We've stayed at this hotel a number of times, and have always had a great experience. Recently we stayed in a King/Queen Suite, which was a great set up for my husband, myself and our young son. The rooms are large and spacious and clean, with huge bathrooms and a small outdoor patio. Staff is attentive. Location is perfect, right in the town of Yountville, close to wonderful restaurants and bakeries and a fantastic ”art walk” that we took with our son. We were able to cross the street every morning to pick up croissants and coffee at Model Bakery. The rooftop pool was lovely with gorgeous views. The staff at the rooftop pool and Randy in reservations were extremely helpful and kind. Overall a great choice when visiting Napa.

This is a really aesthetically pleasing hotel - lovely landscaping, beautiful rooms - but the go to feature was the spa! Michelle P. (apparently there are three Michelle's) gave me a wonderful Vtox facial - noticable difference- and great product advice. And Georgina gave me an AMAZING massage - she has knot radar, and a finger strength to really get into knots that you would never guess from looking at this slim petite woman. Both worth a detour even if you aren't lucky enough to be staying at the hotel!

We were delighted to return to the valley after a three year absence, and chose Yountville as we have in the past because it is such a lovely town, centrally located in the valley and you can walk to all sorts of places including terrific restaurants. Hotel Yountville has been our ‘go to’ in the past and we were reminded why on this return visit. Travel delays affected our first night and we were able to add an additional night which we really appreciated. That was lucky for this time of year…the valley is getting busier as bud break nears! This trip we stayed in a premium king suite room, which was located on the first floor and had a nice big patio with fountain. A bit more in cost than a premium king but not as large as the Yountville suite…..the patio with fountain, lounge chairs and nice location made it worth it. The weather turned chilly toward the end of our stay so the fireplace (each room has one) was put to good use. We enjoyed the tranquil patio very much the first days of our visit! Daily housekeeping comes in the morning as well as for turndown in the evening. Coffee, water, and creamer are replenished and in the evening truffles from Annette’s are left on your pillow (see who gets to it first!). We miss the Kollar chocolates but wow are the truffles fabulous! This trip we did not have breakfast but each morning my husband visited the lobby for fresh fruit and pastries, which were delicious. We’ve stayed in downtown Napa several times and at another property in Yountville, but return to this hotel because it is nice and quiet, service is terrific, and because we just like it here. We’ll be doing so again…..and sooner rather than later.

As a hotel for around 2500 a night it can be said that it was really disappointing. On the day of check-in, the room type did not match the reservation. The hotel said that the upgrade would require US $ 100 to change the room after Ctrip adjustment. In the evening, I found that the water was not hot in the bath. The hotel sent staff to repair it. If it was not repaired, the hotel would wait until 11 o'clock to call the front desk twice and no one answered. Waited for more than an hour for the hot water to come. Unexpectedly, the second night experienced half bath without hot water. Unexpectedly, a hot shower in a hotel of 2,500 one night turned out to be a luxury. The overall experience was very poor. The so-called continental breakfast is actually a bit of bread, milk, oatmeal, coffee and fruit. Very humble. The overall feeling is summarized as a two-word bad review

First time to the wine country to spend 5 days eating, drinking, biking and taking in all the beauty of it has to offer. Picked Yountville because of location, everything central. I picked this hotel because location and style of hotel. Close to restaurants, tasting rooms and activities, all within walking distance. My friend and I were very pleased with our stay here. The staff, all very friendly, check-in was a breeze. We were offered a welcome cocktail upon our arrival. Our room on the ground floor was very nice, felt clean, loved the tile floor (not a fan of hotel carpet) It had all the amenities of coffee/tea machine, fridge, complementary snacks and waters and big soaking tub. The bed and pillows all very comfortable. To note: no desk if you need one, LOL they don’t want you to work. Bath and shower all very nice, though they need towel rails to hang your towels on. The only aspect of the room I was disappointed in was I wanted to have a working fireplace. The grounds were kept nice, a lot of landscaping going on. I saw the pool and jacuzzi. I took advantage of the small gym, Nicely equipped with 3 Peloton, an elliptical and weights, plenty of towels, water, sanitizer and breakfast bars. We took advantage of the breakfast included which were an abundance of fresh fruit, bagels and pastries, along with artisan meats and cheese, smoked salmon, coffee, teas, juices and Mimosas and Sunday Bloody Mary. The breakfast setup was nice, you never felt over crowded with people and was perfect way to start your day. I would definitely stay here again next visit.

This property was amazing! The room was large, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We selected one of the more “country, rustic “ rooms which was beautiful with a balcony. One morning we woke up to a sky view of hot air balloons close by! The amenities were wonderful. The welcome basket was full of an assortment of both sweet and savory snacks and a Nespresso matching was in the room. The staff also provided bottled water daily and cookies late afternoon by the stairwell. We did not use the pool, but it looked very nice and clean. There are many outside seating areas with fire pits and comfortable seating to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The variety of roses through out the property were lovely. I can’t say enough of this special place! I took out an electric bike one morning to ride and view the area and vineyards. LUIS was very helpful and he gave me the 101 of how to use the bike. I was a little nervous and he was very patient and reassuring. The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My companion needed to be in San Francisco for business and we hated to leave! It was definitely the highlight of our trip.

The hotel is beautiful and in great condition despite the construction happening - can’t wait to go back when the pool reopens in August! The room was outstanding we enjoyed the outdoor tub and shower as well as being situated around the beautiful lawn near our families for a wedding weekend celebrating love.

The property is bigger than you think and very quiet and kept up very well. The bed was probably one of the most comfortable ever at any hotel we've ever stayed at. It was nice having the bikes to go the short distance downtown without having to walk.

This hotel has seen better days. I have not stayed there in quite a few years and wont be back. The platinum amex concierge made the resi for us and apparently booked a basic king. No problem it was a quick stay. We were only asked upon check in if we wanted a bigger room. Didn’t realize smaller room meant trashed room looking over the back alley. I could understand if the hotel was booked since we booked last minute but no, it was a Sunday night and dead. Why they would put any guests in that room unless at 100% capacity is beyond me. All i can think is for some reason the front desk agent didn’t like us. The room not only looked over the back alley but had major water damage. The wood floors are completely destroyed. Everything was worn out and best up. The chrome was chipping off the bathroom fixtures, gross grout in the shower. The walls in the hallways were all beat up too. I could go on. Bottom line, don’t stay here until they invest some money and make sure they dont stick you in a room overlooking the back alley.

I stayed in the United States for half a month, and my favorite hotel has rare sheets and slippers. The location is also very good. It is convenient for shopping and eating. It takes less than ten minutes to drive to major wineries. I look forward to the next time I go to napa~ ~

Very satisfied staying experience! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and there is a patio or terrace to feel the natural and private. There is a stove in the room, it will automatically ignite when it is turned on, and the sound is a bit noisy. There is a steam sauna switch in the bathroom, which is very comfortable for a while. The toiletries are very easy to use, and the small bags I brought back to be remembered. The location is very good, there are several good wineries around, and the hotel guests can prove that they can buy wine and wine tasting.

The facilities of this hotel are very good in all aspects, the room is quite big, the bathroom decoration is also very good, we have extended for another night. Going to the surrounding wineries is very close, there is a winery next to it.

Very clean hotel, suitable for family living, the room is relatively large, the bathroom is wet and dry, and there is nothing in the room except the toothbrush. There are a lot of bars in the vicinity of the hotel. When you come to Napa, you must try local red wine. There is also a free bicycle in the hotel, which is also a good choice for a short visit to the local town.
