that is, the water temperature is slightly lower. There is also a massage service and no time to enjoy."
