Top 10 Springfield Country Club Hotels

We’re so glad we found a comfortable and friendly hotel in Philly when visiting our kids who attend a nearby college. Our last stay was fantastic, thanks to hotel manager Nicole and her excellent team, who really made us feel at home. Our room was perfect and it was so nice that they were able to accommodate our request for a certain floor and view. We were even welcomed back with a handwritten note in our room. We are most likely forgetting some of the wonderful team members here, but Montrose, Alesha, Sheyenne, and Daoud were really helpful and very friendly at the front desk and concierge desk. Also great were Jackie, Teresa, and others in the club lounge. Service in the club lounge was excellent, even when things got busy, and the food was good, too, with a number of options to choose from. Between the friendly staff, personal attention, and proximity to both university city and center city, we know we will be back!

The pool was closed due to a power outage the day before. I booked the room this day because it was a hot one and my children wanted to be at a pool. But overall the stay was great like always!!!

The heater was loud while it was running every time it came on.we were watching TV you could hear our neighbors like they were in bed with us you could hear every word. I said something to the front desk 4 to 5 times even the next morning that went on till 3 to 4 in the morning. Then we woke up to a dripping sound and the ceiling was leaking I said something to the front desk they said it was nothing they could do while it was raining. Do we at brunch that was 90..00 not worth it came back to the room ceiling still leaking and u can hear our neighbors talking and the loud heater we tried to relax and watch TV but from the loud heater and the dripping noise we couldn't take it wasn't staying another night we left at 3 or 4 pm room 430

I’ve stayed at this place multiple times and have never been disappointed. Their service is top notch and continues to be at a top level post covid. As an example, I saw the bartender Erica mopping the floors at 12.30 in the morning to ensure the place was ready for the morning. Just one example of the service level I’ve come to expect at this place.

Excellent stay from beginning to end! Property was ideally located right outside the city and adjacent to the University of Penn. I really appreciated the adequate supply of good restaurants and the youthful vibe. Deno at the front desk was professional, personable, affable, knowledgeable and accommodating. I came in earlier than check in time due to a red eye flight that I had taken. He gave me a room that just happened to be cleaned and available. Thanks that allowed me to catch up on a couple hours of sleep which really helped make a difference in my trip👍👍 Breakfast was excellent! I will definitely return and this is from a 13 year former head-waiter at a Ritz Carlton in California who knows what service is about. Great job again for exceeding my expectations!!👍👍👍

Had a business meeting in the vicinity of the Philly airport. I haven’t been impressed by most of Marriotts airport offerings, the Residence Inn my usual hotel was unavailable. Took a chance on this property and I was quite happy with it. It’s a newer Fairfield Inn and this showed through the hotel and rooms. Most Fairfields I’ve stayed at were older properties and this is better than all of them hands down. Room was clean and tip top shape. Free parking is always great. There is a 24hr Wawa a couple minutes drive away. I’d recommend this property to anyone liking to stay in this area and if you have access to a vehicle.

Overall this is a good hotel that I continue to come to when visiting family in Philadelphia. The staff is phenomenal, the hotel is generally very clean upon check-in and it's pretty convenient to most parts of the city. My biggest issue every time I stay is housekeeping. Although I take my tag off the door, I leave it at a good time , and see them on the floor, my room is never cleaned unless I actually stop at the front desk and request on my way out. He started leaving cards under your door to let you know they stop by unfortunately they slip the card under your door after you've already left your room. So essentially I leave the room no one has come by my tags off the door and when I come back as a card under my door. They did this twice during my last day and I had to complain at the front desk. I have stayed there for longer than five days and still only have my room clean one time and that was of course on request. Although the hotel has returned to normal operations this is what is lacking. Again the front desk staff are great, my check in the room is usually clean, and when I request things I've gotten them pretty quickly. I will continue to stay when I am in Philadelphia but I wish they would do something about housekeeping..

Room not properly cleaned. There was open drinks and food in the refrigerator. The room smelled moldy. The toilet paper holder was broken and just hanging at a downward angle. I booked the room for three people but only two sets of towels were in the room. There was no soap at all. I think the sheets were clean, but with these issues and lack of attention to cleaning and the state of the room in general, I have my doubts. Front desk and staff were friendly, although I was never asked how my stay was when I checked out. I am a Hilton Diamond member and was not given an upgrade and I had to ask for the water that I was supposed to receive. I received the food/beverage credit for one day but not the second.
