"It was my 1st time travelling to Hanoi and the hotel stay is really impressive me, they are very helpful and good services. The room is tidy and clean, Breakfast was ok and we were enjoying the whole morning time at the 11/F. It was a very relaxing trip when I was staying at Hanoi Tirant Hotel, I am so sure I will travel again and choose Hanoi Tirant Hotel. Wonderful experience. I especially like the Ciel Spa at G/F. But you need to book advanced since it is quite fully book and may less chance to have walk-in Spa service. "
"My friend and I would like to express the appreciation to the hotel since they were very helpful and let us early check it to the room after our night train from Sapa, we early checked-in at 0930 so that we can take a shower and rest a while before going out to have a lunch, that's so good and nice. We booked the Ciel Spa also and we had a wonderful Spa time before going back to Hong Kong in the next day morning. We love Hanoi ~~ "
"Breakfast tastes good, but the variety is small. The room is bigger and the cleaning is more timely. The surrounding traffic is very convenient, eating and shopping are very convenient, and there are many tourists."

"The location is near the Hanoi Cathedral, which is right in the city center. To the West Lake or Thirteen Rows, the Temple of Literature is super convenient. The structure of getting on and off the bed, but the environment is definitely better than the domestic youth several times. There is a staircase next to each bed. There is no need to climb up like in China. Every bed has a separate socket. There is a small table on the bed. Most of them are foreigners. I found that most of the domestic ones are staying in hotels. The hotel provides breakfast. When you open the room, remember to have breakfast. There are 6 types to choose from. Don't miss it at 7: 30-9: 30 in the morning. The noodles opposite the hotel are super unpalatable, discreet! !!"
"We booked a deluxe double room, but there was no window. Later I went to friends inn & travel, the price is 70 yuan cheaper than Luxury backpacks, not only the room is big, but also the balcony! I regret this book. Later, they said that they offered a ticket to Gyangpo Island and collected us for $15, but I only need $10 at a hotel in Cat Ba Island! In short, no more next time."
"Very nice, the boss is very kind, the little girl who is receiving is very beautiful, and most of them live in Europe and America, can learn English, haha"

"Nestled in the Old Quarter. 200+ years old building houses different sleeping quarters for a comfortable stay. We had the Garden View Room. Top floor. Spacious room, comfy bed and shower. Room had the amenities needed for a comfy stay. You’re surrounded by many places to eat and a plethora of spas for a great massage. Waking distance from Hoan Kiem Lake. Highly recommended. "
"Nice old french building, large and comfortable room with charme and balcony. Perfect location, plenty of bars and restaurants next door. Staff is helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again here"
"The bottom of the entry door was mouldy and had a gap wide enough for insects to enter, the ceiling corners had mould and bugs and the wall had spitballs of used paper stuck onto it — but the worst was the bathroom. There was gushing coming from behind an obviously leaking toilet (loud enough to be heard from the other side of the room) and the shower was filthy with a plethora of rust and limescale. Being confronted with this scene made one of us turn ill and vomit. We left within the hour after booking with another nearby hotel and notifying the host, who assured us that she would be giving us a full refund."

No 8 Do Duc Duc Road, Me Tri Ward, South Tu Liem District, Hanoi, Vietnam
"We went with a 5 year old boy. First of all the hotel facilities are great, clean and service number. No problem in English communication. But this hotel is not very suitable for children. The swimming pool is also very simple, a large rectangle, also 1 meter 40 deep. There is a place for children to play but there is only one TV to drink a small table, and the pens are still broken, and there is no way to draw. Breakfast is ok, there are many Korean food. The bread was almost... The location is about 20-30 minutes away from the city center by car, about 150,000 VND. The overall experience is very good, the scenery is beautiful. If you don't take the children with you, you will return. 1. The color pens at the kids’ corner were all broken. 2. Pastry can improve. 3. Very friendly staff and excellent overall environment."
"Very consistent Marriott standards. The facilities are well maintained and the staff are professional, enthusiastic and attentive. The Guangdong breakfast tea lunch in the Chinese restaurant is very authentic (better than many domestic tea restaurants), the French restaurant's dinner is authentic and delicious, and the dining environment and service quality are first-rate. Five stars worthy of the name"
"The level of this hotel where the top levels gather, such as President Obama and President Trump, is not odd. With a huge front desk, all facilities are excellent, such as food, cafe, gym, spa, pool and so on."

"A taxi to the hotel as soon as it landed, & # 127976; the distance is a bit far, but the housekeeper will arrange check-in after entering the hotel, there will be a welcome drink and wet towels, the housekeeper is very good, will help you solve all problems, but will recommend an additional 100USD Upgrading a large room can have administrative treatment, but we are out for tourism. Administrative services are completely unavailable, so we refused. The hotel has a very large environment, and there are almost no Chinese. What makes me feel most charming is the small corridor where the hotel introduces its history. The history of more than 100 years is really meaningful, which is why I chose it during my trip. , Let me have a new understanding of Hanoi. The only drawback is that the shower in the bathroom must be in the bathtub. It is very unsafe and it can be dangerous if it slips. Next time I go to Hanoi, I will continue to choose this hotel ~ The design style is also very distinctive ~"
"It's really the best hotel in Hanoi. When I first checked in, the room was arranged on the road. I heard the sound of horns at any time. After responding to the hotel, I helped arrange another room on the garden Hotel staff can communicate fluently in English Like restaurants, they have a faint fragrance, and the service staff also prepare fruits and snacks in the afternoon, and in the evening they also enter the room to help draw the curtains. The bed and pillow are undoubtedly comfortable The only disappointment is the breakfast, the options are really much worse than jw I think the breakfast may not be four-star, many items are cold, and the cereal is soft It’s really not a bargain for 35 dollars, if you have a free breakfast, you can make do with it"
"An upgrade was made at check-in. It costs $ 140 a day. In addition to the room type upgrade, afternoon tea and happy hour in the evening can be free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and there were three restaurants to choose from. The hotel has its own bomb shelter tour, which requires reservations for ten guests at a time!"

"Expat living near Ha Long. Whenever I have business in Ha Noi I stay at Icon 36, (5-6 times a year) because it is clean, staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast buffet fills you up for the day. It is quiet and the location is good, many top restaurants within easy walking distance, as is the night-time street market. They have a tour booking desk. And best of all it is reasonably priced."
"This is the worst stay I ever had! Hotel took my money before check in , receptions named hai told me the room is quite. But not comfortable because it’s in the last floor and no elevator. We got the room, very dirty, air conditioner work only with a switch, can’t control temperature. Toilet was very dirty, as well the bathroom. The highlight was the worst thing ever happen to me in Vietnam. 7AM in the morning, construction start to make so much noise I wasn’t able even to ear my self. We checked in only at 00:00, and 7 Am we already want to leave because we can’t stay in this horrible room anymore. We asked our money back beacuse we stayed in this room only 7 hours, and they didn’t say nothing about this noise. When asked in the phone he said quite. Don’t go there ! They are lire’s, they took money from advanced beacuse they knew we will not want to pay for this horrible night. Of course they don’t want to refund and fight with us. Don’t go there ! Horrible!"
"The only issue I had was the water pressure but I was on the 8th floor and when there's lots of others having showers at around the same time, the water goes down to a trickle and sometimes not a drop. Otherwise I liked my room, very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was more than satisfactory and the staff were very friendly and helpful."
