It’s good, but it’s a bit remote, but most hotels in Orlando are like this

This hotel is the boutique hotel with the most comfort, the most details and the best quality during our summer vacation on the east and west coasts of the United States. From the boss couple to every employee, everyone has a sincere smile on their face. Hotel catering is also excellent! Very creative food and cocktails bring a different feeling!

The Hotel is incredible. Beautiful and very elegant. All areas are beautiful. The attention is magnificent and I recommend everyone not to miss the opportunity to visit it.

Execellent, we will do reservation for next year 2022 because great location of the Hotel and greate service in the hotel.We were stay in the hotel with my douther for two weeks.Next year we will come in the same time because of good weather.

We were really disappointed when we arrived at CLC Encantada Resort - we arrived early evening after a long connecting flight to find our townhouse 15 min walk from reception (offered no guide to accompany us, help with cases or a lift!). Our house had 4 large sofas in the lounge/dining area - two looked brand new and the two old ones (which i assume were supposed to be taken away) were just dumped together randomly leaving us to try and put them somewhere! The house wasn't particularly clean, the vacuum and telephone didn't work, the pictures were wonky, showers rubbish and outside area very unwelcoming! It felt like basic student accommodation. Before unpacking however, we decided that it would do the job as we had a busy schedule of Disney & Universal parks and didn't have time to go back to reception the following day (reception had closed at this point) to complain or change houses. We were also only planning on being at the house very little and not use the outside area. We did go to the reception area once and asked the reception lady a few questions (e.g. could we get a later check out, which pizza delivery companies delivered to the resort) and she was unable to help us at all and just said she didn't know. We also asked when the bar would be open and when lunch would be available and she said she didn't know and she wasn't even sure if the guy would be in to open it that day - useless! The pool area was fine, and the bar did actually open and we had a nice lunch and service was good. The location was ok for Disney, a little further from Universal - Lyft were great. Takes a little longer than you think though because of traffic. The only things in walking distance are McDonalds and the 7Eleven at the petrol station (about 13min walk) We wouldn't return to this resort and wouldn't recommend it but might well be better if you got a decent townhouse and one nearer the reception area.

In general, the hotel is a relatively old refurbished hotel with relatively new interior decoration, living in suites, suites inside and outside, large area, clean environment, with coffee makers, microwaves, small refrigerators and other common equipment in daily life No washing machine. A buffet breakfast is available at 6:30 in the morning on weekdays and 7:00 in the rest days. Breakfast is rich, Western-style breakfast, but can provide hot food and hot water, which is considered more intimate. There are few other facilities around the hotel. There is a Burger King and sever-eleven that can partially solve daily diet and life-related shopping needs. The hotel did not have a shuttle bus to the conference venue, but it is said to be closer to Disney.
