I tried to give this location a chance after so many times of dealing with dirty sheets, human fluids being on sheets, skillets missing, sending me to dirty rooms so many times, unclean toilets, strange folks sitting on steps at 12 am at night, dangerous looking people standing outside and walking up and down the parking lot, and now a male who wear glasses with a very bad attitude, talking to me disrespectful, not helpful, not even greeting you, argumentative, rolling his eyes, throwing his hands at you. I had enough and will NEVER stay here again after this. The best thing they had going on outside of dealing with unkept rooms is the ladies had great attitudes, apologize, make up for. But now this is unacceptable. I am a Titanium Member and I spend a lot of money with Marriot. Points wont make this us. This person should not be allowed to work at the company. This is wrong. This is unacceptable. My night us messed up and I started crying on the phone with the Marriot Rep explaining what happened because this is just so wrong. I own a few businesses and reward myself every weekend with a stay at the Marriot to unwind. I don't come here to deal with people treating me bad after working 15 hour days in my office. This is wrong and it got me do upset. I can recommend this location to anyone.

Although the price is a bit expensive, but it is really good, the location is good, there are big shopping malls nearby, next to the high speed, convenient transportation, sound insulation is not bad. Praise

I really enjoyed my stay. Jade, the front desk attendee, was AMAZING!!! She was very accommodating and professional. The rooms and were very clean and the coffee was awesome. I will definitely staying here next time!

I read all of the other reviews and I got this hotel blind on Priceline. I was really trying to change the hotel but was not able to do it. So we stayed there and this was a good stay. This exceeded our expectations. The first impression coming in the hotel was very good. The room was the same way. Yes things were a little older but it did not feel like I overpaid for it. The bathroom is a little dated but overall it was a good stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. 2 miles or so from Truist park and pretty good location.

I wish it were possible to give negative stars. The photos are either old or photo shopped. This place is dilapidated and located mere steps from a quickie mart with people going in and out buying cigarettes and beer. The sink in the room had a constant drip, there were literally chunks out of the toilet seat, there was something nasty-looking splattered on the wall, the bed had a very large dip in the mattress from over use and needing to be refreshed. The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke. The A/C sounded like a cargo plane. The door lock didn't look like it would hold if challenged. There is no elevator, so suitcases must be carried up the stairs. I could go on and on. There are other options in the Smyrna area. Buyer beware. Do your homework! I checked out early because I didn't feel safe there, plus the place is a hot mess. I asked for a refund of my pre-paid and unused payment and the very disagreeable manager, Kim Patel flatly refused. There was no effort made to provide any type of satisfactory customer service. This place is a definite ”No”! I agree with others who say ”Do not stay here”! I wish I had read these reviews before booking.

Convenient to many restaurants, shopping, and Truist Park. Next door to a small strip mall with a CVS and restaurants. What has made it a good experience are the people that work here. Management, Camesha and Robbie, are great and make sure things run well. Any questions or concerns are taken care of immediately. Everyone is very friendly, it's quiet and clean both inside and out.

It was a nice place for a quick stay. The room was clean (overall) the location was good. (We went there to watch a baseball game) it’s only ten minutes from truist park. There’s lots of restaurants around and the location is good if you’re staying for a couple nights. Staff was friendly.

Hima Patel was very helpful and nice . The check in was speedy and done with a smile. Room was clean and neat . I enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the future . Also the hotel is very convenient to everything you may need or want to go enjoy
