Staying at Malmaison you have no issues with expectations being met, if you've stayed in any Malmaison you'll know the standard to expect. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and decorated in a refined manner. The bed was large and comfortable with sort bedding. We had a bath and separate walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, which was pleasant. Only issue with the whole stay was the white sealant around the shower blackened and discoloured. That's a very easy, and quick fix to replace. The bar and restaurant areas were relaxed and subtle. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide offering from cooked breakfast to cereals, fruits or pastries. Check in and check out were very efficient, as you'd expect. I'd happily stay here again when I'm back in the area.

Останавливалась в этом отеле в январе по работе. Очень уютный и раскошный номер. Персонал очень отзывчевый, номера чистые и комфортные. Горничные очень приветливые, любые просьбы выполняют оперативно. Большое им спасибо. Осталась очень довольна сервисем. Да и еда очень вкусная. Повару отдельная благодарность.

Really nice cant complain one bit

We had lunch on Christmas Day at the Norwood. The food was delicious, the waiting staff were all very friendly and efficient and we had a lovely afternoon. We'll definitely be back to eat there soon, such a lovely venue which we need to support
