Top 10 Star Fish Hotels

This is the best hotel in cabanatuan, with a swimming pool, gym and a small relaxing green lawn where you can sit and smoke and drink tea. The spa is also very good

We booked this as it was the nearest hotel from the hospital where my sister gave birth, very accommodating ng staff, since alam nila na naglelabor iyong kapatid ko and we just need some place to stay while waiting na mag 7cm sya, they provided us the nearest room from the ground floor. Kudos to the service ＜3

I booked in this hotel for several reasons: 1. Good location, near my business meeting 2. They recently opened after several months (so I expected clean, disinfected area) 3. Has a good reviews Before I enter in this hotel, the lobby doesn’t have ventilation, and aircon was off. I understand this may be because of the guidelines but I immediately felt discomfort since I’m from the metro, I expected comfort but failed. Another is the receptionist/ front desk personnel, she doesn’t know how to compute for a discounted price for 2 nights! She gave me a non promo price and guess what? Those who have senior/pwd discount has a higher fee than those who do not. They made an apology after few minutes of discussion. After being settled, we were accompanied to our room, and upon inspection, our linen has a hole. And upon checking out, we decided to buy an extra bag since we bought several item upon going back home, as we head back to our room, our key card is not working, we cannot get inside to pack our room and it is only 11:20am! We have to ask someone to fix this and we waited for about 10 mins to fix it before getting inside again to the our room. I have high expectation on this hotel but definitely not a top star hotel for me.

We had a great stay at Microtel Cabanatuan. Everything ran smoothly from booking to check-in, to dining until the day of our check-out. The staff were all nice and accommodating. Special mention to their front desk assistant that day (Ms. Sachelyn), who gave an excellent service in our booking and check-in procedures. Her consistent smiles to the guests and an approachable persona were also an added value as it made our stay more memorable. The room where we stayed was so neat and clean. One thing more I liked about Microtel was their regular disinfection esp the common places for guests. Overall, we had a great experience at this hotel. Surely, we will visit again. Great location for Cabanatuan visitors, great for visitors with car, clean rooms with all basic hygienic requirements, food is great and good for the value of money 24/7. You pay by hours, if checkin was 1am, U can checkout next day 1am also. Pay by 3/6/12/24 hours great for the value of money Fastest checkin no need for hassle waiting or even going to the lobby and documents and so on
